Ay Love That place and I Love Snowmass

Within walking distance of great trails and shops. Very clean and great communication from the hosts.

Had a great time. Enjoyed the property and location. We would come back for sure.

Shadowbrook is an older condominium complex. Probably built in the 80’s. They have updated it some but it still has carpet and old furniture. The pool and hot tub appear to be newer and we’re lovely. The bedrooms are in the front of the unit along the exterior walkway - so summer month you must leave the windows open due to no AC and risk someone walking by and looking in your bedroom. This is problematic since you don’t have privacy. The unit also didn’t have a great flow of air so it stayed 78-85 inside even with the door open and even when the temps outside were nice in the 60’s. We also had construction outside our window begin at 6:45 am for several days. iTrip Aspen was very thoughtful and tried to move us - we didn’t only because the next unit also appeared hot and didn’t have a pool which our grandson loved. When construction continued the following day she asked if we wanted to stay on another unit in shadowbrook on the opposite side of the construction noise but we had a reservation to hike Maroon Bells so we couldn’t get out in time for them yo turn our unit over (the caveat she gave us) The location is EPIC! we walked everywhere and rode the gondola - the newer Snowmass Village with the Viceroy is a quick walk - it was so lovely. I would definitely rent from iTrip again but ask questions that now I know need asking!

Terrific stay in this unit. Quiet location even though conveniently adjacent to the pool. Comfortable beds, newly renovated bathrooms and cleanliness were all appreciated. Well stocked kitchen though we enjoyed nearby restaurants instead of cooking! Loved that there was a working ice maker and filtered water dispenser in the fridge. Like most mountain units there was no air conditioning but fans were provided in every room (we used in bedrooms). Doing laundry was easy with 3 washers/dryers in the shared laundry facility. Assigned parking spot was big enough for a large vehicle. Excellent location half way between base village and mall. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Our unit was nicely decorated, comfortable and awesome location. Literally skied to our front door. Bus stop was convenient as well. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. We will definitely stay at Shadowbrook again!!

This condo is set up perfectly for a family, two couples or a group for riding or a ski trip with the boys. The extra beds and third bathroom are a huge plus. Then Snowmass mall is literally just up the hill and the local market only 1/2 mile away. The mall has some great food offering including BBQ, Mexican and a coffee shop! Great Condo … Great Location Great Host!

Great location for an Aspen wedding. Communication was excellent and unit was very nice and clean. Management helped in locating an item left behind.

One of the best getaways ever! The Snowmass cottage is everything promised, charming, sunny, comfortable and meticulously clean. The hosts are gracious and took care of everything. We hope that many more get to enjoy the peace and quiet of this quaint little Snowmass cottage. Perfect parking facility. Nice clean number pots and Pan we cooked number of days without any issues. Washer and dryer. Is any tithings are missing they provided in couple of hours . I highly recommended. Five star services.

We loved staying here! We walked right out to the pool and hot tub from our back door! So easy to park and a free shuttle was steps away from the property! The kitchen had everything you would need and more! Great vacation spot for adults and children!

My wife and 3 boys stayed here recently for four nights and loved it! Very clean and cozy and the location was amazing! Our boys loved the pool!! We would highly recommended staying here and will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing week in Snowmass last week! This condo is perfectly located in between the Snowmass Villages and has a wonderful pool and 2 hot tubs right outside the door! There is nothing better after a long hike than getting into a nice pool or hot tub. It felt like our home away from home - I highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic time at Snowmass Village! The hosts were very responsive, and helpful with any questions we had. The check-in process was a breeze, the location was perfect. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

We stayed at Shadowbrook 403 last year then again last week. We could not have asked for more perfect accommodations! Truly ski-in/out on Snowmass, the best ski mountain in the world! Wood burning fireplace, well equipped kitchen, pleasant staff helped us find firewood. Shared hot tub and pool just outside our door. We were 5 guys and we weren't that crowded. Perfect for 2 couples plus kids. We had a car, which we used to go to Aspen one night and to grocery, liquor store, etc., but could have gotten by without a car.

We loved the condo. Perfect setup for our family of 5 with a teen. The extra bed in the den was great. Location was truly ski in ski out and just steps to the hot tub. Very well stocked kitchen. Mgmt was very helpful with an early check in.
