The little blue cottage was very cute, inside and out! Felt secluded within the property regardless of neighbors on each side and felt very private. The cottage was spacious yet cozy and had everything you need while on a multi-day vacation!

Easy reservation with Jennifer and even got in an hour early! Entire cottage was immaculate and cozy. Fluffy thick towels and great pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Coffee and tea set ups were a lovely touch along with a hand written greeting! Outside back area was great for afternoon reading too. WiFi was easily available and a breeze to enjoy. Great TV subscriptions to choose from as well as many board games and puzzles. Having the washer and dryer is a great bonus. Great AC and water pressure! My only concern was that the two beds were not so comfy.. one had a definite low spot in the middle and both were rather firm. I am only mentioning as we are kind of selective about sleep and it just was a little tough. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable to the riverfront. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the little blue cottage! We absolutely fell in love with the charm of the house and the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet, right down the road from the water. We had everything we needed to cook a small meal one of the nights, and the house has all of the modern amenities you need to be comfortable throughout the house. Everything was very clean and well kept, and we can’t wait to come back for another stay! Thank you for having us!

This property was very clean, convenient, and comfortable. We were in Rockledge to visit friends, and were happy we chose to stay here instead of a hotel. Everything was just as advertised, with plenty of room for just two of us. We would definitely book here again!

It was a nice quite community and the best vacation I have had in a long time.

We just had a short trip to the area to look at colleges for my son. I easily fell in love with the adorable cottage and the cute neighborhood. The Indian River is a short walk up the street and we spent enjoyable mornings walking up to the local coffee cafe while spotting dolphins in the water! The cottage is lovely and had everything we needed. The "info app" they created was very helpful to quickly get to know the neighborhood (local grocery store, etc.) I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! PS: my son loved the loft room! If my son ends up going to college locally, you can bet we'll be wanting to book the cottage again! Thank you! Jill & Bryan

This is a comfortable, charming well equipped cottage that is a oasis for relaxing on the eoace coast. We highly recommend this cottage for it's cleanliness, and ease to enjoy the area.

Everything was lovely at the Cottage. The only issue was the walkway - my mom is 80; her sister & brother-in-law are 86 & 88. The walkway was very uneven & quite scary for the three of them to walk on. Other than that - we had a lovely time! Thank you!

I so enjoyed my stay here while visiting for work. Quiet neighborhood with the most well-stocked kitchen for supplies I've seen compared to other properties I've stayed in. I hope to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect! Everything we needed and then some. Quiet little neighborhood that was just beautiful. About 15 mins from the ball field (in a Florida for a baseball tournament). Completely equipped kitchen and cofffee bar, comfy beds and pillows, enough space for my son and I to relax and watch a movie. Plus a washer & dryer… baseball uniforms NEED to be washed. Thank you!!

My teenage son and I have stayed at this location several times and it is always welcoming. I love that I can use the washer and dryer and the home is so clean and comfortable. The smallest detail is considered to make you feel relaxed!

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. We didn't really have any plans besides going to Universal Studios. So we spent majority of the time at the cottage. It was a wonderful experience.

We rented this property to stay while my son played a tournament at the USSSSA Space Coast Complex and it was perfect! It is adorable, clean, cozy and comfortable and perfect for a quick, easy trip to the complex. Check-in was effortless and Jennifer was amazing! So quick to respond and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again for our next tournament and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

I loved staying at the Little Blue Cottage. It is in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to the water and an easy drive to the Historic Cocoa Village. The hosts Jennifer and Michael are very communicative and answered all of my questions almost immediately. I plan to stay here again in the future.

This property was exactly as described. It was quiet and quaint. It was a short drive to the beach and the USSSA Softball Complex which we were traveling for. Jennifer and Michael were terrific! Will stay here again for future trips to the area.

We were fortunate to find this property to stay at for a planned visit to the area for an early morning running event just a mile away. It was very comfortable accommodations in a quiet neighborhood.

My sons, 17 and 19, and I flew in from RI and made the short drive to Rockledge to discover a quiet neighborhood, a great location, and a very clean cottage that had all we needed for a short stay. We jumped off from here for many different adventures--Disney, Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge, Canaveral National Seahore, a bioluminescence tour with Space Coast Eco Tours (just 5 minutes from the house), among other smaller things to do. My sons and I look forward to coming back to Rockledge again and discovering more in the future.

Our stay for 8 days was wonderful in Rockledge. The neighborhood and location was perfect. The cottage is very well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The attention to detail made this cottage so charming and quaint! The wonderful downtown area located near by was such an added bonus.
