We stayed here visiting our son who lives in Sloan’s Lake. The place is very clean, well stocked and spacious. The owners are great to work with and very responsive and kind. We had one minor hiccup, not their fault! However, they made it right even though they could not help the situation. We loved this location and could walk to everything which was nice because we did not rent a car this time. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is very safe and nice for walking. You will not be sorry if you book this VRBO!

We loved staying here. We had plenty of room to back a big trailer into the driveway. Very clean and inviting. Quite neighborhood. 5 people stayed comfortably! Dog friendly with a fenced back yard. Easy to access the house and check in. Very clear directions. We will be back!

This place was a great find for two couples in the Denver area! Restaurants were within walking distance and we shopped and cooked several meals at "home". I would book again.

Great house and great quiet neighborhood . There were four of us and we were very comfortable. There was plenty of room. Enjoyed being able to walk down the street to a great beer garden restaurant and cook a meal at the house. Communication with owner was great . I would definitely stay here when we came back to Denver !

This home was adorable! Lots of upgrades and very homey. We brought our doggie, and she was very comfortable too! The location was great for what we wanted to do, and John was very responsive to our inquiries. It was such a bonus to have access to the 2-car garage.

The neighborhood is walkable with restaurants nearby. The street is fairly quiet and there was plenty of room for our family of four. We believe a wide variety of people - young couple to an older family - would enjoy staying here. The attached garage and laundry were convenient, too!

Perfect for us in every way! Great house and location! Caught a concert at Red Rocks. Did an e-bike tour out of Golden. Went to Pikes Peak. Went hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Wish we were still there! Enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to local establishments too! The house was very comfortable and spotless and the hosts were awesome! Location of property was perfect and the house overall fit our needs. Communication with property owner was good. During the time we visited it was very hot and the A/C units (there are only 2 in the entire house) really do not cool the bedrooms at night. the box fans in the house helped but you will need to leave the bedroom doors open and draw the cool air in to the bedrooms. this could be awkward depending on who is staying the house. other than that the experience was very good. I would stay again. thank you.

Excellent property placed in a convenient location for going downtown or traveling out. Safe neighborhood with nice people. We felt extremely safe going out at 6AM or 11PM. We were in town for travel ball and could easily access the highway to get to any complex, a day in Breckinridge or Coors Field. Also check out the zoo! All around John was a fantastic host. His house is well kept, extremely clean and comfortable. The exact definition of a home away from home!

My family and I stayed at the Gray house for a week. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Denver. John has taken such great care of this home. You can tell he really cares! The house is spacious and very comfortable! It is larger than it looks. The bathrooms and kitchen have been beautifully remodeled. The bathrooms even have bluetooth. There was plenty of room to sit and chat or watch TV. The weather was warm and we were able to sit on the patio and relax. The chairs and couch in the family room are also very comfortable and inviting. The sunroom provides lots of warmth and light. Our family from Denver came over to visit and everyone agreed this is a great home to rent. The decor is very welcoming and the home is equipped with everything you will need. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is close to many great restaurants and bars. Several are within walking distance. We highly recommend renting this "Dog-Friendly Ranch Retreat" if you are looking for a place to stay in Denver.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gray house! We were in town for college tours, a concert and hiking. The Gray house was perfect for our family mix (2-18 yo, 79yo and myself). The house was nicely appointed, very clean, exactly as advertised, and 15-20 min away from all of our destinations. I would stay again and would highly recommend! Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Free snacks and coffee. Good location and nice neighborhood. Long Sooper grocery and two brewpubs within a 5 minute drive. Sat in the backyard relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Didn’t use the grill or fire pit, both propane.

If you are expecting dog hair or pet odors, you won't find them here. Super clean home. It's like entering Snoopy's dog house, looks small from the outside, but once you enter it keeps on going. Stayed in Denver visiting our son and the location was perfect for getting around. Very nicely updated home with modern appliances. Plenty of off the street parking in front as well as back with use of the garage, which we didn't need. TV's in the family room and bedrooms offered any channels you wanted when it was time to relax. Management and owner responded immediately to any questions or communications. The electric information board was a nice touch and helped us plan our days. One note, we only saw baseboard heat and no A/C, except for a portable unit in the 4 season room, so I would double check that if you are planning a summer stay. Would stay here again when visiting.

There is a double car garage and also a nice long driveway for parking cars. We really enjoyed our stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Gray House! We were visiting our daughter and her husband and needed a larger place to all stay because their place is very small. The hosts were very pro-active with communication. The house was well-decorated and well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in Denver for surgery for my daughter. The Gray house was beautifully decorated, very well stocked with anything you would need for your stay and was very comfortable and cozy. My wife loved the pictures of the cows. The house was in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The hosts were very attentive to any requests we had. It would be a great house for a family get together. I would definitely stay at this house again if given the opportunity.
