We had a wonderful visit - the cottage is cute and clean. 2 moms and our babies - it worked great as a landing pad to get the kiddos down and have a nice living room to hang out together. Communication with the owner was top notch - she is quick to respond and very friendly. We will be back - perfect for a trip like this.

The cottage is set in a lush garden and is well hidden from the street. The kitchen is fully equipped. The street is quiet.

We found Ellen to be a great host and her bungalow to be comfortable enough for us to add this as a default place to stay when we’re looking for an overnight in Olympia.

My daughter lives in Olympia and this was the perfect place walking distance from her house. The bungalow was very cozy and reaching Ellen was easy. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the privacy, the surrounding greenery and easy access to great restaurants just down the hill. No need to drive with good sidewalks!

We had a terrific stay in this beautiful bungalow. It's downtown location enabled us to walk everywhere, instead of paying to park at a city meter, and the house was equipped with everything we needed! It is a cosy place to rest next to the fire on rainy nights. We wish our own home was as charming!

My wife and I stayed here for a night as we made out way through Olympia and wow, what a nice place we landed! Our host was easy to get ahold of, the bungalow was much larger than I thought, super clean, and great amenities. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay. The pictures capture the place perfectly and it was as tranquil and secluded as it appears. The master bed was exceptionally comfortable. Construction of the house is beautiful, interesting, and clearly done with love. Host was extremely responsive. May not be great for someone with reduced mobility. Steps to get to the house may be difficult and master bed is extremely high.

The Bungalow is a small cottage that’s big on comfort. It has everything you need., all tucked ingeniously into small spaces. It has an overall cozy feel.
