Enjoyed the spanish influences and delightful Spanish influenced decor. Owner has great taste. Quality linens, furniture, updates. Plenty of beds we did not use being on 3. Two were left unused. Quiet neighborhood. Owner is excellent at quick communication and/or responses if questions arise but, has anticipated and given direction on anything you would need. Well done experience. Has been a “Lived in, loved in home by owners, not a vacant use rental home. Makes a difference in experience!

We spent a really nice weekend with family around an army graduation. Only issues were trash not picked up from previous tenants so we had a hard time finding places to put ours, and not enough silverware for everyone. Comfortable beds, spacious house to relax, a wonderful kitchen for cooking!

Property was well maintained with a few minor inconveniences (2 kitchen chairs were missing bolts upon arrival, driveway is a little narrow to navigate, and the previous occupants left a full trash bin at the curb that was never collected). Stove needed repair which was done immediately the following day. The property layout was great and accommodated my entire family. Neighborhood is great, would stay again.

We had a blast! Great memories made and a special time for our tennis team. We played in the USTA state finals at Cooper Creek. (Fabulous facility). The food in Columbus is AMAZING! 11th and Bay (unbelievable). Get the Pickle Juice martini and some smoked oysters!! The Loft was fun and great food . Thank you!!

Had to book at nearby hotel for the girls to shower.

The house was perfect for our family. We all had our own space but the still together. The kids enjoyed lounging in the sunroom while the adults visited in the living room. We will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house

There was so much potential in this property, but it fell short in expectations based on what was presented in the listing. If you realize that this property is not an “owner-listed” property but a vacant home that is a managed property it may help you lower your expectations to the reality of what you will find. We were attending a family event and arrived with correct number of beds, but not enough sheets to go with all the beds. There were not enough towels in the home (we would expect at least 1 per bed) and to make matters worse, the washer was not working so we couldn’t even do the laundry to get everyone a clean towel to use. The home is not well stocked - there was not even a “starter kit” that included dishwasher detergent or dish soap, so we had to run out and buy our own along with trash bags and other basic items that should be, at least minimally, provided. We requested a repair that never came for the washing machine. When we asked for a discount, we were only offered about a $60 refund on a nearly $1,000 stay and that refund was never even processed either. The house has some structural charm and the age of the home has potential character to make this an enjoyable stay, but the fact that the home is not being lived in (leaving it less than sufficiently stocked) and the mismanagement of the property leaves us wishing we would have chosen a different property in the same part of town.

The house was very clean and has enough room for everyone to stay. Really enjoyed my time with the family and friends. The rooms downstairs and upstairs are spacious and neighborhood it’s really nice as the park it’s just steps away from a nice morning walk and seeing the beautiful color of the trees change. The house had plenty of nice towels and the essentials. Definitely would stay again as this was a great VRBO property in Columbus, GA. Minutes away from downtown Riverside walks and breweries.

We had such a great time as a family. It was wonderful having so many bedrooms as we used 5 of the 6, and so convenient to have so many bathrooms. The location made it easy to get to all the places we needed. Our few suggestion is for the size of the home (and use eating 3 meals a day there most days) that the kitchen could be a little better stocked for misc utensils, wine glasses, dishwasher soap. Also, the kitchen chairs need some updating - to seat 10 for Thanksgiving (feed service men who couldn’t go home) we had to use patio chairs - was thankful for them being there. Three adults worked a couple days from the home and we didn’t have any WiFi issues :) Thank you making this home available to us, so that we could make our family time together special.

We stayed here Dec 2021 in order to attend my son’s graduation at Fort Benning. The layout and space with two rooms sharing bathrooms both up and downstairs plus other bedrooms having a dedicated bathroom was perfect for our group of 8 comprised of three families. Plenty of space for kids to play and nothing breakable or for them to get into. (Lots of plugs so you may need outlet covers if you have infant/toddlers like us. ) Grill and can opener don’t work- we wound up baking dinner instead of grilling and having to toss a can of green beans as a result. No big deal. We felt the space and location were great- beds comfortable but cleanliness especially of the floors / glass could be improved. Joe was immediately responsive any time we needed something. Thank you!

Property was an excellent value and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located near a park, it is convenient for families with two legged or four legged members.

This is a nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to downtown. The driveway is very narrow and a little steep but not bad once you get a little used to it. :) We did have problems connecting to the WIFI and the TV wouldn't work as it seems to only go through Roku - plus only one remote has batteries. This was not a huge issue as we were busy enough that the lack of TV didn't bother our group. All in all a very enjoyable trip and we were all very happy with the house and the location.
