Property was very clean and more than we expected.

This lake place was just wonderful. Pictures are accurate, everything very clean. Really well equipped, including for example, those little holders for the ends of corn on the cob, a new tube of antibiotic in the first aid kit, fresh batteries to install in the remote control, and a battery powered drill (and Phillips head attachment!) I needed to make a small repair on our boat And plenty of fresh, clean towels. The lake itself is low this year, so the water on the side and end of the dock is just a little over a foot deep, perfect for small kids!

Comfortable. Found whatever we needed in a clean comfortable family friendly close to town lake place. Everyone enjoyed our weekend. Close to park with fun equipment for children. Lake was shallow enjoyed floaty toys. Kids caught sunnys off dock.

Cozy, clean and well-equipped. Everything as advertised, and more! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Having plenty of towels, AND beach towels was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and the lake views can’t be beat. Thank you Robinton family!

We were very impressed with the owners because the property was cute, clean, very well supplied, surprisingly roomy. They cared about their tenants. Great beach, lawn, dock, BBQ, kitchen size and supplies. And cleanliness. I could go on but let me say it is a great choice in a very nice community with boating and park facilities. Easy peasy cabin living.

We came to stay/isolate with our family after not leaving our house for 6 months. With “cottage” in the name, we were surprised at how spacious and comfortable to house was. I think the rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. The furniture was very comfortable, including the beds, and the ambiance was very peaceful. Lots of little touches that felt luxurious (Henckles knives, soft towels, pretty furniture). The lake had a sandy bottom and was quite shallow for a long ways out. Good for young kids to play though my eldest child wished it was deeper for swimming & jumping in off the dock. I thought it was perfect. We were grateful for the close proximity to the twin cities while experiencing lake life. We had everything we needed and didn’t leave the property at all (Aldi delivered groceries and there were lots of food options on doordash). One thing to note for other families coming with small children who bring lots of things- I do wish we would have had a wagon to bring stuff from the car to the front door. I would absolutely love to stay at this property again in the future. Thank you so much!

We stayed for 5 nights with our grown children and two young granddaughters (3-1/2 and 8 months) and we had more than enough room (9 total with the children). The cabin is so clean and beautifully decorated just how the photos show it. Meg was always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. The lake shore is perfect for little ones, sandy and fairly shallow for quite a ways out. Our 3-1/2 year old granddaughter didn’t want to leave! I would recommend the cabin for any age group and we would definitely stay again, thanks Meg and family!

Perfect place for a family get away!

Our family stayed here for 3 weeks while our place was being renovated - needless to say, we had the time to use just about everything. The bedrooms are comfortable and the living areas spacious. The sunroom was a favorite with my kids, as they could watch TV, play games and still have some space from us. Owners are very responsive with any questions. Can’t go wrong with this place!
