It is a beautiful house! It was a perfect for our large group! The managing office was excellent when we requested any help! Overall the house is 10/10!!

Sea-rinity was very clean and welcoming home for our annual Easter gathering. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and kitchen well stocked. Carinn was very responsive and sent someone out to show us how to work the hot tub. The location is pretty perfect. Stores and restaurants were found in close proximity and the beach was also in walking distance.

Extremely responsive host. Plenty of serviceware and cookware for a large family. Close to the beach with plenty of beach toys and towels. The hot tub was a nice way to end a busy day.

My closest family and friends spent a few days with us. Great location. Awesome kitchen for large group. Thank you 😊

Each year our family heads to a beach vacation end of september.. This year we found Sea-rinity at Boliver. It was perfect for our family gathering, ages 1-86. We didn’t want for anything during our stay. I cannot say enough on the spacious house giving a group of 11 ample space, the beds were so comfortable, the decor is beautiful and the amenities were awesome. And so close to the beach.

We have stayed at one of their other properties and just like the last one, this did not disappoint. Great house and location.

We loved our time at this home! The pool in the shade is wonderful and the ability to walk to the beach in minutes was perfect with little ones. We could go for an hour or two without feeling like it wasn’t enough.

We got there right after 4pm. The house is everything and more. It have everything and was so nice . It’s probably better in person . We all loved it. There was no propane in the bottles. So we had to change some ways we were cooking . We really didn’t get to start our vacation on Wednesday My granddaughter fell off bunk bed, and was unconscious . Had to call 911 , can’t say enough about the police and EMT . They got to house really fast. They stopped all traffic and held ferry to get us to the Trauma Center . We were their 2 nights . Want to come back and spend my hold time on beach with no accidents.

One of our favorite stays at Crystal Beach. 5+ stars across the board. Everything was AMAZING!! The home is beautiful and clean. Our family of 18 (kids and grands) enjoyed the spaciousness, the pool and the beach. We WILL be back….

This is a great house! The whole house is nice, up to date, and well decorated. We loved the large dining table and plenty of seating in the living room. There was enough room for our whole family (10 adults and 6 kids ranging from 7 months - 17yo) and the covered pool was a huge bonus. House is walking distance to the beach and the view is great as well. The two fridges, walk-in pantry, and two sets of washer/dryers are a nice convenience. Carinn is an excellent property manager and her communication is top notch. She answered all my questions promptly, was so helpful, and very professional. She even found a hair dryer we left behind and mailed to us! Great customer service! My only request would be to add a chair that rocks somewhere in the house. With a baby in our group, it would have been a helpful feature. This is a minor thing and certainly wouldn’t stop us from renting this house again in the future! We hope to be back next summer!

Some properties are as advertised in the pictures, well this one is even better in person. Very thoughtful space and layout that worked so well for our group of 7 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. The extra fridge is an essential for such a big group and the common areas were plenty large for all to gather. Everyone had their own space if we needed some personal time. The downstairs porch area is amazing. After being at the beach and getting hot and sandy nothing was better than rinsing off in the outdoor shower then hopping in the cool pool. It’s such a short walk from the beach we did that every day. The home is maybe 100 yards from the beach and people and ship watching from the upstairs balcony was one of our favorite pastimes. As it was July 4th weekend the fireworks were a bit annoying as they went on all night but that was to be expected I guess. House is centrally located and close to anything you might need. Highly recommend the fresh shrimp at JBs about a half mile from the house. We had a shrimp boil twice while there as prices were great. Overall the entire family raves about this stay and we plan to come back.

Awesome property. Carinn was an amazing hostess and answered me quickly on all questions. Can’t WAIT to book this property again! The ONLY suggestions we have is for there to possibly be some ceiling fans installed on downstairs patio for some air movement & some chairs to be placed outside on balcony outside the master bedroom since there is such an amazing view of the ocean! An absolute PERFECT vacation for our entire family!! THANK YOU!!!! 🏖️ 🐚 🌊

We enjoyed our stay the house was Amazing and Carin was wonderful to work with!!! We had little kids 20 months old all the was to 60 years it was perfect location and the home had everything you needed. We will be back!! This was our third family trip. ❤️

This house is amazing. Had everything we needed and was more then we expected. I would definitely go here again and recommend it for anyone with a big family. Perfect walk to the beach. Took maybe 2 mins to walk if that.

This rental was by far the best one we have stayed in. Our group had the best time and could not have asked for a smarter built house! The room, extra refrigerator and extra bathrooms, this rental is top notch.

This is the second year we have rented this house and we absolutely love it! There is no detail left undone. Everything you need to cook and relax is right there. Parking is ample. Right at the beach and truly a luxury experience. This is now an annual place for our group to come. I could go on and on! I could not recommend it more highly!

Can't say enough wonderful things about this property! We had a wonderful time - everyone had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was a dream. The views and the porch amazing! We enjoyed the pool after spending the day on the beach! And so close to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

We couldnt have been happier with our stay here. The pool and house were awesome. The house was clean and stuffed with everything we needed. Perfect for our large gathering of friends and family. Highly recommend this property and suggest you should also get the golf cart as well for cruising the beach.

Very beautiful and roomy beach house. All rooms were very large and so beautifully decorated. It was so nice having two large refrigerators and two washers and dryers. This house is great for a large family. The pool, hot tub and kids waiting pool downstairs was so nice. It was a great place to hangout when you need a break from the sun and the heat. Only about three houses from the beach so you could walk if you wanted to but it was nice to rent the golf cart that is kept on the property. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family of 16 people! The house was awesome with everything we needed and in excellent condition and well taken care of. The two pools, hot tub, and outdoor shower were amazing and there was enough patio room below for plenty of outdoor games when we wanted to take a break from the beach. The beach was only a very short golf cart ride away but is easily within walking distance as well. The price of their provided golf cart is better than renting one so be sure to take advantage of that deal!

Truly a beautiful beach home with two refrigerators and washer/dryer units! Unlike many beach rentals this home had very comfortable mattresses in every bedroom. The pool and hot tub were also excellent and the home was immaculate. Highly recommend renting the beach golf cart as it is very large and can transport both people and beach gear to the beach. Only suggestions to owners is for such a large home definitely needed more outside chairs on the second level porch, a Keurig coffee pot and more glass dishes for use in the microwave.

This house fit our large group perfectly. We had 8 adults & 8 children (ages 4-6). There was more than enough room for everyone and all of our stuff. The bedroom setup was perfect, the kitchen was stocked very well, the two fridges were amazing, the pool was a big hit, & the luggage lift was a huge bonus! The house was walking distance to the beach even for our kiddos, they walked down each day (we purchased 1 beach permit & used a vehicle to haul the big stuff back & forth). We loved it so much we are going to book it for next year!

My immediate family consists of 4 adult children & their spouses along with my 9 grandchildren!! Amazing kitchen with everything you need! If you are coffee drinkers I suggest bring an extra pot lol we had 2 going every morning! Bedrooms, baths & living are perfect. Pool area & downstairs provide allow for perfect the family fellowship ! Cant wait until next trip!!! There definitely was no skimping on decor, linens, amenities or needs!! Thank you !!!

Stay was exceptional. House was great room for everyone and very well equipped. Everyone enjoyed their stay.
