Cute little beach vibe! Beds were comfy and everything was very clean and the shower
had the best pressure ever!

Very nice, clean, updated and well stocked kitchen and bath. Lots of beach supplies and option to use bikes and golf cart. My sister and I shared the king and my other sister used the queen. Quiet neighborhood. Parking space is a bit tricky but I got used to it.
Only suggest a new shower curtain in bathroom so water does not continue to rot the molding.

Very clean, well stocked with anything we could have needed, clear instructions on anything we would had trouble figuring out on our own, host was very plesant in her communication with us. Quiet street in older section, definitely a 5 star property. We will definitely book again!

Nice and quiet location. Close to downtown/breweries/food/shopping and the water but far enough away to be peaceful. Rental was very clean. Beds were comfy. Couch was maybe the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental. Very nice and clean place. Had everything you needed for beach. Golf cart was my husband’s favorite part!
Owners were responsive when we needed them and the price was great for all the amenities and location, thanks for helping to make my husbands birthday so enjoyable.

We loved our stay! It was super clean and inviting! We had plenty of room. Everything we needed to cook in. We spent most of our days at the beach, Honeymoon Island and Clearwater and we had all the beach essentials we could want (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys). The golf cart got us down town to the shops, jolly trolly, and stores.

Me and sister booked our beach vacation here. The beds were absolutely incredible. The whole place was so clean and she had everything you could ever need there that you might forget at home. It’s very close to downtown and there’s plenty of cute shops and restaurants. My only note would be it’s a duplex and the host lives next door, and the other houses are very very close together. That’s not necessarily an issue but the walls were very thin and you can hear talking/noises. The hosts were amazing and very quick to respond. I would definitely come back or recommend this stay!

What a wonderful stay. Everything you need! The golf cart was such a great extra. Walking distance to the ball park. Everything from towels to beach chairs and coolers. We didn't need to buy anything extra. Nice quiet location and owners immediately replied to messages. If we come back, we will stay here.

A very clean and well maintained space. The hosts have you set up to really be able to make the most of your time! The beach supplies are perfect for spending time on the beach and the golf cart is a fun way of exploring Dunedin. We will be back :)

Dunedin is a great destination, and this rental is located within walking distance to everything, although a golf cart is provided for added convenience. The rental is located on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. Justin & Stephanie are gracious host and are on site to address any needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and all of the household necessities that were provided to us. The property owners really go above and beyond to ensure the place has everything you might need and more for the perfect vacation. The golf cart was the highlight and so helpful for us to get around town!

This residence was absolutely beyond my expectations, there was everything in the residence that anyone could possibly want or require on a vacation. I travel extensively and this the best, i have never had access in the most expensive hotels that were supplied in this residence, chairs and floats for use at beach, every kitchen appliance you could possibly want.
I have no problem should anyone want to contact me with regards to this unit.
I only hope I am able to rent it again and it is not fully reserved.
I only wish my own home was as spotlessly clean as this unit.

Lovely clean apartment, had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well stocked. Loads of towels and beach equipment. Cart and bikes was great to use to get around the town.

This was a cozy home away from home with everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay provided by Stefanie. The decor was cute/beachy and it was spotlessly clean. The location was quiet and peaceful and the town of Dunedin was charming. I would love to return.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 2-year old daughter. This property had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for the beach. Great place to stay!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. We stayed in Dunedin hoping to get a feel for the town, maybe one day making it our permanent residence. The place was clean, convenient and close to everything. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for our short stay. Stephanie was so sweet offering bikes, beach accessories and towels. We will definitely stay again!

A Great place in a wonderful location within walking distance to Downtown Dunedin and the Pinellas Trail . The place had everything you would need. Example: spices, coffee, filters, foil, plastic bags, paper towels , etc. also toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We would definitely come back.

We needed a last minute place to stay and Justin, Stefanie, and Lori were incredibly accommodating. The home is the cleanest vrbo rental we’ve ever stayed in, meticulously clean. The property was so quaint and probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. All the extras provided were such a nice touch. The only thing holding me back from giving a perfect rating was being woke up fairly early one morning with people working on the house. It sounded like repairs were being made and I completely understand that has to be done at some point. Other than that my stay was pretty much next to perfect! I will contact them again for sure!

Wonderful property! No complaints at all. It felt like home. Super clean and new interior. Beds, sheets and pillows high quality. Kitchen stocked with anything you would need to cook meals. Quiet area and the use of the bikes was a bonus! We used them everyday to explore the area. Great communication. We will be booking this location again.Thanks Justin and Stefanie for a great stay!

I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Such a cozy, beachy place - very quiet neighborhood, and all the amenities you could imagine! Looked like previous guests had left behind things they couldn’t take with them, so we did the same - tissues, toilet paper, etc.
we would absolutely stay here again - the hosts were more than accommodating. Staying here made our trip so much nicer than being in a motel. Five ⭐️ all the way!!

Loved our stay here! Condo was clean, beautifully detailed and the kitchen was very well equipped. Washer and dryer allowed up to keep up with laundry and the owners provide everything we needed in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and in a very quiet neighborhood. 3 minute drive to Bon Apetit, well worth the visit. Hosts were easy to contact and were quick to answer questions. Direction in the condo were easy to understand and very useful.

This was a great place for us ended up being a few blocks from the baseball park which was our main reason for being there. The property was perfect. Very clean and accommodating exactly as the listing said! Stephanie and Justin were so nice they let us know if we needed anything to just let them know. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely rent again.
