Loved the location. Not far of a drive from Rotorua town.

Location was great.

Nothing, middle bathroom only had access from the bedroom which was a bit of a problem for the person who used that room.

The number of bedrooms was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and tidy and suitably furnished. There was adequate heating, and it was great to have electric blankets on the beds.

The oven didn't work. Or we couldn't work out how to use it. Maybe have instructions

The house is lovely (Lockwood), slept 9 adults comfortably. Nice view.

There were a couple of things that could have made our stay a little more enjoyable, and will contact the property managers directly about those. It would have been handy to know that the single beds are down in the basement, which we had thought would have been suitable for our elderly fathers, however the stairs were a bit of a mission for them. In the photos it's not obvious the driveway is rather steep. Not really suitable for someone with mobility issues.

Very comfortable and lots fo space for a medium-size group. Great location and very tidy and clean.

More crockery and cutlery would have been nice but not a big issue at all.

There were sweet wrappers lying around, mats hadn’t been removed for cleaning. Had to take shoes off before entering so expected high quality furnishings etc but that was not the case! The basement smelt musty but luckily we didn’t have to use it. We stayed in a lot of places during our 4 week stay in New Zealand and this was our least favourite even though it was far from the cheapest.

My family of 10 stayed for 7 nights Christmas 2022, and we all agreed the house was the right size for all of us, but that is it, you couldn't fit anymore in, a great location.

Our first impressions when we walked into the house. There was a pungent smell through the house, we had to open all the windows to breath, it smelt like wet dampness. could not use the garage to park our cars due to wet linen hanging on makeshift line. the damp smell was so pungent in the bottom room, it was not habitable for anyone to sleep in. In the first room by front door, the futon bed not suitable for extra bed, as it was very uncomfortable to sleep or sit on. mould on shower curtains offensive smell in amongst the trees walking to front door substandard cleaning. e.g. surfaces were not cleaned down properly like bench tops and bathroom sinks broken glass left in dustpan Internet connection kept disconnecting cobwebs in corners of every bedroom Has a bad ant issue Beds are a hazard, kept on walking into the wooden bed base corners of bed Window in the upstair bedroom on the east side had no safety latch on it, found my 4 year old son hanging out the window calling out to his father from a 3 storehouse. That is a HUGE HAZARD substandard kitchenware e.g. broken utensils, cookware had burnt on food stains and you could not cook meals for a family of 10 as the pots weren't big enough to cook our food coffee table vase sellotaped, looked very tacky. Beautiful, large home perfect for family vacations! Loved that the house had everything that we needed and was close to shops, restaurants and sightseeing spots. The host was friendly, helpful and we loved that the home was clean.

The pots and pans may be a bit small if you're planning to cook for the family. But for short stays, it's more than sufficient.

Had to ring for code to get into house as had not received email with information Poor internet so TV connection kept dropping out Parking was ok but would only be ok for 2 cars

The house is big for our group's and for our stopping for a rest and since its only for a night. Can't complain much.

The toilets is too old and dangerous for getting in the shower. Very dangerous for the senior people to get in and out of the shower cubicle and no floor mat and easily slip for unstable person. The water of the shower is not flowing well and not strong enough. The parking space also not very good. The rooms are so far big and good but the pillows are too soft and pillow case has some smells. The electric blankets only work one side and the room is cold. Not every room has heater.

Great location, lots of space, clean, electric blankets, it had everything we needed, they provided linen and extras such as shampoo and conditioner.

The location in Rotorua was perfectly close to where our course was held. The house was spacious and allowed everyone of us to have our own bedroom space. The facilities in the house were well maintained. We would definitely use this house again when sending our staff to train in Rotorua.
