Communication with property manager was good - they very generously provided a new cup cake pan when requested. The kitchen might have contained a broader collection of items for those who wish to cook in (ie. sponge and paper towels).

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The view is enchanting. We had spectacular sunrises to enjoy every morning! We enjoyed walking on the beach in front of the property. In February, it was warm enough to enjoy with just a light jacket. We loved sharing the beach with the horses and their riders.

This was our first time time visiting the beautiful Sea Islands of South Carolina and we could not have picked a nicer place to stay. The house was bright and immaculate and felt quite private. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and the dolphins while sipping our morning tea on the deck. A perfect getaway . . .

This property was clean and everything the pictures show. It was so peaceful sitting on the porch looking out over the water. We came to town for a family gathering and enjoyed the area.

A beautiful home very close to the ocean, with excellent views. Quiet private area, with a short 15 minute drive to stores and restaurants. Most of your time will be spent sitting on the porch admiring the sunrise, dolphins or maybe even horses trotting by.

The property was really nice, and the house was very roomy! We enjoyed watching the locals walk their dogs on the beach in the mornings while we drank coffee. It was rather cool the time of year we went so we were not able to enjoy the back porch but thanks to the sliding glass doors we could still enjoy our beautiful view!

We loved everything about our stay. Celebrated my Mother’s 85th birthday and she loved everything this home had to offer. Arrived to a immaculate home, breathtaking scenery and all the comforts of your own home. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. We enjoyed dolphin watching from the sofa and the sunrises cannot be beat. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we are already planning our next getaway!

This was a great house. Beautiful simple beachy decor and comfortable beds. The shower in the master bath is gorgeous and has plenty of room for two if you're feeling romantic. We had the opportunity to go dig for class fight on the beach in front of the house. It was a lot of fun. We also did a horseback ride with Camelot which let us trot on the beach right past the house. Got some great photos! We will go back for sure!

What a beautiful home and such a relaxing vacation! The home was gorgeous, updated and decorated beautifully without being cluttered (a plus for when having small children) The master suite upstairs is gigantic. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. The pictures for how close it is to the water do not do it.....literally steps from the beach. The water was perfect for us, although there are oyster beds (visible during low tide) that may not be ideal if you're wanting to walk out into the ocean, but there was plenty of sand for our little ones to play in the waves. We saw dolphins every day from the porch and found some great shells too during our walks. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet area to have a relaxing vacation. We're already looking to book for next year. Recommendations for the management company:: add a dish drainer, and the doors to the porch leaked at the bottom during the heavy rainfall we had last night.

House is beautiful, really comfortable beds. We had an issue with the refrigerator door that was fixed very quickly. The beach was extremely private and quiet, we really enjoyed our stayed. We cooked every meal, everyone in town was so nice and kind. We hope to come back soon!

The location was good for first trip with grand baby. The layout of the house worked well for our group. This property is great for relaxing on a quiet beach. We enjoyed seeing dolphin every day. It’s also in a good area to shop and eating out. Our biggest issue was the overall cleanliness of the house and grounds. We also had issues with the freezer. Gnats were a huge problem in the kitchen. The property has great potential with the right type of maintenance.

This house was clean and spacious. Perfect for us and our two teenagers. We were literally steps from the beach off the back deck. We saw dolphins almost every day and they were so close! There were very few people on the beach. It was a perfect vacation of just relaxing at the beach, enjoying time as a family.

We enjoyed everything about this property. The quite beach in your backyard with amazing sunrise walks was just what we needed to get the day started. Beautifully decorated home and very clean. When our young grandkids visited they spent hours playing in the waves and collecting shells. We would definitely recommend this home.

This home is more beautiful than expected. The layout is great with spacious rooms and that extra half bath downstairs is super helpful. We brought our three teens, and they had plenty of space. The upstairs master is huge! There’s tons of floor space for air mattresses or a crib if you have littles.The covered deck overlooking the beach is awesome for your morning coffee and dolphin watching. The beach is beautiful, but not exactly “foot friendly.” This area is an oyster reef of sorts. We enjoyed exploring the sea life that was exposed when the tide was low, but the sand is mostly covered in oyster shells and the further out you go, it is mixed with mud and clay. We found ourselves sinking in thick mud almost up to our knees! We chose to do it because we were looking at snails and hermit crabs. It was great fun. The passes to Hunting State Park were much appreciated. The beaches there are amazing and such a beautiful habitat thick with palms and pines. We recommend parking at the south beach near the restrooms. We walked the whole beach, though! My girls and I love shelling. This trip they found three shark teeth digging in the shell debris near the breakers. And one evening we counted literally 104 living sand dollars! There were still plenty of dead ones that we could bring home as souvenirs, but it was incredible to find so many! We loved our stay and hope to return!We would recommend a rinsing station for coming off the beach. The hose is on the far side of the house.
