I really enjoyed this place, no issues

Great location, great amenities!

There is no clear guidance on how to get to the main lobby and where the lobby is located, little to no comunication with the 'manager'...When we stepped into the building, cigarette smell and old unwashed carpet smell hit us.Got into our room, a more powerful cigarette smell hit us, like someone had just smoked a cigarette right next to us, accompanied with weed smell.Entering the room we saw the air purifier that had a sign on it: if it smells like cigarette please turn on the fan.On the table there was a note requesting us, the guests to call/text cleaning team a nignt before we leave and an envelope for tips , even though we payed cleaning fee.Manager requested for us to take the trash out when we leave.So we rented this room and payed the cleaning fee, to relax and have a good time, but we were bombarded by the chores we had to do.Take the trash outCall cleaning teamTip the cleaning team, even though we payed the cleaning fee.Bear with the cigarette/weed smell from the room.The room itself was good,livable, but the conditions were horrible and the management even worse I would look for a different place if you want to.have peace of mind and less cigarette smell

Place was great, loved that they allowed our fur babies. Perfect location to many attractions and easy access to the grocery store. The resort itself has a ton of amenities. We only indulged in the hot tubs. The front desk is open 27/4 and able to help with guests even on a VRBO. I would deff book here again because the pro's offset the cons. Down side: It really smelled like cigarettes in the unit despite it being a non smoking unit. I had to open doors to help vent the place we ran the air purifier 100% of the time. The shower head feels like darts (it's time for an update). Sink drains need to be cleaned as they are starting to back up in the kitchen and bathrooms with running water.

We had a great stay. The host was quick to communicate, the room was cozy and met all our needs. The building was fun with hot tubs, pool, racquetball courts and places to work outside of the room. Internet was fast. Reason for 4 stars is the room smells like cigarette smoke because one of the neighbors must smoke nearby (against rules of building) and the air purifier in the room only partially helps. Also the tenants directly above this room are incredibly loud. It sounded like they were purposefully stomping around at random hours of the day. But overall it was a good stay. FYI the sofa bed is not comfortable, but the Murphy bed was decent. Could use a change of mattress cover since it’s ripped and doesn’t look very clean.

We had a great time! Very clean and amazing places for our dogs to walk and run around!

The studio was clean and comfortable. It is close to the South entrance of the Grand Canyon.

My partner and I were in town for a wedding and this studio fit all our needs in terms of location, price, and being pet friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the location to all the hiking during our weekend. Vic was easy to communicate with and we look forward to coming back soon.

Renting this property was made very easy with VRBO. I hopefully will rent at the Inn at Silvercreek again. Loved the stay. Grocery store across the street and a few places to eat. Vic the owner was very nice and helpful

Overall, this place was a pretty good deal - it was enough space for me, my husband, and our dog for two nights, and close enough to ski at Winter Park. The unit is close to the building exit - which was perfect for taking our dog out. But, I think the people staying above us that weekend must've been elephants - they woke us up every morning stomping around from 6-9am - I know there's nothing anyone can do about that, just be aware that if you're a light sleeper, the floors/ceilings are not well insulated. Also, some other reviews mentioned this - but the place does smell pretty bad of cigarette smoke. The murphy bed was fine, but some of the extra blankets were pretty well stained and unappealing - and the sofa bed is unusable. Overall, for a quick stay this was worth the money, but you definitely get what you pay for.

This was exactly as advertised. Big bed very comfortable. Sofa bed could use some work.

Room smelled a ton like smoke and the owner basically said there was nothing he could do if the people in the lower floors smoked.

This condo is the perfect size for a retreat! We stayed for a month and were so happy with Vic’s property. Would 10/10 recommend

Perfect cozy little place to rest after a long day of hiking!

Vicnesh is very easy to work with. He is also available during your stay in case you need anything. The condo is cozy. Home away from home. There are a few trails and dirt roads adjacent to the property, good for dog walking. Although a lot of off leash dogs around. Front desk is staffed 24/7.

Was a great location not far from Grandby lake. The city market was right across the street. Everything you need for short getaway.

Easy and affordable. The bed isn’t the most comfortable but the property was among the least expensive

Renting this property was super easy due to Vic, the owner. He responded promptly to all of our questions, and gave us precise directions for check-in, and how to arrive at his unit. It is a great location on the quiet side of Rocky Mountain National Park. However, we were expecting the Inn to be a more upscale facility than it is. The outdoor maintenance was lacking, and the apartments mostly filled with long-term residents.

The studio was very nice. Had all you need to cook meals there if you wanted. Working with property owner, Vic was easy! Property itself had much to do, but we were rarely on site.

I especially appreciated the quick communication with the owner.

2 ADULTS MY SON 28 AND MYSELF ONLY ONE BED MADE, PULL OUT BED THE UNDERSPRING ALL TORN MATTRESS HAD NO SUPPORT AT BASE OF BED YOU FALL RIGHT THROUGH THROWN TOGETHER SHEETS WEWRE NOT LAUYED FLAT JUST TOSSED , DIRTY POT AND DIRTY PIZZA PAN, SO DARK IN THEIR FELT LIKE IT WAS A CAVE, MIRROR IN BATH NOT CLEANED, COFFEE POT NOT WORKING, SO NO COFFEE THE FIRST MORNING GO TO HOT TUB 8.45 PM AND NOTHING BUT SCREAMING BRATS THROWING AROUND ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS RELAX EVER HEARD OF ADULT HOUR FROM 9-10 SILVER CREEK BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS FOUND IT RUN DOWN WILL NOT GO BACK AND YOU CHARGED ME FOR CLEAN AND SECURITY WHAT A JOKE SO QUESTION MY REVIEW INSTEAD OF CORRECTING THE CONDITION OF THE ROOM I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANY ONE SAD THAT YOU DONT CARE ENOUGH TO TAKE CAR OF THE PROBLEMS

Overall we were very happy with the location and the accommodations. It was cozy and comfortable and clean. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star rating is that apparently a neighbor is a chain smoker and we smelled cigarette smoke for most of our stay, sometimes worse than others. It was especially horrible in the bathroom. I let Vic know and he said he would contact the building management as this is supposed to be a non-smoking building, but unfortunately it continued throughout our stay. I'm sorry to dock a star for something beyond the owners control, but it really was an offensive smell throughout the stay and did detract from the overall experience. Again, everything aside from this was wonderful and had it not been for the chain smoking neighbor it definitely would have been a 5 star.

We had a great time staying here. The condo is very nice and fully stocked. The only complaint I have is neither outdoor hot tubs were working which was a BIG bummer. The indoor ones were working, but it was so hot and humid in there we couldn't even see each other.

We had a wonderful time! We loved the fireplace and the space was equipped with everything you need for a Comfotable stay. Will definitely recommend.
