Wonderful location tucked in a community of 11 sister properties that match their unique style . Convenient located by only short driving or biking distance to entrance 9 where dolphins and turtle patrol ladies frequently greet the newcomers . The entire island is feeding into majestic experience of this rental property , because it flows. Moreover the exploration on their bikes arranged availability right away makes you feel very welcomed. There is little wagon f young visitors and toys . Many other good details if sustainable vacation rental makes sense for new guests . Owners communicate clearly and promptly 😘😛.

We stayed here for a wedding at the Seabrook Island Club, and I'm so glad we did! The 360 views in the trees were our favrotie part.

Great place

This was the most perfect little treehouse for our family. Its in an excellent location close to the beach. The owners have already provided bikes and beach items so you wont have to bring anything! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. Of course Freshfields is a short drive away with lots of excellent dining options. We will definitely be looking at renting this house again when plan another trip to Seabrook. This was the third house we have rented at Seabrook and definitely our favorite!

Perhaps a bit more info on amount of steps to tree house RE: carrying in food and personal items...that being said the place is awesome lovely views beach access is not at this time convenient the 2 access beaches 7 and 9 are basically rip rock not the owners fault...walking t hur golf course is truly not a good idea would rent again lovely owners

great spot -- we were there for my niece's wedding at the beach club so it was close and convenient! My wife liked sitting on the deck and listening to the birds and using her bird app to identify them.

The treehouse was a great spot to have our annual girls’ trip! Depending on traffic it’s about a 40 min drive to Charleston. However, it’s a short drive to local restaurants and shopping. Located in a great area to walk or ride bikes. Loved having the bikes available. We rode them to the beach a few times. The charge to access the club area seemed a little excessive $40/day/pp. However this is something the owner doesn’t control. Just know that even if you just want to eat there (even if you’re not using pool or beach) you have to have a pass. They don’t take cash. We had a great time!

This villa is simple, but provides a comfortable setting to take in the wonders of Seabrook Island. Doug & Nancy were great with communication. The villas has a full kitchen complete with everything you could need to make and serve meals. The island is incredible, and the villa was just want we needed. Highly recommend!

We have visited Seabrook at other rentals before and we all have agreed this was our favorite spot so far. The location is quiet and feels private but was easy to access if you don’t mind some steps. We especially enjoyed the porches and the golf course was a beautiful view with occasional wildlife visitors. Doug and Nancy were great communicators and the home was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and served our family of 4 comfortably. The bedrooms were cozy (with some blackout curtains!) and we were grateful to have the second bathroom. Having laundry on site was fantastic and we used some of the available beach equipment too. Regretfully, we didn’t find time to use the bikes so I can’t speak on their condition. I’d definitely book this home again!

My family with 3 children - ages 12, 12 and 10 had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Treehouse. The house itself was precious, very comfortable, and cozy. We were very satisfied with the property, the neighborhood, the golf course, the beaches and the pools on the property that were available to use. We put the bicycles, beach chairs, wagon and beach toys to use. It was much fun bike riding all around the island, going on the nature hikes, checking out crab island and enjoying the pure beauty of the Treehouse and community. We were able to walk down the beach and watch the dolphins feed which was amazing. The beds and bedding were great and the kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher were all utilized. We bbq'd on the porch and enjoyed the seating area under the treehouse. The nature and beauty was so nice. We sat on the porch and watched as squirrels build nests. It was so neat to be eye level with them and watch. We were able to see deer feeding in the morning and also saw alligators around the ponds by the main entrance to the island. The Oak Trees and Magnolia Trees throughout the island were majestic and a brief trip about 15 minutes up the road had us visiting the Angel Oak that is estimated between 400-500 years. I highly recommend others to enjoy this fabulous place. The owners were very helpful and ready to step up. They even came out to the property to repair a popped tube in one of the bikes. That is some great customer service there.

What a fun new experience staying in a tree house! Everything we needed in a small but cozy place for my family’s trip to Seabrook Island. It was clean, spacious, and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our short trip to the beach.

Doug and Nancy were wonderful hosts, very easy to communicate with and very helpful as we navigated travel issues which had nothing to do with them and our rental. Would definitely rent from them again!

This place was clean, full of every amenity you could need, and a lot more spacious than we pictured a treehouse to be. The neighborhood was so peaceful and we loved seeing the dolphins every day. We can't wait to visit again!

It’s a great little villa. The outdoor patio is tucked up in the trees so bird watching is easy! Pretty much had everything we needed. Beaches are GREAT! Very exclusive and safe area! It’s a bit of a walk to the good beach spots (5 and 6). I would recommend using the bikes! Not a lot of room for child play around the villa. Most grass areas are the golf course. A lot of early morning greens keeping on the golf course which was okay for us since we were awake but if you like to sleep in you might want to keep the windows closed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay! Only reason I gave lower scores for location and neighborhood was due to lack of sidewalks, lots of construction noise and locals drive faster than posted signs!

Close bike ride to the beach, fabulous beach! You can enjoy for a fee the members facility which has a pool, library, work out room, pickleball courts plus daily activities. Outdoor deck, adjacent to the golf fairway, nice view. Easy drive to local market with retail and dining.

We loved staying in the treehouse! The owners were so attentive and friendly throughout the process. We were there for a holiday visit, and despite unseasonably cold temps, we stayed cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the beds were great. Would love to come back in warmer months to use the bikes, the beach gear and enjoy the big deck and many windows. A really unique and fun place for a small family to stay on beautiful Seabrook Island!

A lovely treehouse in a peaceful setting. The cozy two bedroom two bath treehouse with a private golf course view is two minutes from a gorgeous ocean beach. The house is clean and neat and looks as represented. Would give it a five star rating if the furniture and kitchen equipment were less dated.

We enjoyed are stay at Seabrook Island. The treehouse was big enough for the three of us- cozy, but not in a bad way. The beds are firm-so beware if you need a softer mattress. The water was only warm, never what I would call hot. Everything else was great. Nicely stocked kitchen- plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Nice sized TV in the living room and plenty of seating. The view from the deck over the golf course and lagoon was very beautiful. The location was great! We felt very safe there and it was also quiet.

We loved our stay at this property. The house was perfect. We loved waking up and seeing the deer right outside the large windows. The community is also fantastic. Our teens loved the variety of activities (pool table, two outdoor pools, weight room, etc.) The hosts are wonderful. They created an easy check in/out and were available to answer any questions promptly. We hope to return soon and have already recommended it to family and friends.
