Friendly staff. Ease of check in. Nice variety on breakfast bar. Rooms are nice size.

Not enough towels and blankets in rooms. Breakfast bar closed earlier than told and advertised. Husband went down snd brought me bsck food to room as i took care of baby and then headed back to get food for himself. All food was in the trash and bar was getting wiped up. He was disappointed at was barely 9:30 and we were told 10 am at check-in. Felt rushed to get checked out when we still had over an hour because they knocked on door twice while I was feeding baby and loading up suitcases.

Location was good beds were comfortable; room looks clean

spare sheets were tattered and torn; bathroom door was peeling there was 12" of more of tearing in the paint and paneling; elevator sounded like it was gonna fall at any moment;

Our room had ants everywhere. The headboard, bed, dresser, tv stand, floor,& bathroom. I called down to complain and they finally answered after 4 calls back to back and said it was nothing they could do they was sold out. Went do the next morning no one was at the desk. Checked out and they told us that they was gonna spray in the room and that I should talk to the manager who was not there. I called the customer service number and they put in a claim, and said that I should hear from someone within a hour. It is now a day later and I haven’t heard from anyone.

I didn’t like much about the property. it is tucked away behind a Costco’s . it is old and rundown . The hallways were dark and smelled musty. There was no vending service on our floor , so we had to go upstairs or down to first floor to get ice. The room was a nice size but dated and the bathroom door knob was in poor condition and my wife was almost locked in. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. We will not be staying here again!

I had a kill a bug that was crawling in my bath towel...

very convenient to the Interstate and Cordova businesses/shopping

Staff was great!! Smelled like weed being smoke in the entire building!! Yuck!!

15 cars were broke into outside. Very scary… was told robber had a gun as well!!!
