This was the second time we've stayed at the property, which should give you an indication of how much we loved it the first time around. The owner/manager of the property is spot on with communication and checking in to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The Boat dock is a short walk from the house, and the pool at the house is a great second option. The home came equipped with a bunch of extra's to include access to paddle boards and fishing equipment which we were able to utilize. My daughter caught her first fish, and went on to catch 7 more! Jeff was great in laying out all the information necessary and more! As his family enjoys the lake throughout the year they included a list of their favorite spots (which I'm pretty sure are now our favorites to) You won't go wrong for the price point and you'll love watching the sun set behind the house while the kids splash in the pool! We will be back again, maybe sooner than last year :)

Our stay was amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and the whole house was very pretty and clean! It's not right on the lake but it was still close enough that we could walk a bit and go swiming! The paddle boards at the house were with BIG hit we used them almost everyday! We also really enjoyed the amenities especially the pickle ball court and all the equipment to play was already at the house which was very nice. Overall a very good stay and would definitely do it again!

We had a fantastic visit over Memorial Day with our three children. The home is extremely clean, well organized and comfortable. The pool, which is relatively small and not very deep, was perfect for young children. We also enjoyed the amenity center, which includes a larger pool. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will return.

Everything was perfect on our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. We took advantage of the basketball court, pickle ball court and sand volleyball court every day and owner of property had sports supplies although we brought our own. We also took advantage of owners kayaks/SUP which we spent several hours on the lake. The pool and grill were as advertised both clean and well functioning. Owner was very attentive to questions and our stay was great. We had wife’s parents and our five kids and the space was perfect. We definitely stay here again. Obviously out of the owners control and I don’t hold him responsible for this but there is a lot of new construction and work would start at 7am. Definitely loved the location and amenities.

This was a perfect family vacation spot. The owners were very quick to communicate and the house was exactly as described, maybe better. The pool was perfect for my family of 4 and the house was spotless. There was plenty to do and keep us entertained. Will come back!

Beautiful Property!

This house was beautiful and clean. We had 2 toddlers and 1 a 7 month old baby with us and it was perfect. The house had kid plates, spoons, bowls and cups. Also had pool toys for the little one. Freddy was very attentive and responding when I needed something. We will be coming back! Great home!

Location can’t be beat. Pool was amazing - perfect size and temp. Beds we very comfortable and rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Property owner was extremely accessible and helpful as we navigated around to help us maximize our stay. Would definitely return!

Beautiful clean house with amazing pool. Great location on the lake. It was really nice to have a boat slip with a lift for our tritoon boat. We have rented from VRBO for over 15 years and Jeff and His wife are the nicest most caring owners we have ever rented from. We will definitely rent this house again!

Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is perfect to relax and let the kids play. The location is perfect—a few steps to the marina, 5 minute drive to town for store and restaurants, etc. The owner responded quickly before and during stay. The house is nice and was perfect for our party of ten.

What a great experience this stay was! Had a girls trips for my daughters 16th birthday and every part of the trip was higher than my expectations! The Burdick’s were always available to answer questions, and knowledgeable of the area for extra activities we did in town while here. We can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay! This was the perfect size and location for our first family vacation after staying at home for months. The pool was great for our grandkids and having access to the dock was great since we also brought our boat. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive with a very minor glitch with check-in. We are already talking about our next trip here. Highly recommended!

Jeff and his house are next level and one of the best properties we have stayed at on any rental platform. The house is clean, extremely well stocked and the heated pool is the icing on the cake. They recently added a boat slip which was great place to store our boat while enjoying Lake LBJ. We will always keep this place in mind when taking a trip and will go back again and again!

My wife and our kids have stayed in numerous VRBOs over the years and this was one of the very best. The house was new, clean, comfortable, and it had everything we needed (from pool towels, to coffee, to wine glass and even wine)! Our host Jeff was also great, checking in with us regularly and always available if we had an issue. They even left a gift basket of snacks and wine and a bucket of sunscreen and bubble toys for the kids. This house is also inside a beautiful gated community with wonderfully close and easy lake access and plenty of space for kids to play. Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed staying here. Book this now!

Stuck at home during coronavirus, we needed a change of scenery and found it here. We spent 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The house is perfectly appointed with everything you need and more. The owner is very responsive and accommodating, even left a lovely welcome basket. We hung out around the house and pool for a couple days, going on long walks and bike rides and then rented a boat one day which was very easy and convenient with the community boat ramp. We definitely plan to return here.

Overall, I can't say enough on how nice this property is, the amenities provided and more importantly, how great the hosts are. We went for my son's 6th birthday and they left him little goodies, including a birthday card. The house is perfect and has everything and more you could need in a house rental. The pool is great and the heater makes it even better when the wind blows off of the lake. Overall, it was a 5 star visit that made us book it again in May! Thanks again to Jeffrey for making our trip wonderful!

This property was a great fit for our family trip. The property was beautiful and maintained very well. We had a great time on the kayak/stand up paddleboards on the lake. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future. The owners were very personable, easy to work with and great hosts. The house is in a very cute neighborhood and we felt very safe. Would highly recommend!
