Beautiful area. Great property. We couldn’t be happier

We were beyond impressed with this house! Pictures don’t do it Justice. The location was perfect for us! Minutes from DT Sedona, walking distance to trails. Minutes from other trails. Our family absolutely loves staying here. Five stars EASY!! Stay here! You won’t regret it! We didn’t!!

This home was beautiful! The surrounding views, especially of the Cathedral mountains as the backdrop behind the gorgeous turquoise pool, were amazing. The sunsets (and stars when not a full moon!) from the rooftop deck were breathtaking. The location was perfect. Easy to find and very close to a trailhead for hiking, evening walks, and morning jogs. The VRBO was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the comforts of home. We would love to come back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location is superb with a great view of Cathedral Rock from the pool and rooftop patio. We walked from the home to a number of nearby hikes which was really handy. The home is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We could have stayed there for weeks!

This house worked so well for our family! There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed. Such lovely views and a great location too!

Me and my wife stayed here April 2024. Can’t say enough! Views are absolutely incredible, especially from the roof deck. Very comfortable, tons of space. Great, quiet neighborhood and easy driving distances to everything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our family had a lovely stay! The hosts had prepared the house with everything we would need for our stay. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to access trails and our top vacation spots. We hope to return again here on a future trip to Sedona!

Sedona and this property were both amazing! The neighborhood was so quiet. While it wasn't walkable to shopping/dining, the drive was easy to uptown and west Sedona (grocery). We were able to walk to one of the trailheads and could have used the Shuttle from there. Being able to use the garage door opener and park in the garage made it easy to keep everything locked and secure. We happened to be there for the eclipse, so the rooftop deck was a spectacular place to watch it and the stars every night. It was late in the season for the solar heating, but I used the pool anyway because it was so beautiful. The landscaping was immaculate and the interior decor was tasteful. Just about everything we needed was there. All cooking utensils and dishes were easily located for making meals. I can only speak to the master bedroom mattress, which was firm and comfortable. The sheets were smooth as silk. Only issue was that the third bedroom with the twin beds didn't cool off like the rest of the house. Would have been nice to have a box fan for each room to help move the air in from the hall AND/or to cover the noise of the javelinas at night (yes they are real). We had one in the master and I didn't hear anything. We didn't want to leave.

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and private. The perfect relaxing weekend.

Love this place! The views are great. We had 6 family members from age 5 - 72 and everybody enjoyed it. Close to several local hikes. Quite neighborhood. Couldn't have asked for better!

First trip to Sedona with my family of 5. We feel so lucky to have found this home for our stay. Sedona is a magical place and this home is spectacular - from its location, to the views, to the beautiful accommodations within the home. My kids let me know they had "the best wifi" and I loved having my cup of coffee with the sunrise. Not a single negative thing about this beautiful spot. We loved the pool and the waterfall feature. Kitchen is fully equipped with more than enough to serve a wonderful breakfast or dinner. Beds are comfortable and bedding is luxurious. THE VIEWS ARE UNMATCHED! Anytime of day or night it is breathtaking. So many stars at night! Highly recommend you snag this if it's available for your trip. We were sad to leave!

We loved this house! Super clean, spacious and it had a phenomenal pool. The location was spectacular, there were mountains in every direction. Downtown was a quick drive, and there is plenty of hiking nearby. The check in/checkout process was simple. My family had an absolutely wonderful time.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was perfect for our visit to Sedona. Close to hicking and to town. Would come back to it. Only issue was the check in code did not work. We arrived at 9 pm and code did not work. Called multiple numbers provided and none answered and the emergency line did not have voicemail. Spent a frantic hour trying to get ahold of someone before some responded.

This was a great location to visit Sedona. Nice peaceful neighborhood with a short drive to downtown. We loved to watch the stars on the rooftop space at night.

Beautiful property which connects from behind to a protected wilderness area. You’re only a few ‘round a-bouts’ away from shopping, restaurants and the best hiking trails. Hike in the morning. Hit the pool in the afternoon and either more hiking in the evening or head to a restaurant. Once the sun is down head to the rooftop sitting area to watch the Milky Way rise. Awesome! We will be back!

This property is everything it is listed about and much more. Just off the main road, but feels like complete seclusion. The house is beautifully decorated and has more than enough room for two couples and a pre-toddler. The kitchen was stocked with more items than most visitors would need. The outside patio was great to have our morning coffee. The observation area was amazing with star filled skies each evening. Finally, the recently remodeled salt water pool was just the refreshing escape we used after a few hours of shopping in town or a quick swim after breakfast. We will definitely return here in the future.

I can not express how wonderful this home is. It is beautiful and everything you may need is accounted for. I have never been more relaxed on a vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, the views are breathtaking, the pool is a slice of heaven, and the beds are luxurious. If you are in the fence, go for it. This home will not disappoint.

Loved the location of this property. Perfect accommodations for 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. The roof top look out is nice and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The kitchen is fully stocked. The king bed is very firm and when we booked we saw a picture of a hot tub and there is not a hot tub on the property.

House is super nice and comfortable! Beautiful surroundings!

Its our second year staying at this house. We absolutely love it from the house to the amazing views. We looked at the stars on the observation rooftop at night seen so many shooting stars. The pool is great! So many shops and restaurants. There’s so many things to do. Definitely would go back again!!

This house was perfect for our small group, with plenty of space to spread out and beautiful views from the property. The location was great for accessing everything the area has to offer, including several nearby hiking trails.

This was a great property. The pool was amazing and very family friendly (gated, pool ledge for smaller/supervised kids, waterfall) even though we were there without our families. Lots of space and everything we needed. Located between oak creek and downtown so you have to drive into town but it was an easy drive. Nice neighborhood.
