Perfect condo for our group of 6 adults & teens. Comfortable beds. Great proximity to creek. Little bit longer walk to downtown restaurants.

Nice space and great location. Would recommend for a group looking for easy access to the mountain. Indoor parking and equipment storage was a bonus. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing!

We had a group of 10 stay comfortably here. The host (Evolve team) was super communicative and friendly. Just as described - very close to lift and a short walk to town. Great memories were made here!

We go to Telluride every year. We are a family of 7 kids range 22-16. Place had plenty of space for all of us and super convient to chair lift 7. Our only recommendation is to add more furniture to the living room. It was awesome to use the spa after a hard day of skiing. We would for sure go back.

Took our family for a 5-night stay, first time in this condo. We found it very well stocked and supplied, including kitchen items and toiletries. Large kitchen, plenty of seating. Good sleeping options for our group of 5 adults and 1 child, age 8. She loved the Loft. Quick walk to Lift 7, and an easy short walk to the Gondola Center. Cool decor, everything as pictured in the listing. Walking distance to Clarks grocery - they have it all there. Our Guest Contact was easily accessible and responsive. We will stay again, hopefully this Summer.

Our family of five adults stayed for three nights in this beautiful condo. It is spacious, clean, and well stocked with necessities. It felt very homey and provided us everything we needed for our stay. It is just a couple of walkable blocks from delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and trailheads. We came in the off-season, because we are not skiers, so I cannot speak to any of that. Due to the season, the swimming pool and hot tub were also closed. I would definitely recommend this condo, and would come back myself in the future, if we return to Telluride.

Warm and cozy, yet quite large. Has all the amenities. Great location for walking to restaurants, grocery stores, and trail heads. Spectacular views. Responsive owner.

Large kitchen, well stocked and supplied. Spacious. Plenty of beds. 8 year old had no problems with the ladder to the Loft. Covered parking garage. Quick walk to Clarks Grocery. 10 minute walk to town center Gondola or easy access to Lift 7. Accessible and responsive property manager. Cool decor. Would stay again.

Average lodging
Windows in very bad condition. No air conditioning so opening windows in the evenings was the only way to cool the inside temp. Screens on windows don’t fit the window frames. Upper floor bathroom sink water drained very slowly. Location was ok… further walk to downtown and to the gondola was further than anticipated. Condo was clean. Parking spot is very tight. We wouldn’t choose this lodging on a return visit.

Great location. Clean condo. Lots of room.
This condo is bigger than it looks. There was plenty of room for our group. It was clean and organized. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower. The beds were soft.
The entrance was a bit hard to find at night. But we just kept opening doors until we found it. :)
The tv in the small bedroom had no sound, no matter what we tried.
All together, we highly recommend staying here.

Great place and location!
Beautiful and clean condo for our early Summer visit. It had everything we needed and more (fans in each room, toys and books in the loft), and was an easy walk to everything. My only issue was that there weren't any extra trash bags provided, or dishwasher detergent, so we ended up hand washing everything and exit clean up was a little more effort than usual. Would highly recommend to anyone though and hope we can some again in the future!

Enjoyed the spot
Nice property. Kitchen was well supplied and the location of the supermarket just up the street was nice. We knew the loft was potentially dangerous for small kids but were vigilant about monitoring it—so just be aware that there is a tall ladder going up to the loft if you’re considering bringing little ones.
Clean, easy to access, quiet. A good spot. 15-20 minute walk to the heart of town/gondola area.

Great location. Terrible accommodations
I don’t ever leave reviews. Only giving it 3 stars, would give less if the views were not amazing!! On the first day we got there, the washer and dryer didn’t work. That was on a Thursday. No one fixed that problem the next 5 days.. After that the 2 downstairs toilets stopped working. Called about that, no one came to fix the 2 bathrooms downstairs. So our whole group of people had to use ONE bathroom.... so basically, be prepared for nothing to be fixed if anything stops working.

Great condo and town!
Telluride lived up to the hype! So nice that everything (food, trails, gondola) is within walking distance or a 5 min drive. Some of the best waterfall hikes in the state. The Condo was great, has everything you need and plenty of space. The owner and team are very responsive if you need anything. Cannot wait to come back during ski season!
My only ask is to give some more details on the parking pass if parking outside the covered garage (how it works, if you have it are you exempt from the 2 hour max, where does it work, etc). Put it on the back of the parking pass laminated sheet. Thanks!

Great Place!
Great property and was perfect. We had other friends in town that were staying in other locations and they were a bit envious of the place! ;) Great sized rooms, parking and walking distance to everything! Would stay here over and over again!

Great place, great location
We had a good weekend, partly thanks to this great property. We had 5 teenagers with us and had plenty of room. I would highly recommend more screens on the windows for the summer months but other than that, everything was perfect.
