There are a lot of ants, and the bathing facilities are insufficient, such as no shaver.

the privacy and space

The layout of the villa was nice, with 4 bedrooms around a good size central pool. We were asked to select one room, while to the others were locked (which is fine). The design of the rooms was good, with a good bathroom.

No AC in the Kitchen and until we asked, there was no utensils or cleaning products. There was no plug for the sink and when we asked for one, we were told they did have one. We managed to buy a plug at Lotus, but it was not a great fit. The restaurant on site was closed, which was did not know about until we arrived. Shops for buying food and other things for our stay were not very close.

Nice layout, with the private pool in the middle. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, and area has a fan (though not air-conditioned). Rooms and beds are huge. Staff are friendly. Security even helped to reserve a parking lot when we went out late at night.

There were alot of ants everywhere, with nests in the bathroom too. The villas have low walls so we couldn't sleep when other guests were having party. The pool is dirty, has afew dead worms when we first arrived - we had to fish them out ourselves on 2nd day.

Location - you need to book taxi to go anywhere as it is in the middle of no where. No restaurant onsite, No Spa or massage options, the breakfast shown in pictures is not 200 baht, they charge 600 baht.

The units were nice, well cared for, and clean. it was so fun having a pool to ourselves. The pool is not heated, but it was warm enough. it has good air conditioning in the bedrooms. The listing looks like there are 2, 3 and four bedroom units, but every unit had four bedrooms and they close off the extras you aren’t using. The staff was very helpful.

Quiet time is after 10 PM. Some neighbors were partying a little late, but the front desk took care of it. There’s not much close that you can walk to. We had to take grabs (uber in Thailand) to get food or to the beach.

Pool and room

Location, is far from everything, only good for groups that want to do a party here and have car. No restaurant, no taxi (only Grab app and it takes 100/200 thb for go anywhere)

when i booked it was clearly mention there is a bar,restaurant, etc but I found No such facilities ..had to order food online.. found millions of red ants in my room but got my room change.. manager was kind offered me to change the Villa but i didn’t wanted to bother them .. surrounding is very beautiful . if u want to stay here come with car or get a rented car,staff here will help u to get 1

We enjoyed the private pool a lot! It’s convenient that each bedroom has its own toilet as well. The location of the property meant that it is generally quiet too. Staff were friendly and super helpful with our requests.

There was a weird smell in the living room throughout the stay, and the furnishing felt dated. We had couple of issues upon checking in (the toilet drain was clogged and it flooded the toilet in the bedroom) but nothing much other than that. The place is clean but probably not for you if you’re uncomfortable with lots of insects and lizards. It’s quite a long (and dark) walk out to the nearest stretch of food places.
