Amazing

We booked this house to get us close to the wineries to celebrate big milestone birthdays in our family. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we were able to cook a couple of the nights we were there without a problem. The game room/loft area was perfect for a relaxing evening watching playoff baseball and enjoying family time. The only negative we have was that both thermostats were locked at a certain temperature and when we inquired how to change them, we never got a response back. It was a bit cold downstairs after the sun went down and temps dropped into the 40s. Overall, it felt like a trip to our aunts house, not to a rental property. We are so thankful to have had this space to celebrate in!

House was super clean, beds were comfortable, and the view out the back deck was amazing! Would stay here again for sure!

The home was clean, comfortable, well stocked and in a great location. Our only complainant was with the management company. The day we got there the up stairs toilet was turn off. When we turned it on it just ran and would not fill up. We called that night and were told someone would be out to fix it the next day. No one came out. We called again and were told to jiggle the handle ?. Day four we were told that a plumber had been called and had fixed it but no one had come to the house and the toilet was still broken. Finely one of the people staying up stairs got tired of needing to go down stairs to use the rest room at night found a way to do a temporary fix. We did have two other minor issues besides the toilet that were corrected quickly. Not sure what the deal was with getting the toilet repaired. We will not be renting a home under this management company again

The house is just north of Healdsburg in Alexander Valley. It is 3 bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms are on the smaller end in terms of size but they are nice. Downstairs there is a LR, dining room, den and primary bedroom. The ceilings are tall and the kitchen is great! All the cooking utensils you will need and spices. The property is surrounded by vineyards. There is a hot tub and a koi pond in the backyard. The road in front in somewhat trafficked during the day but its quiet at night. There is a pool and TV room over the garage which everyone enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect home for our long weekend with our daughter, son in-law and 9 month old granddaughter. The location was perfect for the wineries we visited. The house has everything you need. The kitchen was so well stocked I thought I was in my own kitchen. Every utensil, dish, pan, spice, ziplock bags, etc that we needed was there. We cooked all our meals in. The yard and setting is beautiful with views of the mountains and vineyards. We enjoyed the pool table and watched the football games in the game room. Our granddaughter enjoyed visiting the sheep. I will mention that the upstairs bedrooms are on the smaller side and close together. I would recommend this home and rent it again.

Loved everything about the home, especially the game room and hot tub. Great for two families! We had a lovely time!

We stayed for 2 night we love the house

When we rented this house we knew from the pictures it looked nice but it was even better in person. This house was perfect. My favorite part was sitting on the deck in the morning and evenings looking at the vineyard. My kids especially enjoyed the sheep on the property and made sure to talk to them everyday. The inside of the house was perfect, plenty of space for 5 people and the kitchen was amazing. It was so well stocked and had everything we needed. Did I mention the great location. We were surrounded by wonderful wineries.....including the one down the street that they supplied the grapes for and only minutes from downtown. I am so glad we stayed here for our first visit to Healdsburg and am hoping we will be back one day.

We loved this vacation home, especially the backyard with beautiful views! Great size for our group (4 adults and one child) and the house was well appointed.

We have a wonderful 3 nights at this fabulous property. So private yet close to downtown Healdsburg. Relaxing on the patio and in the hot tub looking at the vineyard and hills was breathtaking. It was the time out we needed as a family after a very busy Spring. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook or BBQ. The only thing we forgot about was the flies! Left the door open and we had several flies in the house- our bad. The only thing I would say is that the house was freezing when we arrived and the air system was locked not allowing us to warm it up. The upstairs especially was cold. But day 2&3 it got hot outside so it was much better inside. Guessing it was just the timing of our arrival and the weather. And also be prepared for the very hard mattresses. My old body didn’t sleep well on the master bed even with 2 pillows. Shoulder and hip hurt. My college kids said upstairs beds hard as well. Regardless, I would definitely stay there again! So peaceful and really the perfect location. Next time I need to find some trails to walk. No info binder in the house that we could find with area info, restaurant recommendations, etc.

The location of this home is excellent. It's acreage offers privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. It's also very close to the center of town; as well as some excellent wineries. It's 15 minutes from the airport. We loved sitting out back watching the sun go down with a glass (or several) of wine. The house itself is immaculate. The kitchen has everything a cook would want and more. There were plenty of towels, linens, etc. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in this beautiful home. We will be back.

Two things:
It says 6 people can comfortably sleep and max 8 people- it means there is space for only 6 adults. It is misleading as we made reservation for 6 adults and 1 kid (who is not a baby or toddler) and thought there will be a convertible sofa but there is nothing except 3 queen beds. Luckily we were able to manage but I think if they can either make it for max 6 adults or add some other place like a futon or convertible sofa - it would be much clear.

second point, I wrote about the bed issue to Vacasa few days before our checkin date, asking where is the place to sleep for 7th person but I got reply late. I also asked for late checkout a day before our checkout date, as the house was not booked on our checkout date but again no timely reply. We had issue with main lockbox and it was around 8pm so I called vacasa but was on hold for 10 mins- luckily we were able to open in that time and didn’t need help but if this was emergency, not sure what I would do.

So I think there needs to be some kind of quick response as well as emergency number - either by Vacasa customer service or owners.

My wife and I rented the house for us, our two adult children and their Plus Ones. The house as well as the grounds are beautiful. The house worked out much better for 3 couples as opposed to 3 hotel rooms. The ability to lounge around, shoot pool, take a soak in the hot tub or walk the 10 acres of vineyards after a hard day of wind tasting worked out great. We will check for availability of this house on our next visit.

The location of the house was great, easy access to both Sonoma and Napa wineries.
The common spaces -kitchen and living room, game room were great. Excellently appointed kitchen with many gadgets and kitchen tools.
Only complaint was that the dishwasher wasn’t working while we were there, and when on vacation we do a lot of cooking, so that was a bit of pain, but we overcame. It would have been nice to have a heads up about that before arriving, though.
The hot tub was lovely, but a distance from the house, and on chilly nights robes would be a lovely touch to help with that.

This is a lovely home located a mile from 101 and 3 miles north of Healdsburg. The house borders a Silver Oak vineyard with mountain views. It is simply lovely and has the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen. Very comfortable, quiet and clean.

The rental was even nicer than we imagined with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It had every amenity that you would need and was very spacious, clean and attractive. We would definitely book this rental again.

If you want the wine country experience that is quiet and remote but also super close to a town square and lots of wineries, this is your spot! Great home on great grounds just 5 minutes from Healdsburg square and even less far from several vineyards. Great kitchen for cooking too!

My first time with VRBO. We were visiting from The East Coast for my son’s wedding in Ukiah. The home was even better than anticipated. Beautiful amenities and sitting on a vineyard made for a fabulous experience.

Amazing stay in such a lovely home. We had a fabulous time, very relaxed and close to all our events in Healdsburg & Sonoma.

Six of us stayed for a friends weekend and couldn't have been happier. The backyard with the view of the vineyards, plus Hank the donkey and the sheep made for a picturesque, relaxing stay. Thank you!

Excellent house, in a beautiful area. Well equipped with many amenities including farm animals, views, hot tube and local wines. I highly recommend this property as we are making this an annual trip!

The property was really well kept and even more beautiful than the photos. The view of the hills and vineyards from the back patio is stunning! The lot is very large and there are no neighbors close by. The property feels very private and the road is shielded from view by lovely trees and bushes. There is also a gate with a keypad for entry, which made us feel secure. The kitchen is also extremely well equipped and even had spices, oils, and vinegars. Five stars!
