Everything was as described. Well stocked with everything needed for our group of 9 people! Will definitely be back!

Great location & nice layout for multiple families or large families. Matt is responsive. Nice stay, as always!

We took our four children, three college kids, and our 12 year old along with my parents. Plenty of room to spread out but still cozy enough to spend time together. We spent the days out exploring and the evenings at the house. Ping pong battles and ball challenges in the basement, grandma enjoyed the screened in porch and I'm pretty sure everyone loved that porch swing!

This house was very clean and cute. Accommodated us very well with two 1 year olds. We are already looking to book this house again!

Stayed here Labor Day weekend. Overall enjoyed our stay until we got a $100 charge for various items that were broken prior to our arrival. We were charged for a door that almost fell on top of my daughter ( clearly broken prior to our stay as the hinge was hanging off and previous wood damage). On top of that, the owner also decided to charge us for his broken blind in an upstairs bedroom where my mother slept ( she must have broken a single blind and hid the evidence)… icing on the cake listed in damages was a clogged toilet. * as rental owners ourselves, we always leave a rental property cleaner then it was prior to walking in to it. I also did the end walk through before exiting the house and never did I noticed a clogged toilet. If I had noticed a clogged toilet, like any decent person would have done, I would have located the plunger! So yes if you want to stay close to Jamestown in a nice house stay here. Please do yourself a favor and take an initial walk through and document everything so that you don’t get blamed for previous rental damages. Stayed here twice but Probably not again as I don’t like being unfairly charged.

We were pleased overall with a few exceptions. I should have noticed that there was no kitchen table. We are big on cards and board games. Rained all day one day and we would have enjoyed one. I loved the big kid friendly basement and it saved the day. Only negative was the grill was dirty and barely functional and we planned on only using it once. Took forever to make burgers. Overall, would be very happy to stay here again.

Matt's place was a perfect base for our weekend at the lake. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking (including Pam and salt&pepper, which I rarely find at vrbos). The basement was a hit with the kids (ages 8-12) and the back porch was a hit with the parents. Felt nice and cabin-y inside with the decor. Would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed this beautiful house- it was perfect for our large family. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped for all of our needs. The screened porch was a nice place to relax after a long day on the lake. We especially loved having the comfortable basement- it was a perfect place for the young children to play and have their own space. Parking is plentiful, and you can’t beat how close it is to Jamestown Marina. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, quiet place to spend time with family. Plenty of things close by for the kids to do. Charter fishing was great. Sunsets from the back, upper deck were stunning. House is as described.

This home is gorgeous and Matt was so quick to respond to questions leading up to our stay. The house layout was wonderful and everyone said their beds were comfortable. The giant basement was so fun to play in and I even love the crown molding and wooden ceilings in this house! A beautiful property and a wonderful and helpful owner. Will definitely stay again!

We were looking for a close weekend getaway with family to just relax and spend time together and this house delivered just that! The house was super clean, owner was very prompt with answering any questions and the kids 10, 8, 7 and 3 had an absolute blast with pingpong, mini basketball and all the open space for them downstairs! Highly recommend! Would definitely come back and love to check it out during warmer weather!

We had three couples. Plenty of room. Decor has a lot of stained wood, which is very warming. Everything was very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. We played ping-pong downstairs. Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything went great. Thanks.

A few things could be repaired, such as the ice maker and the lock on the basement slider door, which you’re advised against using, but this is the access to the grill area. All things considered we would love to come back again hopefully for longer.
