I was impressed with the decor and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a few added extras from other hotel buffets.

The sound of the highway traffic was very loud and disturbing while trying to sleep

The hotel was very clean.

I been waiting for almost a month for my $50 deposit to be refunded. My bank.said it was the Holiday inn that needed to enter the correct amount and return the difference.

The room was spacious, tv was a good size, and the heating was nice.

The bed was very firm. There was a dent in the wall, a few spots on the comforter. Rolling shower door wouldn't stay shut when trying to take a shower.

Nothing the staff at the front desk they will charge me and would reimburse me they claim it’s booking.com is the problem I don’t think I’ll ever get reimbursed. I will never stay at your establishment again.

I do not like anything about this property. Your staff is rude the woman at the front desk rude. They only charge me for two days blame it on Booking.com and wouldn’t even read return my calls.

Breakfast was excellent and fresh every morning.

The swimming pool had no extras for the kids.

How clean it was! Staff was very nice!

Front desk phone didn’t seem to work when we tried to call down because the tv wasn’t working but once we went down front desk clerk apologized and explained the situation overall she got maintenance in our room with in a few minutes. Would definitely stay again.
