Convenient to everything we were going to - yet off the beaten path of traffic, only noise we had were the motorcycles going by on rt 11 & the kids above us running the halls (believed to be guests as well as they disappeared Sunday)

The bathroom (toilet / bathtub- shower) you have to step into the tub to close the door - bed was a little too firm for me but was fine otherwise - rest of condo was good - only drawback I had was it was on second floor and I have BAD KNEES - up and down 2 flights of stairs was a killer for me

I thought it was very clean and was an amazing location. Nothing was too far away which helped us stay close to the action for the kids.

The furniture seemed a tad outdated. The bed mattress was extremely noisy and the couch cushions fell off the couch too easily. Our daughter was sitting forward on the couch and the cushion gave way and she hit her face on the table. Just recommend some velcro on the cushions to keep them in place!

Met all of our expectations with a full apt type setting, cleanliness and location

1) THE PROPERTY’S NAME IS MISLEADING (essentually: FRAUDULENT) It is located on Plautus Bay _ _ not Lake Winnipesaukee. It is 3+ miles from Lake Winnipesaukee. To name the property honestly: Change the name to: “Plautus Bay Apartment” 2) What does the classification of “RETREAT” mean? It is nothing more than a sterile 1 bedroom apartment that faces a busy street. It is on the 2nd floor. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. The View of bay Plautus is blocked. 3) The climate control (HVAC) is TERRIBLE. Fans were always on and LOUD. 4) No trash can in bedroom. No trash can in bathroom. One giant trash barrel in kitchen area.

Location, in regards to walking distance to sites. $237 to spend a few waking hours is unreasonable. And dealing with a third party is a hassle.
