Great place with plenty of room.

We were very satisfied with the property. House is convenient to the beach and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. Linen and towel rental worked out great! House was clean and we had a wonderful time!

Plenty of room, great location! Basic cleaning done, but thorough cleaning could be done.

The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The beach is a short walk. Sarah was awesome. She responded quickly to all of my questions. Will definitely be back next year.

This house is great. It is not a far walk from the beach and has everything you need. We enjoyed having access to beach chairs and even bikes. We will be back!

Good experience on renting!! but inside needs some attention!! Like beds need new mattresses, Coffee pot toaster plastic shower curtains need to be replaced, leftover food from previous renters and cabinets and lack of storage! Overall nice place had a good time 👍🏻

Nice beach house that is very well maintained.

The only reason cleanliness got a 3 was because the dishes were still dirty when we got there. This is nothing on the cleaning crew because they are limited to what they clean.

We loved our stay at “Always Sunny”. Plenty of bedrooms for our family. Super cute decor. Multiple decks. Great storage room downstairs with plenty of beach items to borrow. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a short walk to the beach (especially if you use the neighborhood shortcut path). Owner very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

House was great with everything we need for a wonderful get at way with my mother, sisters and nieces.

It was amazing! The whole experience was exactly what my family needed. I just lost my Dad two months ago and I needed to get away. Peace and tranquillity… So glad we picked this house and location. We are definitely coming back.

This place was awesome! Not too far from the main part of town, plenty of space to accommodate our family and then some. Super short walk to the beach access, lots of beach stuff to borrow. Only downside was the water temperature for the showers didn't get above luke warm. Would definitely stay here again!

We had trouble using the tv. But not important, because we fished everyday all day. We took shower and slept and went back to fishing. Everything was as expected. Check in was easy. Got my information when I needed it and was happy with linen service.

This was a great place to stay, plenty of parking and really nice accommodations. The location is perfect and quiet, lots of outdoor space on the balconies and the price was excellent. Very clean, great amenities. Check in was easy, check out was easy as well. Loved it and will consider this home again.

This property was exceptional. The host was friendly, responsive and accommodating. It was a 3 min walk to the beach and a five min drive to a great selection of restaurants and entertainment. The beach had a private feel. It was so peaceful and well maintained, just like the neighborhood. Very family friendly for our two-family vacation with five young kids. The kitchen was generously stocked, and there was access to beach supplies, which was extremely helpful. Perfect place for a low key beach getaway!

The decor was very "beechy" rooms were nice- a few things could have been updated, but overall a very nice stay.

We had a great time at the beach. The house is nicely decorated, with a lot of light. There were, however, a lot of things that were broken or falling apart. A kitchen cabinet "drawer" in front of the sink repeatedly fell off and landed on our feet. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang a towel. Some bedrooms had lamps, others did not. Some lamps were broken. Pull cords for the fans came off in our hands. The pots and pans were nonstick Teflon with huge scrapes. We had a great time and everything that we really needed to work... did. Topsail beach is heavenly.

Overall, the house suited our needs and was well equipped. Great gathering space. The space under the house/deck was useful since we did have rain on and off. Having a closet with games and beach gear came in handy. We had a couple of minor issues and the host was responsive to fix and repair. Would have liked a 3rd bathroom and bigger beds in all rooms. The walk to the beach was easy. Hope to be back to the area.

We had a fun week at this property! Plenty of room for us to hang out on the various balconies and the huge couch. The only issue we had was the stove is very easy to turn on by just leaning against it! We were constantly checking to make sure we hadn't accidentally turned it on.

Wonderfully cheery property with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Beach access super close. Lot’s of outdoor spaces....decks (3!) with comfy furniture, flat backyard for games! Located on a quiet cul de sac. Great area for walking or bike riding. The sunny yellow exterior captures the spirit of this house! Fun in the Sun!

This house was very cute and cozy! The location was perfect (very quiet and laid back), a quick walk to the beach (there was even a shortcut on a bridge through the neighborhood), excellent outdoor deck areas, plenty of comfortable sleeping options, and we loved using the outdoor shower after returning from the beach. The reason I didn’t give it five stars was because the house does need a little TLC. The biggest issue we had was that the dishwasher had a very strong, musty/moldy smell (even after running a wash cycle) and unfortunately, that smell seemed to seep into the kitchen. There were also two windows with missing blinds (one was the kids’ bedroom) and three other blinds were broken. The outdoor shower was a great feature, but the knobs were broken so although we could get the water on and off, they were very pointy and sharp which made them difficult to turn. There was also moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot when we arrived. Overall, we had a great stay, but just a few improvements would push this to a 5-star property!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! The house was cozy and had more than enough space for our group of 5. The kitchen had all of the appliances and tools we needed, and the rooms were very comfortable. We loved the close proximity to the beach as well as grocery stores and nearby restaurants. Sarah was very responsive and accommodating as well!

The weather was perfect. Even with light rain and overcast skies it was perfect. The decor is so cute. There were good beds. We enjoyed watching movies on the big TV. We cooked most of our meals in. The walk to the beach was easy. We loved Always Sunny.
