The house is beautifully furnished with super comfortable sofas ,chairs and beds and also the Kitchen is superb.Cannot fault our experience.

A much needed holiday for everyone. Our stay was relaxed and comfortable. The adults enjoyed their time reading and chatting in the living area and the younger family members spent most of their time swimming in the lake or playing table tennis. We would love to come back and stay here again.

We were impressed with the kitchen, with everything you need, just like at home and the deck with lake view. The bedroom arrangement suited our family as well with separate spaces for adults and kids. The little dog had a ball too. This holiday house has the most spectacular views of the Lake and is perfectly positioned on the waterfront. It makes walks along the water any time of day easy and our puppy loved it too. So much bird life to observe. Drinks on the large verandah at sunset is a must and the house is so light , clean, open and simply beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and all so well kept and spotless. The table tennis was a big hit and the spa bath was well used. It was a short walk to some lovely shops ,bakery, bottle shop, restaurants and such a peaceful location. We can't wait to return . It truly is a delightful holiday home. The bedrooms are much bigger than they look in the photos .

The main bonus of this house is that it is lake front, so the view is really lovely. There is a good deck for sitting out or you can perch on the bench at the water's edge. The living area is spacious and divided in to a compact TV area and a separate little water-facing lounge for reading and quiet time. The kitchen has everything you might need, including a slow cooker and tea/sugar etc. You might want to toss a coin over the master bedroom which is the only one facing the water and has a toilet/sink ensuite, but the other rooms are large and comfortable and there are 2 spacious bathrooms and 3 loos in all, so perfect for our party of 8, including 2 teenage girls. The laundry was provided with detergent and the washing machine and dryer are in good condition. We had never stayed at Lake Macquarie before and this house at Summerland Point is a wonderful place to start getting acquainted with the area. Don't miss the Art Gallery and cafe, the cocktails at 8 at Trinity, The Captain & Crew cafe in Marks Point and do hire kayaks. A trip out on the lake at dawn or dusk is just a gorgeous thing to do.

Well equipped house on the water. plenty of room for our party of four adults and dog. Had all weather seasons during short stay and the house didn't disappoint. Pleasant walks along waterfront. Enjoyed the local restaurant, takeaway and supermarket.

Stayed here for our annual family weekend away. Ages ranged from 18 - 89 so when the younger ones were out fishing or kayaking, the older ones could sit inside with a great view or on the deck.

The location of this beautiful home was perfect and right on the water. It was lovely to sit on the balcony watching the sunset each night and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding us. The house itself was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for our family getaway. My boys especially loved the table tennis which they played every day. The bakery at the local shops which is a 5 minute walk is a must do, for the delicious bacon and egg rolls for breakfast. The comfort level of this home was amazing with plenty of bedrooms, fans and A/C to keep us all feeling good. I highly recommend this Stayz home and have given it a 5 star review. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The house was located right by the lake and was very quiet and peaceful. It was well provisioned with a small set of local shops nearby. The owner was quick to respond to messages and pleasant to deal with. We had a wonderful and restful break and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Nairoo Lakeside was very welcoming and the location was magical. Everything was there in the home as stated. We asked if there would be a Christmas Tree and that was arranged. Our host was exceptional and communicated promptly. We would definitely come back!

Walked into your beautiful and immaculate home overlooking the lake. Our family including our puppy Cleo enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed our daily walks watching the beautiful sunset. Everything you need is in this property, all you have to bring along are your clothes. There is a bakery, liquor store and grocery close by. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. We will definitely stay here again.

We spent three nights at the house with 8 adults and 4 infants and it was absolutely brilliant. The pictures don’t really do the house justice, the views from the living room are absolutely stunning. There’s a playground and shops in walking distance which is very convenient. I’d stay here again any time!

Niaroo is everything you always want in a holiday rental. We found it immaculately clean and with a kitchen that literally had everything you could possibly want for a short stay or, indeed, a much longer one. The view over the lake is absolutely beautiful and we thought the Summerland Point area was particularly picturesque. I could recommend this property with no hesitation whatsoever.

The property was lovely, with stunning views of the lake and a large deck from which to enjoy it. The property was spacious to say the least, and very well equipped. Lovely foreshore walk to the parade of shops for coffee in the morning and great takeaway pizza for dinner.

We have just spent a relaxing and enjoyable week at Niaroo Lakeside. The home was very comfortable, with lots of small details that made the stay perfect. Extremely well equipped kitchen and lots of space to spread out. Really loved the table tennis competitions!

A very equipped quiet place with wonderful sunset view. The unfortunate thing happened to us was clothes stolen when hung to dry. That was scary and disappointing. Other than that, nice place.

the propety is really well equipped for family fun for all ages... our 5 year old loved all the toys and the teens the pingpong table especially. i just wish i hadn’t left my yoga mat behind!

We couldn't fault anything about our stay. The house, the view, the serenity were all perfect.

We spent the weekend here with a group of friends and the house catered to all of our needs. It was very spacious with central hearing, well stocked kitchen and great views. The neighbours are very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!
