We have been to Cayman 16 times and this is now our favorite home to stay at. The home itself is over stocked with plates, cups, bowls, coolers, beach equipment, etc. Nice appliances, including a ninja blender. I've never stayed at a beach house with this nice of furniture. The home is very clean, and you can tell the owner loves this place. Moreover, never have we stayed at a place with this comfortable of a bed. We love the west bay area for diving. A car is a must. As far as the shore dive there, its a bit of work to put the ladder in and go rent tanks. But, was nice to have the dive site to ourselves. Duncan responding very quickly and was easy to get ahold of. We can't wait to go back.

My husband and I had the most wonderful weeklong stay at this home. I cannot say enough good things about the owner. He was so helpful, available and kind. The home itself was among my favorite rentals we have ever stayed in. So well stocked with things like soap, trash bags, salt and pepper, etc. Just those basic things you really don’t want to have to go buy while on vacation. He has tuns of towels, extra snorkeling stuff, tennis rackets etc. everything seems new and up to date. Perfectly clean too. The pool was nice and very few (but friendly) people were around. We chose to come to Cayman bc of scuba/snorkeling so The best part about this place is you can literally just jump out by the ocean and scuba or snorkel! It was beautiful and we spend almost every morning doing that. This was our first trip here so we spent one day exploring and driving around the whole island. And in our opinion this condos location is the best of the whole place. (Unless your just wanting a nice beachfront, then do 7 mile beach) it’s location was an easy distance to all the best stuff. Beautiful sunsets. There is definitely construction going on as the owner stated but you cannot hear from inside the condo. But there is literally construction all over the island right now. Book this place, you’ll be glad you did!

This condo is perfect …we couldn’t have asked for more! Unit was clean, quiet and very well appointed.Plenty of extras like beach chairs, towels, cooler and floats..Duncan was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We loved watching the sunset from the property and the pool was great. We will definitely be returning !!

Wonderful place to spend time while In Grand Cayman. Nice, clean and well appointed place with all the amenities. If you forget to pick up an island guide at the airport, no worries. The host has one at the property. The host has also taken the time to provide his own personal information sharing tips on how to make good use of your time. There host was accessible and responsive for an issue that arose during our stay. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit. Chose this location for your stay and you will not be disappointed.

Our unit was great. You got what was described in the listing. The owner Duncan was easy to reach & always helpful. The complex was never crowded because the is only 18 units. Great views & nice pool.

My husband, 12 year old daughter, and I very much enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed, and the snorkeling right off the back was some of the best in the area. Duncan was incredibly helpful both before and during our trip, in terms of quickly answering questions. I understand why this condo is so highly rated on Vrbo. I can highly recommend it to others, and hope I am able to rent it again myself in the future!

This VRBO was simply perfect. All the comforts of home and listing is humbly accurate. The information given was helpful! Great location for divers and non divers alike. Ability to shore dive on the property. Also the sunset view is the best on the island! A rare find and reasonably priced. Cannot say enough about this property.

Our family spent 5 nights at this amazing condo and could not have wished for a better experience. Duncan provided great information ahead of time, the beds were very comfy, condo was VERY clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, etc. While there is construction next door, which we knew about ahead and time, it did not bother us! We loved it so much we already looked to book it for another upcoming trip but sadly the condo is already booked that week. Thanks again Duncan! You truly have a special place on the island!

Everything about this property is top notch. The location is great for enjoying everything Grand Cayman has to offer including snorkeling and diving right out in front of the condo. The view from the deck is great and the swimming pool is enormous. There are only 12 units in the whole development so there are hardly any other people and things are very quiet. The owners also did not spare any expense on the interior of the unit as the beds, linens, towels etc. were of the upmost quality. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bonnie’s Arch 302. The place was immaculate, very comfortable, and had everything we needed including all the items for beach trips (cooler, chairs, umbrella). The kids loved the pool and loved snorkeling right out back. The ladder was easy to get in and my 9 year old had no problem getting in and out of the ocean. Great location- more laid back and quiet for sure!

Condo was quiet and absolutely lovely. Comfortable beds and linens, lots of stuff in the kitchen, lots of nice towels, everything well kept and plenty of every thing we needed -- loved it!

The condo is perfect! It has everything you would need for a stay. They thought of everything. The sunsets are picture worthy. Communication was great. We can't wait to come back.

This property was in a great location with snorkeling right off the property. Restaurants close by. The property is very clean and managed well. The unit is amazing. It is outfitted with anything you might need from a bandage to pots and pan, utensils and even spices. Duncan wants to make sure you have the best experience. He took alot of time to give you tips on what's in the area. We could not have asked for anything else. Sunsets were amazing.... Watched the sun set on the balcony. It was perfect! There is construction going on next door however that is happening all over the island to include the hotel district but it didn't distract from our vacation.

A beautiful and welcoming home! Very spacious, great modern appliances, big comfortable furniture, nice decoration. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Duncan was a very friendly and responsive host. Looking forward to coming back in the future :-)

The apartment is very nice with two master bedrooms each having their own bath. Beds were so comfortable! Perfect for two couples. Kitchen nicely equipped and we cooked several meals there. Pool was being treated for two days of our trip but we were gone most of time anyway. We are divers and liked being close to DiveTech and Turtle Reef Sun Divers. We did not try to dive out back - the ladder and rough rocky entry seemed ok for snorkelers but our preference was not to use it to dive. The ladder does not have handles reaching above the surface of the last step so it is a bit of struggle to get out with a tank on your back, particularly when seas are choppy. We did see others diving and using the ladder. The sea can turn rough and current comes up quickly so beware. We are in our late 60’s and just didn’t see it as safe for us to attempt the dive there. We enjoyed the quite of this condo and enjoyed staying in West Bay - we usually stay along 7 Mile beach and this area is much more peaceful - except for construction going on next door right now from 8 to 5 to construct a large condo complex. We would gladly stay again!

It is also located a few minutes drive away to many well known site seeing spots like the Turtle Farm and Hell. We are able to do almost everything the island had to offer as most things were just a few minutes away by bus or car. It was also nice to have a well equipped kitchen at the condo so we didn't feel an obligation to eat out for every meal. The pool is very nice when you need a break from salt water or just to lay out for while. Communication was great by the owner. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay. We hope to be back soon.

We stayed at the Northwest point in Bonnie's Arch for a week. The condo worked great for the 5 of us. (Myself, my husband, and our three kids) Andrew's communication was beyond excellent! He gave us detailed information about the island, the property, and everything in-between. It was so helpful when planning our trip! Also if we had any issues Andrew was very quick to respond. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck every morning and night taking in the views. The entire property is very well-maintained and clean. My kids loved the pool and the tennis courts. It was great that would could go snorkeling just out our back door. I highly recommend this place and Grand Cayman. You won't be disappointed!

Our stay at West Bay, Grand Cayman was an absolute dream. For our needs it was ideally located, we wanted to be off seven-mile beach to have a more local experience. The condo is just perfect. Comfortable and modern with nearly any amenity you can imagine, nicely decorated and relaxing. Everyone else we encountered in the property were pleasant and enjoyable. Andrew was very pleasant and helpful throughout our trip, never bothered by our calls and questions. I would recommend stopping by the condo before buying anything at the store. There were many of your every day staples needed in the kitchen already there; spices, coffee, oils, dressings. We used a lot of that plus left some donation for the next guests. A few notes of the area. There is a Foster’s grocery just down the road, a bit on the small side for a Fosters but almost all you will need, and a Jacques Scott Wine & Spirits to get those necessities as well. Of the several Fosters I would recommend Foster’s Camana Bay, it is new and quite modern, much larger selection. We dove with Indigo Divers that was situated just a few short miles from the condo at the corner of NW Point Rd and W Bay Rd. We snorkeled and relaxed several beaches we spent a good bit of time at Cemetery Beach again relatively close to the condo and frequented Spotts beach every day, which I highly recommend. It is a bit of drive but worth it, we saw so much sea life snorkeling there; Turtles every day, squid, sting-rays, lobster and a wide variety of fish. We also dove at sunset house, it’s a great place to shore dive for an easy, relaxing dive. There is also a great Tiki bar there to eat at which overlooks the ocean and dive site I highly recommend; the name is My Bar. Have a dive, enjoy a great lunch menu, dive again and enjoy the afternoon. We had one last meal there before heading to the airport to depart. We will absolutely return to West Bay, Grand Cayman condo it was an absolute dream of a vacation. Thank you, Andrew for sharing your wonderful home away from home. The one difficulty we had was access to the condo when we arrived, the lock box code we were given did not work. But Andrew took our call and walked us through getting in quickly. I would say a non-issue but one that should be improved. A cell phone call from the front door to get in could be an expensive one & not particularly how most want to start their vacation. You know what they say about first-impressions.

Beautiful, pristine property! The location is away from the hustle and bustle of 7 Mile Beach yet close enough to enjoy anytime. The condo was perfect! Watched the cruise ships come in each morning. The unit is well supplied with everything you could possibly need and we had no issues whatsoever. Would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone!

The condo was in a nice end of the island which was great for coming home to at the end of a hot and busy day. The owner had great beach tips which we used to avoid crowds. We began the week by catching a 45+ lb Wahoo (it was unreal!) with Reelistik charters so we were grateful for a well equipped kitchen. As per our experience on other islands since all goods have to be imported there were also many spices and condiments as well as a few fresh items from the previous guests. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy such a great condo. The beds were very comfortable as well as all of the fresh towels and linens.

I have been wanting to visit the Cayman Islands for some time so when I began searching for a place to stay I had no clue about the "neighborhoods." My daughter, who came along with my wife and myself, and I decided we wanted to be off the crowded Seven Mile Beach area but we didn't want to be on the far end of the island. So we decided to look in the West Bay area. After an exhaustive search we decided on this location, and we are sure glad we did. The location is on the waterfront with the main road just behind. It was very quiet at night but close enough to Seven Mile Beach that we were only a few minutes away, by car, from great restaurants, and adventures. From the balcony you can see all the way down Seven Mile Beach to Georgetown, you can watch the cruise ships enter and leave port. Although this location does not have a beach it does have a nice pool. But that was OK, we enjoyed driving to close nearby beaches, our favorites being the Seven Mile and Cemetery beaches. The unit itself was very nicely appointed with comfortable beds and sofa/chairs. The kitchen had all the things you'll need to prepare all but the most extravagant meals. Finally, the booking process was quick and easy through the site's easy pay service. Andrew, the owner, was very quick to answer any questions via email. The unit has a special phone you can use to call the United States at no charge. I hope that when we decide to revisit the island this unit is available, I would definitely stay there again.
