Overall it was a pleasant stay. However, there is a rug in the living room that needs to be replaced due to one corner will not lay flat on the floor and could become a liability. Also the bathroom needs some deep cleaning. The scent of urine was present for the entire stay.

We loved our stay and the proximity to the beach. Bruce was very responsive and helpful. We loved that a wagon, skim board, beach umbrella, and other beach items were provided. Also the kitchen was great! We would definitely stay again!

Overall we had a great time. The house was clean and location was perfect. Bruce was easy to communicate with. We were disappointed that although the house advertised "fully fenced yard", it did not mention that it is a shared yard with another unit. Also it was not really fully fenced; we had to put something to block off one of the entrances. Other than that we were very happy.

Needed some minor repairs. Back door lock needs fixed.

We loved our stay here. It’s close to the beach and near great places to eat. It’s also near other attractions such as Clearwater Aquarium. Check-in was a simple self-service, and the property manager was very responsive. Great place!

Amazing location. Short walk to the beach and lovely places to eat/shop/see near by. Pictures are accurate to house. Plenty of space and everything you need. Would love to come again if we are ever back in the area.

Wonderful location! Short walk to the beach in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We are back in New England now and we really miss your place. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, etc. Publix not too far away. Accessible restaurants. We would happily return.

Comfy. Perfect location.I was learning at beach art center and the property was close to it and very close to the beach. Mango smoothie at The Kooky Cocnut was just right.Loved the Bbq on the porch. Management was great to work with

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I stayed in Carter’s Beach Villa A for a long weekend so my husband and daughter could run the Clearwater Marathon. Bruce was a lovely and responsive host. The condo is adorable. It’s bright and sunny: well appointed with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and tasteful decorations. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to the beach and a nice assortment of restaurants. We had a lovely weekend, made better by such nice accommodations.

No issues , great back yard if you don't want to go to the beach but want to hang in the sun in quiet.... Beach cart was provided for the short 1 block to the beach talk about convenient .. Couple blocks from my favorite resturant Guppies on the Beach..... Central location to get on and off the interstate, straight shot from airport , and either direction Fun and Sand.... thanks again for a awesome stay.....

We had a wonderful time with visiting my son at USF and really enjoyed the beach time. The condo was really comfortable and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend!

Needs a dresser in the bedroom and water pressure was the worst

Our stay was comfortable and are flat was clean. All electronics worked well and comfy furniture and beds. The only issue was the water pressure is low but not a bother.

Beds wasn’t cleaned my wife had a fake eye lash in her hair the next morning. We found black hairs all in the bed long black female hair. The shower had scum all over the floor and felt slimy. The cooking utensils had a big cockroach living with them. The place was beautiful and new but just dirty. Also we was under the impression it was beach front and it wasn’t.

We had an awesome short 3 day visit to Indian Rocks. The property is in a great place. 5 minutes to the beach. Very quiet when we stayed. I would definitely stay here again. Bruce was very quick responding to my questions on the area. Thanks again!! 5/5 stars!

The house looked just like the pictures, there was plenty of space and it was nice and clean. It was a short walk to the beach which was also nice. Plenty of restaurants and bars all around, all in walking distance. We all loved it a lot!

The Good: The property has a very good location. 2 Blocks from the beach and near nice places to eat. Beach toys/umbrellas included. Communication with host was also very good. Probably very good for single young adults to stay at. I could see myself 15-20 years ago partying it up here. The not so good constructive criticism: Maybe a failure on my part to properly look over the property but I thought it would be larger/private. The AC units are loud and turn on/off flapping metal shutters within the building. This is not a very good thing when young kids are trying to sleep or to keep very young from waking up at night. The toilet and water pressure in general are in definite need of addressing. The toilet you could flush it once then would have to wait 5 minutes for I guess the water to flow into it (loudly) to flush it again. I've stayed at nicer hotels and that's what this felt like a cheap hotel. Instead of a house that you could have a family at. I wouldn't go back but again all of this is probably good enough for people without families.

We spent 8 days at this property, and for the price and location, I'd recommend a hotel. It is not beachfront like advertised. There was stuff splattered on the walls and pubic hair in the bathroom. We requested to cancel as soon as we arrived like you could do if you were renting a hotel, but they refused. Would not recommend for the price.
