The description of the apartment, just a room was not accurate

The location is very good and the room is quite big. Air conditioning worked very fast which is appreciated in a very warm day.
It is true that some day the room could have been a suite: the room is so big, it has hydro massage shower, terrace, etc. however, the state of the facilities was so deteriorated: the shower works at 20%, the sink faucet was so oxidized and there are a lot of drains from the shower. It is true that the price is cheap, so it is not bad at all

Parking was not in the same area and it costs 12€ for one day.

The owner is very good ,one time my passport loss there ,after send back to md,and the room also very nice ,if i have next time vacation patra again,i will staying this hotel again

Great Value for money. Good location. Touble to find parking place (down town) but moving around a bit there is a free parking.

The location is excelent, room looks modern and is minilized furnitured. The stuff was nice and flexibel. The parking place was organized.
Because there is almost no furniture we missed hanger and more hooks for hanging. In bathroom the light was hanging down and the shower cabin couldn't be closed. Shower handel was not ok and it couldn't be handeled. The room is oposite church bell, but it doesn't ring from midnight till 7.00. The parking place is not in price.

The room was a small castle with so many small and practical decorative details and useful gadgets, it gives you a filling a small Home. I did like and I do appreciate that from the landlord and highly recommended to visit!
It was very or too close to the church and every 30 min church bell but what can we do please do respect the peoples's decisions, sincerely

very central in Patras but also means very noisy. If you like the sounds of the city this one’s for you. very spacious comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. Great value
no wardrobe also some problems with the lights in the bathroom but the worst thing was a stale cigarette smell which appeared after we left the room closed up for a few hours.

We didn't have breakfast but the location of the apartment was within walking distance of all the amenities

NO INTERNET AT ALL!!!!!! that was so annoying as I was there for studies so I needed internet all the day!

A little bit noisy (there is a church nearby, which you can hear every half an hour) and there isn't an option for breakfast
