Cute house, clean with all basic supplies. But the house had a pretty musty smell not really removed despite running the AC.
And although down the street from a private dock and small beach, not really usable for anything.
Finally, nice location within Sandwich. Conveniently off of Route 6.

This house was a charming Cape Cod! Altho, there was a musty smell upon arrival and each day after the house had sat, it did go away. We loved this house and would definitely stay there again. Our son had his own "wing" of the house which he enjoyed. It was so close to the beach, food, P-town. Thank you for hosting.

This house has everything we need. Outdoor shower, many beds, functional kitchen and laundry machines, A/C. It’s the second year we have stayed there and I’ve had a very positive experience both times!

We had a great stay, the property was just as advertised! It was super clean and perfectly set up for our family. Del Mar was great to work with and we would definitely stay at their properties in the future!

Great location, great rental house! Our only issue was that one of the showers had no water pressure, and also the microwave was wicked high, which seems hazardous.

Great stay in Eastham. While we typically rent in Chatham decided on something different this year. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Close to pond with amazing views, great outdoor spaces to play it sit and relax.
Beds in smaller bedrooms are basic but fine. Showers need attention; shower heads are quite old and do not function properly. Coffee pot did not work.

Comfortable and well suited for six people. Yard is smaller than the description suggests. Difficult to go anywhere without a car due to Route 6. I'd stay here again only if the price were considerably lower.

This property is a GREAT find!! Located on a quiet street not too far from the Orleans Rotary, with Town Cove at the end of the private drive. The house has a nice-sized backyard, which was great for the kids. I really appreciated that the house came with linens since we came from California, and would've had to buy all the linens and towels. We rented paddle boards and kayaks to use in the cove, where there's a little beach and boat landing. Perfect laid-back vacation spot. I would stay here again-- the management was friendly and helpful!

Convenient, Clean, and Cozy.
Our stay was wonderful. The house is in the perfect location between Orleans and Eastham. We were able to visit local family in both towns with ease. The house was larger than expected and extremely clean. It had all the amenities we needed for a 7 night stay. Loved that Del Mar includes linens and towels in their rentals. We traveled from Florida so that helped out alot.
I would definitely rent with them again.

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood
The house was exactly as described, clean and well equipped. Neighborhood was quiet and the local shared dock on town cove was a bonus.

Wonderful Visit
A beautiful cottage that is deceptively large - with a beautiful yard and an amazingly nice neighborhood. The walk to the dock was wonderful and we enjoyed it every night. The Kitchen was large and the dining room was great - the living room was comfortable and the water pressure was excellent.
Easy check in and check out - and offstreet parking was ample. No dishwasher.
