house was very nice. sparsely decorated and supplied, but had the minimums we needed. master bed and bath were very nice. could have used some window coverings in a few places. construction across the street, and minimal street parking, but the garage at the property worked for us.

This place was perfect for my group. There was a lot of space and Lee was always quick to respond to any inquiries.

This was a great, much more affordable for our large group attending a convention at the George R. Brown. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay at this property both homes were very spacious to accommodate me and my 8 friends. The location is great as well we didn’t spend much on Lyft/Uber as we were 10-15 minutes away from everything. I would definitely stay here again my next time in Houston!

Lee is awesome to work with! The properties are very convenient and located close to a lot of great restaurants. Will definitely book again when in the area!

We were in Houston for a special event, the wedding of my son. Finding a place that could house >10 people was really good. We rented two of the attached homes. The kitchen and living room area in each home had plenty of space for us to have diner and enjoy our time together. Special times! The bedrooms were comfortable. What a master bathroom! The location was convenient. The only three recommendations I would have are: 1) make sure there is enough bathroom towels and dishes for the number of guests; 2)the instructions for the TV are clear (we could not access live TV in one of the house) and 3) the appliances are working (no ice in one of the fridge). However, despite these issues, we really enjoyed our time together and made memories that will last forever. Thank you.

We were looking for a place for our family to get together, many adults. This rental was spacious with comfortable beds, furnishings for gathering together, and plenty of bathrooms, pans for cooking. Very clean, nice nbhd to walk around in. Could have used some kitchen towels and hot pads. Great stay.

The place was nice and clean perfect for a large group everyone had they own room and bathroom I would stay here again if I could back to Houston the only thing Is the owner take a long time to respond back but he accommodate me on a early check in .
