Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich (via WhatsApp). Grundsätzlich war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für uns war die Lage ideal, da wir zu einem Festival in die Stadthalle wollten. Diese war in 10 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar. WLAN war inclusive. Wir persönlich fanden die Einrichtung etwas kühl. Möchte dies allerdings nicht als negativ bewerten. Unter der Wohnung soll eine super Bar sein. Hätten wir gerne selbst beurteilt, sie war aber leider über die Weihnachtstage geschlossen (ggf. könnte es dadurch natürlich zu Lärmbelästigung kommen, wenn offen). Man blickt aus den Fenstern auf ein Neubaugebiet. Allerdings soll die Altstadt nicht so weit entfernt sein. Konnten/wollten wir wegen des Wetters nicht testen (Dauerregen).

Grundsätzlich keine Probleme. Es sollen aber 2 Sätze sein ;).

having to stand up in bath or sit in bath and hold shower hose as no attachment on wall for shower head there is shower door etc but can’t stand up for shower

I can say that everything was much better then my expectations

Very nicely furnished apartment. They have two sleeping rooms, hence two individual beds in one room as one double bed. Also the fact that there is a living room/kitchen allows to have space for yourself without waking up anyone. :) Apartments is really close to the city center restaurants and shops. We were unlucky to have blocked shower drainage, but they came to repair it very quickly so all was well resolved.

Downstairs there is a bar- noise and smell absolutely not great. The apartment is located on a big busy street and if the windows are open it is very unpleasant. Beds were not comfortable. Low water pressure.

We received the instructions to collect the keys by message and the owner called us to clearly specify how to do it. We were able to talk to him during our stay which was very practical.

it would have been great to have a toaster. And bedside lamps for all the beds as it is showed on the pictures.
