This is a good home base in a wonderful location. You will have everything you need to enjoy the island. The manager is willing to be in touch and help as needed. Note that if you have mobility issues, there is no elevator and you’ll need to carry your things upstairs. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai and listening to the birds. The upstairs did not have air conditioning as stated in the description; it would have been better if the listing would been updated or we would have been contacted in advance just to be aware. Hosts were in the process of fixing it so it is probably fine now.

A beautiful place to retire after a day at the beach or touring the island. Paul has a very well thought out property that has virtually everything you need or want. His communication with us was great and shared tidbits of information for local places to tour. I would definitely stay here again. You won’t be sorry or disappointed.

The area of Turtle Bay was super nice, had a lot of nice amenities. Nice amount of beach items for our use. The condo was extremely hard to get into with the key pad, called manager and he was able to give better instructions. No A/C in the loft made for a stuffy stay for the kids. They had fans but it wasn't enough. It states in the description that there is A/C in the loft. Called manager and he said nothing he could do because the condo association wants them to replace it with a $30,000 central air unit.. He also went on to say that is why their price is lower than other condos in the area. The pictures of the living area are not accurate, no dining table or 2 couches. It is an Island with 3 seats. Small couch and 2 chairs. Certainly would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The unit was clean and has got all amenities needed. The whole complex was very quiet and we met some nice people there. We were worried that there is no hot tub but the pool seems to be heated, so that was perfect in the afternoons.

This condo was a great fit for our family of five as we visited Oahu. The beds in the loft worked for our kids, and the kitchen and living room area was a nice size. We appreciated the beach gear and the short walk across the parking lot to the pool. We used the condo as a base as we visited beaches and engaged in various activities. It’s also a short drive from grocery stores and food options. We would recommend this to other families visiting the north shore.

It was great for our needs. It was also well supplied, including beach gear. The master bedroom bath were great and kept us cool at night w/just fans on. The loft got warm(a/c unit didn’t work), only fans. We were out & about the north shore so didn’t spend a ton of time at the condo. It is a good 10 min walk to the beaches around Turtle Bay resort or you can park in their lot, lots of “beach access” parking. We spent more time at other beaches that were less crowded…personal preference. All in all, great location for us and the condo met our needs.

Great location, clean, and comfortable. There were enough beach towels, a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards, and assorted snorkeling gear (didn’t use-brought our own). My family of six adults stayed a week and only wished there was a coffee cup for each of us (4 provided). Great breeze so never used the AC. Bring cotton sheets if you don’t like synthetic. Short walk to Turtle Bay Resort and quick drives to other snorkeling spots. Wonderful stay all around!

The stay was great ! Location is amazing, a very short walk to the beach to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset. The place had all items as noted in listing. Convenient parking and close to many places of interest in the North Shore.

We have stayed in this area multiple times, and each condo has been wonderful! The location is amazing, with easy walks to beaches, etc. everything we needed was there, and the layout is great for multiple people/privacy.

We loved the location next to Turtle Bay Resort! Past guests have left beach toys and laundry detergent. Make sure to wash the sand off your feet before entering.

Perfect property for North shore experiences. Pool was a bonus.

This was a dream vacation to bring our kids to Hawaii. We never received the email from VRBO with the details for check in and the links in the app weren’t working. Once the property manager sent sent the sheet that should have come from VRBO it was easy to check in and access the property. We packed bases on having a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to bring as many clothes. The dryer was broken when we arrived but the property manager came out the next day and had it working. Then on our 4th day there was a power issue with the building that caused one AC unit and the dryer, hot water heater and stove to stop working. It was an issue on the power companies side of the breaker box and we were in the weekend so they weren’t going to come until Monday. Paul, the property manager worked hard to find us another place so we could have the comforts of AC and working appliances and we were able to move to another unit that night. The place we moved into was nice but had a couple of issues of its own. We preferred this unit had everything been working. We received a credit for our troubles. It was all very frustrating but it could’ve been a lot worse had we not had a great host to work with to help resolve the issues. It was unfortunate to have several things out of the properties control go wrong, but were happy with the response to make things right. All in all I would say one of the bests hosts we’ve encountered and would stay here again. You should book this unit.

Such a cute home it was perfect for my husband & our kids. Great location, would definitely recommend staying here. Would love to come back and stay here again on our next trip back to Oahu for summer.

Let say the pictures of condo were nicer than the condo itself. The sheets for the loft had pills on them. The kitchen was limited with supplies. The up stairs toilet would leak into master bedroom closet when flushed we had to put a bottle under it to catch the water. The love seat in the living room was uncomfortable felt like something was in the cushions. Another thing was you could not run the washer and dryer at the same time making it difficult to do the laundry. I would recommend they get a mat so when you get out of the master bedroom shower the water from the shower does not run on the floor due to the door opening outwards. There should also have window shades in the loft window so it isn’t bright there in the morning. Also the stairs outdoors are very slippery when they are wet. We felt for the money we paid it could of been nicer.

Paul was really helpful and answered the calls and any questions that I had. The check in process was a little strange you have to park on the street(no place to park) and run in to the unit which wasn’t properly labeled and then run back to the car parked in the street to get in the property. When leaving, we felt like we basically had to clean the place for them, including towels and sheets in the washer. There were notes about extra charge for excessive sand, how much so too much? We spent a lot of time at the beach and had kids. This wasn’t a huge deal but frustrating since we paid a lot in cleaning fees. Most places I have been too require you to leave dirty towels in a pile on floor and maybe the sheets off bed. Again, not a huge deal just a new experience for us. The app also crashed so we didn’t have that available to us and I had a hard time locating the email with these details. Overall it’s in a great location for north shore, and being on the turtle bay resort it was nice walk to the beach, there were some chairs and toys for the kids to use at the beach, having the extra beds was really nice and the environment was comfortable with the AC and fans provided. Security was on site 24/7 so we always felt safe. Would we stay here again. Yes

We had a great time. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities. It was great respite on Oahu’s North Shore. We were able to participate in several activities close to our location without the need to go into the city. We were able to soak in the beauty of the island, without it feeling touristy.

The positives, the location was nice and a beautiful place to walk. The beds were comfortable The things that we had difficulty with, Paul, although he would finally get back to me, It often took two times messaging. We asked specifically about lawn chairs, he did not know what was available at the property. (Manager should know his property)We stopped and bought $100 worth of lawn chairs, to our surprise there was multiple chairs, snorkel, equipment, and flutter boards. I finally did place a phone call to Paul to tell him that the shower in the master bedroom was not functioning properly. My sister was unable to lift the door to close it. The screen door continuously would fall off. There was a surfboard hung on the wall, It was filled with dust and dirt. I did make him aware of it and he said he would look after it. They did say that there is a map of the property which never came with our checking information. We had great difficulty finding the place at 10 o’clock at night . I messaged him two days before our arrival in the map was never provided. The instructions said one thing, and the sign on the door, said another. It was very difficult to tell if we were in the right spot. The place was very dated old bathrooms Old kitchen, old carpets, running the stairs and in the bedrooms. I never felt I was clean in this place the entire time I was there. If you were an average traveler, looking for a clean, decent accommodation for the money that you spend, this would not be the place. Maybe my expectations were to high for Hawaii???? I feel the owner is getting amazing money for this accommodation and maybe he should start to put some of that back into his property! I wish I could submit some pictures with us review.

Our stay was Perfect the unit had everything you wanted and the property manager very helpful 👍
