When we first arrived at the house, Christophe was already standing with a smile on his face ready to welcome us. He was very accommodating on our arrival time as we had to be a little bit early. The house was big enough for a family (3 adults, 1 toddler and a German Shepherd Dog). We all had an amazing time, the pool was big enough but not too deep (I am 156 cm) I can still stand in the pool without difficulty so those people who does not know how to swim doesn't need to be worried about drowning. Our daughter also learned how to swim and our dog overcame her fear of water. The kitchen was well equipped only missing are the lids of the pots if you want boil something you have to be creative. The rooms are big enough and the beds are adequately comfortable not hotel quality but hey you didn't go to a hotel right? Additional points for the house is the baby gate, if you want to eat out and you want to leave your fur baby behind you can just lock it without worrying that she might jump in the pool. The whole location is fenced, with automatic door garages and alarms (Christophe only has access to this) so you will feel safe while you stay here. My 3-year old daughter also had a wonderful time getting fresh eggs from the chickens, if you are worried about the noise coming from them you shouldn't have to because we didn't hear them at 5 am, they are in a cage and if you are bringing a fur baby they will not be able to eat or harm them as they have their own house and a fence, well protected almost like the Buckingham Palace with the birds as the guards. The town is nearby as well, about 5 mins walk but if you are heavy on the side or not fit you will have difficulty walking up but it was a pleasant and challenging going up and by the time you are on top, your calfs are well trained. The location is nearby Monaco, Nice, Toulon, St Tropez and other nearby cities for a nice dinner out other than Flayosc. Points of improvement: 1. The double bed is not stable enough to be slept on as it was missing some bolts. If you are more than 100 kg, please do not attempt sleeping on top 2. No spatulas nor tong for cooking 3. The BBQ needs to be thoroughly cleaned 4. The house needs a bit more love and care Even though there are some improvements to be made, we recommend staying at this location. It was worth the money and we have had great memories! Thank you Christophe for opening your doors to us! We will definitely come back in the future!!!!

A good location and delightful villa and pool in a lovely green setting , and helpful and friendly owner. We will return which is probably the best recommendation.

La maison était dans un état impeccable, il y avait tout à disposition. La piscine était très bien entretenue. Nous avons séjourné en famille, nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Le locataire était très professionnel et surtout très réactif. Le gros plus est le jacuzzi avec la vue sur la TV, c’est le top pour passé une soirée détente. Pour terminer la maison est très bien situé, nous avons pu visiter : Marseille, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Gorge du verdon

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire, Christophe, qui s’est montré accessible, sympathique et de bons conseils tout au long de ces 15 jours. La villa est fonctionnelle et bien équipée (A préciser toutefois que 2 des chambres sont en enfilade : il faut traverser l’une pour aller aux toilettes ou alors passer par la terrasse extérieure). Le véritable atout de cette location est l’espace extérieur, au calme, avec la piscine et ses transats. Le jardin est spacieux et totalement fermé, permettant de garer le(s) véhicule(s), jouer à la pétanque ou au tennis de table... La localisation de la maison est parfaite : village accessible à pieds en une dizaine de minutes (commerce, cafés, restaurants...), Gorges du Verdon et Golfe de St Tropez à 45 minutes, activités pour grands et petits à proximité. Nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchions pour cette année particulière : confort, calme et sérénité en restant proches de tout. Merci à Christophe pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
