Layout and all was really pretty cool. Lots of broken items: Laundry rooms door (hole) Bathroom doors (locks) Night stands one in master other sitting in garage busted . Cable TV and sound system Very low water pressure for a shower with so many features Kitchen issues: Most dishes are very dates and dirty Three forks in the whole house Not a good variety of pans or cookware Splattered paint on all floors from being repainted and no proper cleaning supplies to aid with cleanup Very unsatisfied because house itself was super cool

I was very impressed with the property. It was spacious so much so that I felt like I didn’t have time to enjoy it all lol. I will say though, the rooftop has trash on it and to give the benefit of the doubt I won’t blame the cleaning crew; I’ll say it was debris from previous storms to be fair since everything else was well put together. Also, the neighborhood itself is nice but the surrounding area was a little sketchy. I didn’t feel unsafe but I was very cautious in my offsite ventures. The price was great and I’m definitely looking to plan a trip back just to stay in this property.

The property was really good. Location was good. Floor plan of the house was great for a large group. The house was a little dirty. The patios were very messy and missing a lot of the cushions for the furniture. The management company was very responsive when we had questions.

Stayed here with my husband and two other couples. The house was as pictured and beautiful. Unfortunately it was cold so we didn’t get to use the rooftop deck but the view was amazing. Bedrooms were nice and there were plenty of bathrooms. It was a great location and easy to get downtown. Overall excellent and would highly recommend.

All in all we had a fantastic trip. The house was beautiful and had enough bedrooms for our family. It was in a good location and was super close to downtown Nashville.

This was the perfect place/location to stay for my sisters bachelorette weekend. The place was so cute, spacious, and had a great location. The Uber to Broadway was less than 10 min. The host is very easy to communicate with and provided all the necessary items for a fun weekend.

Beautiful and cozy house! Comfy beds and bedding, trendy decor, close to downtown, and very quiet! The place was a bit dusty and water pressure was super low which a bummer because the master bathroom is awesome! But overall I plan to stay there again:-)
