We loved our stay! Very clean!! Had everything you could possibly need and then some. Complex was very easy to get in and out of, very easy access to the beach and a Publix and restaurants within a short distance!

First off Terri was quick to respond and very helpful when I needed to tweak our arrival and departure date, and checked on us during our stay, we appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay at Bella Costal View. Nicely decorated condo with everything we needed and then some, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, security entrance, and elevators. The beach access boardwalk and sand rinsing station was very nice. Condo is located in a nice area with easy commute to Historic St. Augustine. Would love to stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Oh, my goodness! Stop scrolling and book now. Absolutely stunning 2 bedroom condo. We loved every minute at this gorgeous location. I even contacted the owner to see if we could stay another night. I didn’t want to leave. Clean, well stocked, and truly one of the most perfect condos I’ve stayed in and I’ve done many rentals with VRBO…From Arizona, Colorado, Smoky Mountains, South Carolina, and now Florida! Floor to ceiling windows allow you to see the beach so clearly!!! Almost every room has an ocean view. I will be back!! The owners are truly the perfect host and hostess. They answered every question we had! Best. Condo. Ever. Book it and you won’t regret it. ❤️❤️❤️

Yes, stay here! Great location and views. Our family stayed here and we had everything needed. Beach wagon, tent, floaties, chairs, toys, towels. The beach was not packed and neither was the pool. Great restaurants near by to eat and close to grocery stores. I just can’t say enough about this place.

We have been coming to St Augustine Beach for over 30 years so we were looking for a nice place to just relax and rest. Teri had everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach! We have never stayed at a place so equipped with anything you may need. Great views of the beach!!!! Teri was wonderful from booking to leaving. Easily accessible!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

We loved this property. It’s a quiet, relaxing property with gorgeous views. We settled into a fabulous beach routine every day of our stay. It had great separation between rooms so we could have privacy from our kids after they went to bed. We will be booking again.

Our highest priority is cleanliness (yes, we're kind of neat freaks) as nothing is worse than having to clean a place before unpacking. This place was clean and furnishings/appliances were all up-to-date. Large kitchen, Large master bath, Large living space. The place seems larger than the listed square footage. Second bath was small, but fine for one-at-a-time use. Location was fantastic with a short board-walk to the beach. Beach was very nice and clean, There are even port-a-pottys nearby. The pool was a closer alternative and was very nice. Not busy at all - even on Memorial Day weekend! Communication with the owners was flawless. We are already planning a return trip next year, and would highly recommend this property.

The owners were the most accommodating and responsive we have ever had. We really enjoyed our stay. There is no noise between units and the pool and tennis courts were not crowded. The unit is on the 6th floor and there is a view of the beach from two windows and great views of flying pelicans. The unit also has a nice layout and comfortable furniture. We would stay again.

The condo was updated and had everything you could possibly need. Wagon for beach, games in the room, TVs with Roku in all rooms, and kitchen stocked. View amazing floor to ceiling windows overlooking beach. Heated pool and gorgeous quiet beach with soft sand. People living there are so friendly and felt kids were very safe. St. Augustine is a fun, family friendly city.

What a beautiful condo!! We had a lot of rain and cloudy days but we didn’t mind at all thanks to the awesome coastal view right from the couch!! It was such a relaxing and cozy vacation spot. We plan to come back as soon as we can!!

My girlfriends and I stayed for several nights and we loved everything about this property. The location is beautiful, right on the beach. The pool is clean and inviting. There’s a strong family feel to the place. The condo itself is BEAUTIFUL. It’s very comfortable with plenty of nice towels, linens and cozy blankets. The kitchen is nicely stocked with pretty dishes and plenty of cookware. The decor is lovely. There are plenty of beach chairs. We felt secure and safe. It was a great place to unwind and relax. We would love to go back sometime!

We have stayed in this property multiple times. It is always clean. The owner is consistently upgrading the condo to better our experience. We are a family of 7 and the space fits us perfectly.

I brought my mother for a short beach getaway. The property was very clean, fully equipped, and instructions placed everywhere about accessing the WiFi, TVs and ceiling fans. We would definitely stay there again!

The heated pool was really nice, we all loved it. Beach access was close and we saw several turtles. Owner was very attentive to our needs, and everything in the condo was perfect. Area was quiet but close to local restaurants, grocery, beach store and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. We would love to come back! Thank you for the perfect vacation!

Beautiful, comfortable condo on the beach. Had everything we needed to have meals in, but close to great restaurants when we wanted to eat out. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for the 5 is us. Enjoyed the pool. Listing was just as pictured. Would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding, five stars plus experience! Bella Coastal has earned it's name - "Beautiful Coast." And the property is beautiful inside and out. First, it is exceptionally clean! From the moment you walk in, the smell of clean joy permeates but every square inch has been attended to. Second, communication, directions, labeling, access are all exceptional. Terri was readily accessible via text to ensure we everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. The decor within the condo is gorgeous, and the views to the exterior are evn more breathtaking. We enjoyed lunch on the balcony several times, and our creative daughter found her inspiration point on a chaise near the big window to write stories and draw. The pool was so warm and clean and the beach was beyond words. The ocean is my happy place - to hear the song of the waves, smell the salt, feel the sand under our feet, collect shells, and feel so connected to God's creation - this is why we came. The property is quiet and away from crowds. We enjoyed dinners at a few restaurants on St. Augustine beach and also took a few trips into old Spanish St. Augustine to see the Castillo and the Alligator farm. We cannot wait to come back. This was respite after a challenging year. It was so peaceful. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Terri and team for a truly exceptional experience - we'll be back soon!

Condo has access to a fantastic beach and quick drive to historic St Augustine sights. Comfortable beds, great kitchen perfect for 2 couples. Highly recommend
