Loved everything about this home. The location was the best, just steps from the sand! Decor was adorable and super comfortable.

This our fifth time here and it's been the same every single time. Lisa has been in touch every single year to make sure everything is perfect. The house fits everything we need. We are closer to the beach than most beachfront homes for a quarter of the price. One of the best local grocery stores in the country within three minutes. We couldn't ask for anything more, which is why we keep coming back.

The house was so cute and clean and the beach was close enough to run back and forth all day. Loved the outdoor shower and hanging on the back patio in the evening. There were beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas and boogie boards to use. We didn't have to shop right away; starters of tp, paper towels, detergent, etc, but we did hit Dollar Tree for plastic cups and a few bowls with lids for food and leftovers. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. You wouldn't even know the house is connected and people were next door, although we did meet them and they're gonna rent the side we stayed in next! The owners are friendly and helpful--highly recommend!

Our family loves staying at the Oleander Cottage. This was our third time and we had another great experience. The home had everything we needed and more. The kids love the collection of beach toys and the proximity to the beach access is terrific. We can't wait to go back!

We had another great week at Oleander Cottage East. We always appreciate the extra touches that Lisa and David provide: comfortable and tasteful decor, nice towels, beach towels, quality paper products and soaps to get the stay started off right and a clean cozy environment. The kids loved the boogie boards and the adults appreciated the beach chairs. Friendly contacts from the hosts to make sure our every need is taken care of is appreciated. Only a few steps to the family friendly, quiet end of PCB. We love it here!

Our family had an amazing visit in the Oleander Cottage.
I can't say enough good things about the location, decor, cleanliness, and how well it was supplied. The owners have updated almost everything but somehow maintained the charm of the cottage architecture.
They have thought of everything we needed, even beach towels! Thank you for sharing this adorable property!
I've already scheduled my next stay!

The property was exactly as described. The pictures do not give it justice. The cottage was comfortable and decorated with a beach theme. All the supplies for cooking were available to prepare your own meals in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The internet was strong with no problems. Lisa and David were available immediately if any problems. We are looking forward to returning next year!

The owners were available at any time for any needs. The cottage was clean with the exception of mold on the bathroom window. The bathroom and shower are extremely small. No vent in bathroom to turn on during showers which could be reason moisture accumulates on window. The sofa and beds were comfortable. The kitchen table and benches were not comfotable. The crevices in between the table top made it difficult to clean and thus felt unsanitary. It was a great location. The price was good for a month stay. With a few changes would stay there again.

Summer Vaca
The house was lovely, great location. We were literally across the street from the entrance. Plenty of parking since we had 3 cars worth use. The outside shower was great to have.
We had a few hiccups but the hosts were amazing and corrected the issues immediately.
Will definitely keep the host on our list of places to rent from again.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage was great and very clean! We utilized the full kitchen for dinners and breakfast. It has everything you need to cook, relax, and even extras for the beach! Lisa was a wonderful host and answered any questions that arose! We would love to come back but the only down fall was the bathroom. We are 6 ft plus tall and my husband took outdoor showers due to lack of space in the shower. In All honesty this place was wonderful though and we loved our vacation! Great location, great house, and the timing of our stay was perfect!

So great we came back!
We loved our last stay here so much that we came back. We love the home, the living space with eat-in kitchen is perfect for our young family. The kitchen has everything we needed. On the rainy day we had the covered back patio was so delightful. We mostly love the quick beach access right across the street which makes running back for a snack reload or bathroom break with kids so convenient. We can't wait to come back again for our third visit!

Quaint Gulf Coast Comfort!
Outstanding communication with David and Lisa before and throughout the entire stay! Everything was wonderful and you literally walk across the street to the most gorgeous beach and water you can imagine! Spent lots of time in the back yard listening to music and playing cornhole, grilling local seafood! If your a serious cook, bring your essentials with you. We had great walks to Thomas's Donuts for breakfast and treats and Pho 77 for delicious Vietnamese! . Everything was lovely and convenient! Great stay!

We had a great stay at the Oleander cottage. The shower was a bit small, but the outdoor shower was perfect to clean off in after a day at the beach. Lisa and David Sample do a great job communicating with you throughout your stay to make sure your needs are taken care of. I would highly recommend this cottage for small families. Also, I would recommend renting the other side of the cottage with family or friends so you can share the spaces with people you love.

We had a great stay at the Oleander cottage. The shower was a bit small, but the outdoor shower was perfect to clean off in after a day at the beach. Lisa and David Sample do a great job communicating with you throughout your stay to make sure your needs are taken care of. I would highly recommend this cottage for small families. Wonderful place
We had an amazing vacation. The cottage is just across the beach entrance and it was so nice and cozy. We really enjoyed the backyard where we sat to read and kids played cornhole. Lisa was wonderful and checked on us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We will definetely stay again.

Nothing will ever be perfect and it’s more important how you respond when they aren’t. Lisa’s service was superb. For that reason alone we would stay here again. The best part? The proximity to the beach cannot be beat!

The beach is amazing. Beach entrance accross the street made it super easy to go back and forth with young children. Super quiet; great spot for social distancing :)

Cute house in an amazing location!
We love visiting the Laguna Beach side of PCB. The neighborhood is quiet and the beaches are beautiful. The cottage is in an amazing location steps from beach access which made runs back and forth from the beach to the house super easy with kids. The house was much more spacious than I anticipated based on the price and the home had everything we needed. We'll definitely be sending this listing to our friends to check out.

So close to the beach!
Just returned home from Spring break and we enjoyed our stay! Great spot and beautiful beaches that are not crowded. You are literally right across the street from the beach access. House is fully stocked and great back yard! You do share the patio, grill, and washer and dryer (washer and dryer on a schedule) with the renters on the other side but we rarely saw them since the weather was GORGEOUS every day we were there and everyone was at the beach. Despite all the COVID-19 restrictions we still had an amazing time. Lisa was great! We will be back!

Great Place to Stay
We arrived and were able to get in, unpack and head to the beach. Great to be located so close to the beach. Home was very comfortable and nicely decorated!
