There was absolutely nothing to not love about this property.

The home facilitated my group very well. We were able to make meals and socialize all at the same time based on the layout of the home.

Lovely home just right for four adult couples and four kids. The home is just as pictured and described by Vacasa. The children enjoyed ping pong and the huge downstairs TV. Despite chilly Christmas weather we gathered at the fire pit for evening sunset s’mores. A few of us did a polar plunge off the dock! The kitchen provided all necessary items for cooking and table setting. Food shopping is conveniently nearby, as are restaurants and gathering spots. There are a few nearby churches, friendly though small.

This was perfect location for a peaceful family Thanksgiving get away. Beautiful views, open living space, and plenty of space for everyone. We defiantly plan to come back again!

House is big for large groups, generally it was clean and we enjoyed the stay. Water smells like metal which was a downside.

We loved the flat, very-useable yard, the great dock area and the well-set-up kitchen and eating areas. Lots of great memories were made!

The property was as described. With 4 adult couples and 5 grandchildren the house fit us perfectly. Each couple had a bedroom with a private bath, The children played, watched TV and slept downstairs. The best thing was drinking coffee every morning on the back porch overlooking Lake Anna.

This is our 3rd time renting, and overall it’s still pretty good, but this time we saw couple of roaches live and death down in the basement and in the master bath. We will look for somewhere else next year

A beautiful house! It was perfect for our extended family vacation with 4 families. Rooms were large, many bathrooms, and large family room/kitchen for hanging out. The front yard was perfect for our yard games, porch was great for watching the water. There were not enough blankets. Nothing to snuggle up in on the couch, so bring your own! There was a wasp issue down at the dock. Many nests and although we were careful not to disturb, they were always flying around. The only thing I wished we had was a kayak. Since you cannot rent a boat on the private side, it would have been awesome to be able to explore by water. Would definitely return!

Listing is deceptive as two of the bedrooms have no bathroom available on their floor and all remaining full baths are en-suites There are no chairs for the dock or fire pit Living room does not have enough seating for all adults Garbage cans are not sufficient and animals dumped garbage every night and there was no

We loved the very spacious and well-equipped home with beautiful views of the lake.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. A couple things that needed some help were the lawn had clearly not been mowed for at least 2 weeks. The grass had gone to seed and was up to the chin of our 2 year old. The hardwood floors and bathrooms in general were not clean.

We stayed at Tranquil Point in June 2022. While the home was great it was lacking in a few areas. For our family it is all about the dock and the water. No chairs or tables at the dock, nor was there access to electricity to use pumps for tubes and rafts. But the biggest negative was the nails sticking out of the corner of the dock where guests are to tie up their boats. Plus Zero dock edging to protect your boat. The upstairs bedroom is on the same AC as the rest of the house, so to get that room cool enough to sleep in you have to freeze everyone else. Several of the beds need to be replaced. 3 people in our family are sensitive to added smells and the basement had "plug in" scents and we had to air out the basement to be even useable. In conclusion, for the price of the home....we had hoped for more. The home would deserve 5 stars if dock, beds, and AC needs were addressed.

Grateful to the owner for sharing your home! Beautiful and “Tranquil” setting On the lake. Home has great layout and is inviting for family. Deep water at the dock perfectly accommodated our boat and great for swimming! Home was very clean and set up with everything we needed for for cooking/meal prep. Management was very responsive and quick to follow up. This was an incredible experience!!

Great location. Quiet Cove. Near grocery store and restaurants. Flat lot to lake. Nice dock with swim ladder. Very large deck. 6 spacious bedrooms. 2 spacious living room areas. Large dining area sits 14 comfortably. Tons of storage in kitchen. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of games and movies.

Perfect location! The home has everything needed for a great stay and the floor plan is perfect for guests.

This house is great and has a lot of rooms and space. The property was nice and had a great dock and water access. The only down side is that there was 2 rooms in the basement but no bathroom. All the other rooms had bathrooms attached, so anyone staying in the rooms downstairs needed to share a bathroom in another bedroom.

This is a perfect lake vacation home. Everything you need, perfect location, flat lot, great dock. Only draw back is there is no bathroom for the bottom level bedrooms- they have to share with someone’s private bedroom bath.

Our family loved gathering in this beautiful and comfortable home. Early morning coffee on the deck with that amazing view of the lake was a delight! The dock was a great place for fishing and swimming, too.

The home was spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable for our group of 11. It is centrally located which was very helpful as we traveled around Virginia throughout the week.
Additionally, the kitchen was ideal - provided the space needed for several hands in the kitchen.

Love everything about this home.
