Came to Visalia for a Family Birthday. House was located in a great neighborhood & close to everywhere we needed to be.

The location was perfect for the graduation we were attending. Only 11/2 miles away. We were able to walk there and not worry about parking. The home was older, but very clean. Everything worked out well.

Good location. Wonderful orange trees in the back yard. Close to restaurants.

Would stay there again

Good communication and a great space to settle for a night. Unfortunately Sequoia NP was closed for our trip, but we made the most of the area visiting local hiking trails. Settled in back at the house and grilled out with plenty of spices and cookware provided by the home. The trundle bed room provided a great room for our kids! Hopefully we return at a later date and visit Sequioa, and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything with the stay was good

The home was clean and very comfortable easy acesss to stores and restaurants and also not far from the highway definitely recommend staying here to anyone

Great home for family to stay. We had a destination wedding in the area.

Overall everything was great , we really enjoyed it , the bad in the master bedroom falls and we had to redo it ever night! Truly if they replaced that bed the house would be perfect ! But the Bed does really need to be changed out ! Would I stay again YES!

Booked this stay to visit the national parks, which is about 50 minutes from the park. Was in a convenient location in Visalia to grocery stores if you plan on eating at home. Easy check in and check out, and has a great patio space for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Place was clean, which is important! Would stay again if I’m in the area.

The property was as advertised. Lots of space, huge kitchen with the utensils you need to cook. It located in a quiet neighborhood and close to Costco gas :), Target and lots of other stores. The drive to the South Entrance of Seqouia is less than an hour. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We were so comfortable in this lovely home. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. It was easy to get on the road to Sequoia National Park.

This home is nicely decorated and homey. There was plenty of space for my 2 kids and my fiancé. The backyard is peaceful! We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking and read on the porch swing. They were nice enough to allow us to enjoy some fresh oranges from the backyard as well! We would definitely recommend and would stay if we come back to visit the area again!

Adorable little place with everything we needed! We had a small issue with the hot tub and they came to fix it right away! It was just what we needed.

My family of five were in town for a wedding. With two teenage girls, a traditional hotel room with one bathroom just isn’t realistic. This property was perfect for us. The location was great, nice neighborhood and close to restaurants. There’s was plenty of room for us to get ready and very comfortable beds. Our stay was short and we didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared to be clean and well stocked. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. We would stay here again.

The home was fine. The screened in small area in the back was a mess, ripped up. The master bathroom had a few troubles like the sink drained very slowly and the toilet kept running. When my husband went to sit on the bed, the bricks that were propping it up fell. Seems there had been an issue before.

There were a few things that had to be worked out with home owner but overall good stay

We stayed here one night on our way to the national parks. It was nice to have so much room for our family of 4 before we would be spending the next three nights in a hotel. Nice neighborhood.

We needed a stop half-way to Vegas and this was perfection! Excellent communication with hosts, lovely home and good wifi for teens!

The owner was very responsive and I appreciated them allowing us to check in early. Also they were flexible on the check out time which was wonderful . The bedrooms were warm and cozy and beds were comfortable . But the heater in the living room wasn’t strong enough and it got cold. There were no instructions in terms of how to turn on the fireplace. My biggest complaint was that there was no “system” in terms of organizing and arranging where things are. For instance we had to go through every cabinet in the kitchen to find the cutting board and maybe labeling the cabinets would help . Kitchen utensils were outdated and at bare minimum which was disappointing. I don’t think the room is designed for a party of 8. Maybe beds are enough for them. We used the grill and it was very good and thoughtful! We loved the hot tub idea! Although there was way too much chlorine and chemicals in it and the smell was too strong and started to burn our eyes and skin after staying in for an hour or so. Overall, it’s a budget friendly place and the price matches what they were offering. we just expected a little more effort.

The home was very cute and bathrooms were clean. The location was close to restaurants and shopping but was on a quiet street. There were safety and cleanliness concerns but the manger responded quickly and said he will address them.

nice house to spend the night before heading out to do some hiking, stores are pretty close by to get all the goods that you need, quite neighborhood, strongly recommend this place, looking forward to stay here for our next hiking trip, thanks...
