Our group loved staying at the property. The location was perfect for walking to bars and restaurants. We were also a short Uber away from anything else we wanted to do. The house itself was great, clean, and provided every amenity we could have needed. The owner was very easy to contact and worked with us to make sure all of our needs were met. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Austin.

This property is primarily targeted towards party groups who are less concerned about amenities and cleanliness. The property is suffering from overall lack of maintenance. Also, renters should be aware that they will potentially be disturbed by constant roosters crowing next door, beginning at the crack of dawn and stopping at sunset. Our stay was quite a disappointment, especially after paying double the daily charge due to eclipse pricing.

My stay at Daniel's residence was absolutely fantastic. The property actually has two homes on it and was super accomodating for our large group of 14 adult guests. The location is VERY centrally located (an easy 7-10 minute Uber to most places in Austin) and less than a 15 minute walk from Rainey street. Additionally, the host, Daniel, was super responsive and genuinely cared about our experience. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Seven of us stayed at the property for a weekend in Austin. Great layout for groups with 3 master bedrooms plus 2 bunk bed rooms. Comfy beds, all the amenities and appliances you could need. Great neighborhood. 100% recommend

Wonderful stay here with my bachelor party. Comfortable living space as described with a full kitchen. The grill they offered was in terrible shape but everything else was very clean and worked properly and the owner was attentive to this issue. Id definitely recommend this spot

My group of 14 and I rented this house for a long weekend last week and it was great!! House is exactly as pictured and included all the listed necessary amenities and then some. Perfect location to get to all the best spots in Austin and easily fit our entire group comfortably. Daniel is a great host, easy to communicate with and included great recommendations for places to visit and activities in Austin. For many in my group, including myself, it was our first time in Austin and experiencing the city while staying at this house made it that much better! Would highly recommend!

Great Spot for Larger Groups
The house was very modern and well kept. It accommodated the large group of people I had for the weekend perfectly. Conveniently located to Rainey Street which was amazing too. Would highly recommend to anyone heading to Austin with a larger group of people. This place was worth every penny and provided everything you would need for the house.

GREAT spot!
This place was PERFECT for a bachelorette party. There are two separate houses that have ample amounts of space. Super clean and nice. Beds were really comfortable. The location was also great -- we could walk to some breweries and bars and then scooter or uber to others. It also came with plenty of beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, fun champagne glasses, etc. Would 100% recommend!

Perfect bachelorette weekend!
Daniel was such a helpful host who responded immediately to all questions. He also allowed an early check in and late check out which was ideal for the various flight times everyone had. The house was in perfect condition and beautiful. So nice to have two houses connected through the backyard so everyone could fit! Would definitely recommend this house to other big groups.

Had an awesome experience staying at this place. Daniel, the host, was responsive throughout the booking process and leading up to the stay, and also supportive during the stay. The property has two great houses that fit our whole group comfortably. They are clean, new, and very nice inside. Well supplied kitchen, as well as ample towels for a big group for the long weekend. The house is also in a great spot near Rainey street. Highly recommend this for a stay for big groups traveling to Austin!

Awesome!
Place was incredible. I had 13 guys for a bachelor party and it slept everyone comfortably. You could walk to Rainey St if you wanted too. The location can’t be beat if you want to be close to the action.

I have stayed at several rental properties designed for big groups across the country and this is easily a top 3 experience. The house was clean, updated, decorated well, and in a perfect location to be in to explore different parts of Austin. It has all the basic essentials you need, and more. (Plus it has great lighting for pictures). The host, Daniel, was a breeze to communicate with, and the check in/out process could not have been easier. If you are worried that it might not look as good in person as it does in the pictures, fear not-it honestly looks even better in person. No complaints from my group of 15!

Flawless Weekend
This was the perfect place for our large bachelorette party! Plenty of space, clean and nicely decorated. It was a really convenient location. We went to lake Travis on Saturday and it was an easy drive up there. Everything else we did was close by and either a short Uber ride or walking distance. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Property for Bachelorette Weekend
This property worked out perfectly for our bachelorette party I hosted for the extended weekend. The accommodations fit 16 girls comfortably and was in close proximity to all our destinations in the city. The house was newly renovated in a trendy, eclectic part of town. In addition, Daniel (property manager) was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs! He even gave us recommendations on popular bars/restaurants in Austin. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone whose staying with a large group within easy distance to downtown.

Perfect spot, amazing host
We had a great time at this property. Perfect for bachelorette party weekend. Daniel (the host) was extremely responsive and helpful. Ac was broken when we arrived and he rushed to fix it as soon as possible, and let us check in early. House was clean and well stocked. Plenty of space. 15 min walk to east sixth or Rainey st. Also very scooter accessible

Great house for a group
We rented both the main house and the guest house in the back for our group of 14. The two bunk rooms made it possible for almost everyone to have their own bed, as long as they didn't mind the bunk beds. The living area in the main house was a great gathering space and the outdoor space was perfect for the boujee picnic bunch we had planned. Daniel, the property manager was super easy to work with and very helpful! Overall a great place!

Bachelor weekend in Austin
Daniel was an amazing host. He was very communicative, allowed early check in and even gave recommendations for bars, restaurants and things to do on our weekend! The checkin process was easy and the property had more than enough room to spread out but also gather in common areas without feeling crowded. Overall my group and I couldn’t of asked for a better weekend. Thanks for everything Daniel!

Great Space and Great Location
Had a terrific stay. I pictured the property smaller in my head before arriving with it being so close to downtown, but there is a ton of space for 10+ people between the 2 units and the courtyard. The location is also fantastic, being walking distance from Rainey street. Everything was also clean on our arrival and my group with pleasantly surprised to have extra towels and bedding. Daniel's a great host, and I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!
This was the perfect spot to explore all that Austin has to offer, from trails to nightlife to museums. The property is safe, quiet, and super convenient, with coffee shops, markets, and esteemed bars & restaurants just blocks away.
Both houses are beautifully done in a contemporary, open style with a cute, sunny courtyard in between. The large kitchens and bathrooms are perfect for a group of friends or families.
Daniel was a terrific host and made the trip easy and fun. I will be back!
