Great location right off The Square. Very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for me and my husband moving our son into his apartment before the start of fall semester.

Like many reviews, this place is very small but very clean, efficient, new renovations and a perfect location. Property management was easy to get a hold of. Adequate parking on the backside (this was not a game weekend so can't speak to that). Price, location, ease of use were exactly what we needed for a short trip to move child in to UofArk. Can walk to Graduate, Bread, Grub, Dickson and the square within minutes. Would stay again...

Property was centrally located to alot of shops and the University.

Fit our needs perfectly. Up there for baseball camp with my son and its close to anything you need including the fields. Lots of eating nearby. Communication was good with management company. It is kind of like and apartment complex so you can hear people walking etc but like i said it fit our needs for the week.

This VRBO stay was great. Room is beautiful and in a great location. Easy access to food and fun. Communication with host was great.

This is a small apartment but it’s very clean and I could hit a golf ball to the Square (I don’t play golf). If you want convenient and clean and you don’t need much space, this works.

I needed a place right off the Fayetteville square. This fit the bill. It’s small but extremely convenient and very clean. If you need a home base for one or two people who aren’t looking for space, this might work. The square is less than a sixty second walk.

This was my 2nd time to stay here! Love the area & convenience this place offers. Easily walkable to restaurants, shops & Dickson St. Very clean & great communication w/ property management.

Studio apartment was really, really nice. Clean and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was like new, too.

The place is so cute (although tiny!) and in such a great location! We loved being so close to the square. However, the wifi never worked and the owner wasn't very willing to rectify the problem. We were locked out of the unit (door code not working) the majority of Saturday and could not get hold of the owner - had to call COHOBNB customer service to get him. When he finally showed up, he was somewhat apologetic but very frustrating. Combined with wifi issue and our neighbors' backyard party that continued til 4:00 am on Saturday, not a great experience.
