The location was great and my room location was great too
The carpets need changing and the room carpet needs more cleaning. The floors in the elevator were dirty. The toaster wasn’t toasting great. The pool area and the pool needs cleaning.

It was right in downtown, which was nice. And the bed was comfortable.
When we found our room after checking in, the door was open, which was weird. There were six black hairs on the bed, but we stayed anyway because we were so tired. Also, the flashing green light from the fire alarm directly above the bed made it very hard to sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was awful.

breakfast food was only marginal. sausage was not good, eggs were not good. waffles are always good. could have used a few more snacks to purchase in the store area. When I travel alone I like to just purchase quick things in the hotel as apposed to purchasing elsewhere.

We stay annually for a couple days. We enjoy the pool and the breakfast is always great. Staff couldn't be nicer. Everything is very clean. I highly recommend them.

If you wanted your trash emptied, you had to bag it up and set it out in the hall.

All went well. Breakfast and coffee were well prepared. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. We hope to return someday.

Location was good
We couldn't figure out the cold water at all. Every time we flushed the toilet extreme hot water only. Our showers were very hot!
Bed smelled of extreme powerful perfume. I don't think sheets and bedspread were changed. Very disturbing!

I love the eggs and the variety. The food was fresh and hot.
I wish my room was cleaned more. I had to call to get the room cleaned by 9 am. Because I did not read the policy my room felt a little trashy. This was my fault.

Pretty good. Same every day but very well presented and very edible.
Tub is a little slick and no shower bar. I went to Walmart and bought both and took them home afterwords. We are older and my wife had both knees replace a few months ago and we are extra cautious.

the pool was out of order for the weekend due to a “broken pipe” The breakfast staff seamed to be more interested in cleaning than providing food. Don’t count on much for breakfast.
