This was the ideal property for the family to stay, I had access to the conference center for a meeting and the family had access to everything else Orlando. The pool on property was clean and heated. Great response from property manager all along the way!

Good location, close to grocery store, nail salon, etc. Very short drive to parks. Property well represented online.

The unit was as advertised. It was clean and in good shape. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The pool was just a short walk and was never busy. Driving to the Disney parks was simple and was usually about 20 minutes. We did not have any issues with the unit. Gary would e-mail to check in with us to make sure everything was good. It was a great place to stay.

Overall the location was great, close enough to parks, grocery store and all that was needed. The complex was quiet and safe with plenty of parking. Communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions before and after the stay were answered immediately. Gary checked in with us during the stay and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Orlando.

As a family we really liked the house. Spacious rooms, kitchen and living we really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was really new, well equipped and furnished with even access to a pool, which we unfortunately didn't use very often as we didn't stay long enough at this place. I can highly recommend this place for families who want to stay in a quiet neighborhood while being very close to the different theme parcs located in Orlando.

We had a great time at Vista Cay. We needed a home base for a tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. Located within a quick Uber ride to the center, and we’ll appointed for preparing meal, with plenty of good dining options nearby. The property amenities are great and our teens had fun when we had some down time. Also not far from Disney/Universal. They’ve done a nice job updating this unit and management was quick and courteous with responses to questions and requests. I would definitely recommend.

The beds were very comfortable too! The property manager was attentive and available throughout our stay. Many places once you rent and they get your money are done with you but not here. A lot of things made this VRBO an excellent selection such as Gary the property manager who set up an easy check in process, was quick to check on us once we arrived, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The location to Disney was perfect for my wife and I, close enough to the parks to allow easy entry and exit, but far enough away to allow space from the crowds. Besides being close to Disney, pretty much anything you could need is right in the area. This specific unit is well taken care of and in a great location on the property. The smaller (less crowded) pool in this portion of Vista Cay was just right for relaxing after a day at the parks or shopping and eating at Disney Springs. We picked this VRBO not knowing anything about the area and it worked out perfectly for us. We definitely plan to return.

This trip was to make up for a missed Sweet 16 due to Covid. My daughter wanted to go to Horror Nights at Universal and a couple Disney parks. I wanted to stay at one of the park properties for the amenities but logistically it didn’t make sense. I wanted this trip to be perfect for my daughter, so picking a place out of the 1000s available was really stressful! I was stressed about the area, too many “tourists”, traffic, quality of the unit compared to the photos, distance etc etc. When we finally arrived my family and I could not have been happier! 3 teenage girls were immediately impressed as were myself and my husband! Check in was simply a code provided via email and a welcome note and chocolates were waiting inside :) Contact was via text and they checked in with us to make sure all was well. Parking was uncomplicated, no passes needed or limits on spaces and we never had a parking issue. The unit was exactly as portrayed. it was immaculate. The kitchen was updated and really clean. Any plate, pot, pan and utensil you could have wished for was there. The beds were upscale hotel quality and the bedding seemed new. The bathrooms were large, and very clean. Washer and dryer worked well. We had no issue with noise or other renters, it was a quiet and friendly complex. Garbage pick up was daily and all you needed to do was place it outside the door into a clean bin, that looked like a deck box. The location was EXCELLENT. There was a small shopping center immediately outside the complex that could be walked to. A Publix ( grocery store), Dunkin, breakfast/lunch “diner”, a great burger place and arcade made for unexpected convenience and fun! Driving to Universal was simple and quick. Disney was a little further, but not by much. We went to a few local places as International Dr is not far as well as Disney Springs for shopping. An outlet mall was within minutes too. While there, I used Instacart to find Halloween stockings for 2 teenagers at Spirit Halloween. Within 60 minutes we had what we needed! I honestly cannot say enough great things about our stay here!! The only thing I would suggest change is to explain that the pool and “resort” area for Vista Kay in the photos needs to be driven to. It is in a completely different area of the property. There is a smaller pool within a 30 second walk from this unit, so clarification is all that’s needed with that. It in no way affected how we felt about staying here, it was absolutely perfect!!!!!!

The place was very clean and exactly what was described online. Gary the manager was excellent in communication the whole time. He even gave us restraunt recommendations which was super helpful. So close to Disney it was a breeze to get to while still enough away from the crowds. Would 100% recommend
