The wi-fi doesn’t work at all. No hot water and impossible to find anybody to solve our problems. They never replied to our messages.

The bed which my doughter was sleeping brok in midnight while she wanted to turn to other side. Reception told us that they had problem with internet and we had to pay cash while we didn't have enought cash with us and we had already booked the room by credit card. Further was bad smell in the room and bed sheets had spots and feeled not fresh and clean. So pity!

I ordered breakfast, but when I arrived, I were told they did not have breakfast. There were no internet and the water in the shower were cold, could not be regulated. I was truely disappointed.

Reasonable room in a convenient enough location.

Only one key for two people, and any staff was hard to find. I finally had to buy more toilet paper at a store.

The location was fantastic close to the uban and a short walk to the sban. got to listen to the church bells everyday but not to close as to keep us up at night.

We stayed for three weeks here. Our toilet seat was broken and pinched you every time you sat down. We asked for it to be fixed and was told every day maybe tomorrow. It finally got fix three days before we had to leave. So we suffered. Same with the tv. Was broken when we got there and we’re told the same thing maybe tomorrow. One guy had the nerve to say we don’t really want to watch tv do we. Also if we wanted our room cleaned or fresh towels or toilet paper we had to sit around and wait for cleaning person so we could ask for it. When we did finally get someone to clean our room they did a fantastic job at it.

We were able to choose from two available rooms, very friendly staff and a very nice and polite lady at the reception.

Clean, close to public transportation. Comfy beds. I loved the balcony.

Really nice rooms and super clean. The receptionist was super nice to me always.

The furnitures and bath were too old-fashioned, the soap and shampoo were empty. There was no equipment in the kitchenette not even a cattle or coffee cups.

A nice hotel in a quiet area of Stuttgart. Good value for money, clean and very nice and friendly Staff. The hotel has a bakery at the level ground which offer the opportunity to take an alternative German breakfast. The parking is free in front or behind the hotel. I recommend the location for a stop or a city break in Stuttgart.

There was construction work going on beside the hotel, so lot of noise till late evening. The room was hot as sun was direct, but staff gave us fan on request. Also lot of flies inside
