Leon Villas is a great place. The room is very spacious. It was very clean and in the kitchen, you can find all the facilities that you may need. The location is perfect, it is in the center of Nikiti. You can find lots of places to eat in the evening while you are exploring Nikiti. It is very close to the marina and the beach. Additionally, The owner, Leonidas and his son are so understanding and kind that they try to make their guests comfortable and happy. The guest profile is high level at the same time. We were happy with everything here. We highly recommend this place for a great stay in Sithonia.

Everything was great, cleaning every day, changing the towels and sheets at every three days; it is a great choice for family with children. Near are beach, tavernas and, also a supermarket.

The fact that it was very quiet, clean, it had a pool. Although we didn't use it, it was very nice and helped with the head waves.
The balcony was a very nice feature.
The bathroom needs a little bit more cleaning, but generally it was ok.

Superb pool with separate shallow section for young kids. Clean spacious room with king size comfy beds. Two minutes from beach front and choice of excellent restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The villa is new and has a well-kept yard and a clean swimming pool
unlike the description of the villa, the beach is quite far, in the pictures it looks like it is the first row of the sea, but only apparently...all in all, it is not worth the money they charge

It is new and clean, the room is big, the kitchenette has all you need, clean and neat swimming pool. The owner is very helpful.
The location is great, close to the beach and to the center, just a few minutes from the noise.
Unfortunately it doesn’t have a view and they don’t offer breakfast, but this was not an inconvenient for us.

Nice apartment and big, on the ground floor, composed of one bedroom and one living room, and 2 baths.
You could go out of the apartment on the terrace and then directly to the pool.
The windows blinds were a good surprise because they kept the noise away, the light in the morning or the heat during the day.
Beautiful place with surprisingly good internet.
Perfect position, really close to the seafront but not facing it.
The pool is too small for the number of guests on the property.

The location is great, just two minutes from the marina, so you are very close to the action, but are not bothered by the noise
The beds are too short for anyone taller then 180 cm. I’m 185 cm and my feet were hanging from the bed.

It was an amazing experience, the rooms were spacy and luxurious. The location was perfect - near the sea, next to the main street of the city. Thanks to Leon and his family for the perfect stay!
