It was a really perfect cottage for our trip! Well stocked and close to everything! Will definitely stay there again!

Your have a nice rental, however, it would be helpful to explain how to use the TV. My biggest issue with the house was the infestation of cockroaches. I spoke to the property manager about it. They were everywhere. We found the in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. They were on the sofa. We are from a state where this is not normal. It made us uncomfortable feeling like bugs were crawling on us when we sat in the living room

Wonderful cottage in palmetto bluff to enjoy for a getaway! Cottage is in great shape and very clean

We had a wonderful stay at 22 Westerwald. The location was perfect! Our boys loved riding their bikes around the neighborhood. There were great books and games for everyone to enjoy, particularly our boys. The bunk room was perfect. We loved the front porch and screened in back porch and spent the majority of our time in those two spots. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Oh and the golf cart— we loved it! We’ve stayed on Palmetto Bluff numerous times but that was our first time with a golf cart. I highly recommend it!!! Great house! Great host!

The location of this property cannot be beaten. RT Market was within literally a few steps and we walked to Montage resort for dinners and Cocktails. House was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Property manager was readily reachable by phone and the concierge team helped getting restaurant reservations and booked tee times. Nice touch, although we tidied up before leaving, not having to take linen off the beds or run the dishwasher before departure adds so much to comfortable stay. Couple of minor pointers, I wish there were instructions for TV and coffee machine as it took a little time for us to figure out. Highly recommend this property!

The home had everything we needed and was very convenient to everything in the property. The kitchen was well stocked and the golf cart made it easy to get to the restaurants. The concierge was able to book everything for us in advance. It was a very relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful week long stay and the only problem was we couldn’t stay longer! The house is beautiful, had everything we needed and is in a great location near the tennis, croquet and pickle ball courts where we worked off some of the extra calories from the second scoops from Melt in the village! We’ll definitely be back!

Cottage was perfect - location within resort, layout, and quality of finishes/fixtures/appliances. Jay with Stay in Palmetto Bluff was a more than your standard property manager - making sure we were squared away upon arrival and checking in with us on several occasions to ensure our stay was going the way we wanted. 6 seater golf cart was a really nice addition and a perfect way to get around Palmetto Bluff with four small children.

Our family of 3 absolutely loved our two week stay at 22 Westerwald! The location of the cottage next to the tennis courts is perfect for us, as we love tennis! It was so easy to walk the grounds from that location as well as being close to all the amenities that Palmetto Bluff has to offer. This beautiful cottage has everything you would ever need for a wonderful family vacation! Or a romantic get away! Also love that it has a lovely fenced in garden in back, and fire pit. The cottage itself is very well decorated and has everything you need to feel pampered, even a steam shower in the master bath! The property concierge was absolutely fabulous and catered to our needs with speed and graciousness. All in all, we have stayed at several properties in Palmetto Bluff and this gorgeous home has been the best! It is a truly lovely dream away from the world!

We have stayed many times in Palmetto Bluff, and this was our first time going through Vrbo. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. We had rented the house golf cart that came with the property. It was not there when we arrived and took a few phone calls to get in touch with PM. We were informed golf cart would not be available. We would have appreciated a heads up, the same with bikes. All can be rented through the hotel, but a heads-up would be nice. The master bathroom outlets did no work, and the PM sent an electrician the next morning, who fixed multiple outlets but was in the house for at least 2hrs. Did not feel comfortable leaving him in the house, so we wasted our morning sitting around the house. No huge issues and all were resolved. Overall, we love Palmetto Bluff and plan to come back, but probably will book house through the Montage (makes things a little easier).

Our trip to Palmetto Bluff was outstanding and we would return in a heartbeat. We were unfamiliar with the area and while we had been to Savannah and Hilton Head decided to try this community based on other reviews. If you are looking for a quiet, family friendly, upscale, secluded vacation look no further. The property as a whole offers endless biking, boating, swimming, tennis, golf, pickle ball, basketball, or just lounging time at a nice pool or restaurant. Very bike friendly and perfect for young children. This home is like most of the properties on the grounds, it is a relatively new construction with high end appliances, furnishings, and very clean and well kept. My wife and I and three girls (8, 5, and 1) had plenty of room and were very comfortable. Loved the bunk beds, steam shower, outdoor patio, and fire pit. Bikes were included as well as anything we needed for racquet sports, basketball, and the pool. We enjoyed cooking and eating in, board games on rainy days, and the short walk to RTs, the pool, treehouse, and restaurants. We did not rent the golf cart and are glad we did not as biking turned out to be a much better family adventure each day. Savannah was a 45 minute drive, 20 minutes to Hilton Head, 15 minutes to Bluffton. All easy escapes if you want to explore. We look forward to returning soon!
