Clean, comfortable, spacious, felt like home!!! Would recommend to anyone!

My dad, brother and I stayed here during a tour of the Southwest. The place was perfect for us. It was clean, in a nice part of town and had plenty of space for us all. It was a great hub for hitting the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, the north rim of the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon.

The property was very nice but the back yard needs lots of work sonce it was just weeds, tall weeds.

We just stayed here last week to use as our base to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National parks. We had the best time and the place was perfect for our stay. We hope to go back and for sure would love to stay here again!!!!!

The apartment is a great spot for trips to all national parks around Kanab. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The quietness at night exactly that what we needed after long day trips. We will come back!

Great place so close to great locations

This was the perfect spot for our 6 days visiting Southern Utah. Close to town, tons of room for us to spread out and rest after day excursions. Centrally located to Zion, Bryce, Coral sands, Hodoos Toadstools, and less than 5 miles to the Sand Caves. Tons of information about local hikes.

We were more than pleased with our stay in Kanab, made our visits to the National Parks a perfect vacation. Was a great place to get refreshed and ready to go the next day! The only suggestion would be to have a table lamp in the living room for more relaxing lighting in the evenings. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to visit the local NP’s (Zion, Bryce Canyon & Grand Canyon North Rim).Thank you

Very clean, spacious, nice ‘extras’ in the kitchen, excellent and efficient communications with the owner and overall happy with our stay. Would recommend this place to family and friends. If we are back in the area, would rent this place again.

I travel to Kanab often and was delighted to find this new spot to stay at. It's an easy walk to downtown, grocery stores and more. The property was clean, quiet, and spacious too.

Great location. Within an hour of Zion and Bryce. Many hiking trails near Kanab, which is a great little town. Condo was roomy and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

We stayed in Kanab for 7 nights while we visited various national parks in the area. The property was clean and well equipped for our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Kanab!

Nice place for small group. Great access to Kanab amenities. Parking is quite limited so you need to carpool or make use of garage.

Newer building, just as pictured! Great location for exploring Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Zion. Cute little town with quaint shops and good restaurants. Quiet setting. We stayed with 5 adults and there was plenty of space. Would stay again.

We stayed for 4 days and used the house as base for all the NP nearby. Kitchen is nice equipped, AC is powerful. Only a BBQ and a table in the yard is missing for a perfect stay. Kanab is a cute village which provides everything for the daily needs.

Loved it!
We loved our stay at this place! It had everything you need and the location was awesome with several National Parks and State Parks near by. Would definitely highly recommend staying at this location and when we come back to Kanab I will be staying here again!

Roomy and quiet.
The property was easy to find and very quiet and plenty of room.
The only problem we had was finding a place to eat. While on vacation, I do not cook. Most restaurants in this area have very few hours when they are open.

Perfect
The home was spacious, CLEAN, new build & perfectly furnished. My family visited for 5 days while hitting up various National parks. Yes a drive there and back from parks, but Kanab and the condo was so comfortable to come “home” to after a day of exploring. It was EXACTLY what we needed.

Comfortable and convenient
This rental provided the perfect place for us to spread out after long days of hiking. It was also a great spot for all the places we wanted to visit and close to restaurants. We had all the necessities and very comfortable place to stay.
