This is the perfect house for a beach vacation!

This property exceeds expectations. Everything about it is first class this was our second year in a row. Hope to return.

All in all, it was a great vacation and fantastic property. It was an amazing ocean front retreat, as advertised. The entire family was very comfortable. I have never seen a better stocked kitchen! The reason for only 4 stars on the cleanliness was because the pool area was not completely cleaned before our arrival. We had to clean the grill and table by the grill, the outside table and chairs needed cleaning, and there was garbage left in the garbage can on the pool deck. We had to clean these areas. The house was fine. Some downsides included a non-working hot tub and challenges with the elevator (waiting for parts so it was a bit unusual to enter the elevator). As I said, it was a great vacation, and we will possibly stay there again.

This was by far the best equipped beach home we have ever rented. From the amazing gourmet kitchen, to the pool, to the thoughtful added touches everywhere, it was a wonderful week making memories for our children, and especially, our grandchildren!!

Our family takes a multi-generational vacation every 2 years. This house accommodated us all very comfortably. It's the most beautiful home. No detail has been missed to make your stay your home away from home, from the towels to the wifi ports in all the rooms, to the wonderful mattresses. The bedrooms are large with lots of floor space, if you have babies. This is the most incredible home.

I do not know where to start! We had the perfect extended family week together and this gorgeous home was part of that reason. This home is perfection in every way. It has incredible views and porches with the best furniture to enjoy family time or read a book. It is very clean and easy to keep clean. The kitchen is the most well stocked I have ever seen in a VRBO or beach rental. Every room & bathroom is decorated in a beautiful way with comfortable and useable finishing touches. The bedrooms were quiet and all of the beds were comfortable. These owners have literally provided everything and more you didn't know you needed. Their house manager is kind & responsive. Holden Beach has been my happy place since I was 6 years old and this house is a true gem.

We had a group of 11 family members at the house for a week in July, and it was wonderful! This house is perfect for large groups. It’s meticulously clean home and has a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Plus, every bedroom has on en suite bathroom, which was super convenient for our group. The pool and decks were also huge a huge hit, and the house manager was super responsive and helpful.

Our multigenerational family of 12 had a most memorable stay for a week- everything you could ask for with an oceanfront property.

This property exceeded our expectations from the beginning. Perfect size for our big group; large bedrooms; excellent set up at pool; and great family room / kitchen. When not at pool or beach, we relaxed on covered deck facing the ocean. Tried to book this property again for same time next year, but too late! Highly recommend!

This home was the best in terms of amenities and cleanliness! Also, the layout of the home in terms of useful decks, kitchen layout, etc. was terrific.

Summer is the one time a year our entire family gets together. Everyone was so impressed with this property that we have already reserved for next year

14 of us, ages 14 to 77, had enough space in this beautifully appointed home to either gather together or slip away from one another. A fully stocked kitchen provided 4 families, each with their own food preferences, the ability to navigate around each other in the spacious kitchen. The management of this home was easy to work with & very responsive to our needs & questions.

Our family loves coming to Holden Beach for our annual family fall vacation and this year was fabulous thanks to our stay at Daydream Believer! This home has it all! The furnishings are top notch, the location is great, and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. The top of the line kitchen with double oven, 2 full size refrigerators, and any cooking item you could possibly need made it so that we could cook every meal at home if we wanted to. The nugget ice maker and wine chiller added an unexpected but much enjoyed touch! The heated pool provided hours of non-stop fun for the kids when the ocean water was too cold. There were ample beach/pool toys for the kids to play with. The hot tub was great for the adults. I could go on and on about all the wonderful things about this place. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This home is more beautiful than what the pictures show. We had plenty of room with us traveling with our children and grandchildren. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with all that we needed to have family dinners. The house is right on the beach so we had a great views. This is a home that is well taken care of, and Gina the property manager took care of all of our needs.

I can’t say enough about this property. From 5 “master” suites, to the pool, to direct access to the beach, you can’t ask for more. The property was clean, cared for and the host was accommodating. I highly recommend this home for any size family or a multi-family vacation.

We were looking for a house for the whole family which included parents, children and grandchildren. This house was recommended by a friend and was perfect. We had 6 bedrooms, all with bathrooms inside and one of the rooms slept 4 teenage boys. The location was close to the restaurants and facilities both on and off the island and the views from the house to the beach were great. The pool and hot tub were also important and well used. The beach in this area was not crowded and we were able to enjoy it. We rented a tent for the beach and were able to access the beach and pool easily. The house was delivered clean and on time and it came with what was promised. We had one issue during the stay and Gina took care of it efficiently. We would recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future.

This house is absolutely one of the most beautiful houses on the the NC beaches. It perfect for large families and kids love the bunk room, the virtual private beach and the private pool. It is so meticulously furnished that it is almost impossible to not feel like it is your home!! Please, if you choose to stay here, treat it gently as we will be back every year!

This is our second time renting this property. We have vacationed to the Carolina Beaches for the last 40 years and this is one of our favorite homes we have rented! This home is meticulously maintained and equipped with literally everything you could possibly think of! The attentiveness of the property manager is like none we have ever experienced. Beautiful home, beautiful pool, beautiful beach….. couldn’t ask for anything more!

For over 30 years my family have rented a beach house for a week during the summer. We have stayed at some nice homes, but NONE compare to Daydream Believer! The beautiful décor, large pool, home layout with incredible space and proximity to the beach were just a few things we loved. We had a 3 year old, four 6 year olds and a 9 year old with us that went back and forth from the beach to the pool with adults stationed at the pool and beach, but the kids could easily and safely manage going back and forth alone, which left the adults more time to relax! Perhaps the bunk room was the best feature, as the cousins would go downstairs to gather on a bunk bed to look at books, play games or tell stories....feeling independent while once again allowing the adults to have adult conversation and relaxation upstairs or on the deck. The amenities are too many to mention and our adult children commented that the pictures couldn't really portray the beauty or the many high quality features of this home. The owners seemed to think of EVERYTHING needed for an easy, enjoyable stay at their home! Even though it was somewhat over our budget, I'm so glad we put more money in to have the most amazing beach vacation we have ever had!

We visited in mid-July with our family ranging in ages from 6 months to 64. The house was exactly as described and was extremely nice. There were a couple small issues with the house that were handled very quickly by the property manager. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful ocean front home with lots of amenities. Best equipped beach house kitchen. Disappointed with check in. We were told 4:00pm check in. Couldn’t get into the house till 5:30pm. When we did get in you could see the cleaning process was a little rushed. We had to vacuum one of the rooms as there was toilet paper shards on the floor trailing from the bathroom. The house required some maintenance and the managers came out that night to fix the problems. This would have been a 5 star stay if the check in process had been more punctual.

We received charming welcome gifts upon our arrival and check-in. The house was perfect and our stay was great.

This is the most beautiful vacation home we have ever rented. There was not one thing that was missing. The owners did such a fabulous job designing and decorating their lovely home. We hated to leave!!

Our stay at Daydream Believer was even better than we expected! Not only was the home beautiful, it was well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy home-cooked meals, family game nights, and days by the pool and one the beach. My husband and I were traveling with both of our families, and the house accommodated us perfectly. Everyone had their own space to relax, but the common areas were large enough for us all to enjoy at once. In addition, Gina and the property management team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can't thank Ree, Kevin, and Gina enough for sharing this home with our family and making this vacation one of our family's favorites!

Everything was perfect, minus the broken hot tub. We would return again but would either want access to free heated pool or confirmation that hot tub works. Thanks!

Beautiful house, Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The spacious living dining area made a great gathering place. The back decks provided a wonderful and tranquil view of the ocean, It was great!

The house is super clean and perfectly kept up. Just a wonderful house and an ideal location. We had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. No complaints at all! We walked in and our vacation started immediately. The common space was great for all of us to hang out when not at the beach or at the pool. We also enjoyed just sitting in the porch and enjoying the view. So nice to be on the beach too—Much easier. No complaints. I would highly recommend this house any time of year!

A perfect escape with wonderful accommodations and an amazing view. The house is in excellent condition and so spacious that everyone was able to truly relax. Perfect for family dinners and moonlit views! Definitely book if you find yourself in Holden Beach.

So where to start.....guess the best place was the first three hours in the house...we booked TWO weeks next August (2021)!! As incredible as it may seems...,the house and all the finishes far exceed the pictures. There is absolutely everything there for an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I actually wouldn’t rate this as a 5, but more like a 10!! Gina and Ree are fabulous. Than you from the bottom of our hearts for deciding to rent the MAGNIFICENT beach home!!

This property has everything you'll need from an easily accessible pool, to the beach, to board games and pool toys, to a fully stocked kitchen. It made for a wonderful (and safe) vacation even through Covid.
