The home was old and smelly, it triggered asthma attacks and breathing issues. The kitchen sink was clogged and the garbage disposal broken (making cooking difficult), and it took the management company until the last day of our trip to fix it, despite many promises they would do it right away.

Great location and beautiful place. Didn’t have a a hair dryer though and the Keurig didn’t work. Other than that, we loved it!

Home was beautiful,, only thing house was not clean.. dirty dishes on the counter as well as a dirty sheet on top floor room. Garbage trash was left outside front door. I had to move it to get in the house. When I called about getting it removed they said it couldn’t be done till morning. After they tell you not to because of bears.. the owner next went off on me cause of it also.. kinda stress me out having to deal with the neighbor for a reason I did not cause.. no one ever called me back when I asked to speak to a manager..

Lovely to have a contact number to reach a real person. We had questions about the hearing which were answered. We also locked ourselves out and readily reached a person with the vide to access the secondary lock box. Very much appreciated The home was very comfortable and the views lived up to its picture!the immediate neighborhood was great for a short walk And so very convenient to North Conway and routes north

Very clean and quiet. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook. Plenty of towels and blankets. Only negative is that the beds were hard and living room tv’s screen was very dark toward bottom.

Loved everything there. The home was great!!! Love to three floors at the house. Very clean and had everything we needed. The view of the mountains were awesome!!! I'll be staying there again in the near future. Thank you very much, Michael Godin

Nice place, clean and big. Full kitchen. We were there when it was hot and there is A/C in the main room and upstairs bedrooms, but not the downstairs one. The master bedroom had no closet or dresser or shelves to put clothes.

House was clean, well organized and supplied and in a great location. Vacasa was very responsive. Would definitely book again.

We had the best time here! The condo is spacious and well-equipped with a beautiful view, especially at sunset. It's quiet and peaceful. Ten minutes to North Conway with all its adorable small shops and restaurants. Five minutes from lovely hikes--waterfalls, lakes, crystal clear streams, cliffs for rock climbing if you're so inclined. Forty-five minutes to Mount Washington. It was all wonderful.

Good: A large, very completely furnished house, with three double bedrooms on three floors. There is also a basement with a washing machine and dryer. The very quietly located house is surrounded by trees. A large balcony is on the first floor with a view of the mountains, including Mount Washington, very far away. Less good The whole week in late May, there were too many caterpillars of the adjacent oak tree and also mosquitoes, so the terrace could not be used. However, the house is equipped with very good mosquitos nets.

What a great vacation rental that feels like home! Spectacular Mountain View. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to going back

Location is perfect! The view from the porch is beautiful, and the inside couldn’t have been cleaner or more comfortable. Great stay for skiing adventures, hiking, or local shopping at the outlet mall.

We were very disappointed with this rental unit. It looks beautiful and spacious in the pictures posted online. It is neither. I would include a link to photos I took of the unit, but unfortunately, that is not allowed here. The unit is much smaller than it appears. The main living space was very cramped, despite how it appears in the pictures - and we were only four people. The walls are very thin within the unit and sound really travels. The beautiful photos sold us on this unit; reality painted a much different picture. 1. The deck is in poor shape. The two bar-height chairs and table on the deck are old and rickety. We didn't feel safe using them. There was also an issue with hornets/wasps out on the deck. 2. There was a live hornet's nest in the recessed porch light (light cover is missing). 3. The unit has an overall look of neglect. a. Cracked floor tile in bathroom; b. Screw sticking out of the 2nd Flr vanity; c. Nail sticking out of the wall by bench in mudroom; d. Backsplash behind kitchen sink needs repair; e. Numerous areas in need of spackling / painting; g. The underside of the range hood needs a good cleaning; h. A number of stains on the carpet; 5. No closet or drawers to unpack your clothes in the 2nd flr bedroom. 6. It would be good to explicitly state in the listing that there is no TV service - no local channels, no cable - only streaming with your own accounts. Although the lack of artwork or decoration is evident in the pictures posted online, it doesn't really hit you until you're there in person - all of the walls in the entire unit are bare with the exception of three paintings. What you do see on the walls, besides the damage previously mentioned, are all the holes where decorations/artwork had previously hung. I will say that the unit was well-cleaned with the exception of an old band-aid that was stuck to one of the throws. We've stayed in many places in the North Conway area from VRBO rentals to hotels and motels - and this is the first time we've ever been disappointed with our stay. Although some of the issues I mentioned may seem small, when taken as a whole they made for a very disappointing experience, especially at this price point.

This house is very clean and has everything you need. Close to attractions, yet off the beaten path.

Great location, close to ski mountains, Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore, clean condo with nice kitchen appliances and cozy living room decor. Perfect get away with my family. Thank you for our stay.

The place was good and clean but there were a lot of flies whereby they really bothered us especially the first night.

We thoroughly enjoyed my stay at #5 Attitash Woods. It was well kept and very clean. Plenty of space and condo is located in a central location to North Conway and other local attractions.

The home was perfect for our weekend . It had everything we needed, extra blankets/pillows, full equipped kitchen , a walk in area for our wet shoes and way more. If you are looking for a no stress place to book this is where you should stay !

We loved the view and how cozy the condo felt. We definitely plan to stay here again next year!

We stayed here for five nights in July 2020 and it was perfect for us. We came for the great views and a central location for lots of casual hiking. As serious home cooks we also appreciated the induction cooktop and the fact that the knives were sharp, something many rentals don't have. We also loved the mini-split air conditioners so we could keep our bedroom cool while not wasting the AC where it wasn't needed. Also, good, reliable WiFi, which was necessary do to remote work commitments. Overall it was just the escape we needed. We will consider this property again the next time we are in the area.
