We were surprised how quiet a three-story building could be and were awed by the beautiful view. Well-appointed accommodations helped the stress melt away. We look forward to our next visit.

The property very well kept, everything was good in working order and it was perfect for our small family. The only constructive feedback I have is that we arrived at night and the buildings are not well labelled and we were trying to enter the building next to us. During the day can see the large letter on the building but was hard to see anything at night.

Super clean unit, awesome community and the owners fabulous. Our first trip to Indian Beach but definitely will not be out last.

Overall everything was just easy, which is appreciated when traveling with kids and for vacationing in general. Some notable things we liked - the ocean view is direct and gorgeous and the length of the balcony accommodated our group comfortably, the common area layout allowed a view of the kids playing or eating while we prepared food, the master bedroom was more spacious than I expected, the beds and pillows are comfy, the beach was not too busy (late August), the condo is at a convenient location to easily get to the pool or the beach, and the complex being located in the middle of the island allowed good proximity to food and groceries in either direction. One thing to note is that there are stairs to get to/from the beach, though it wasn’t an issue for us, even with kids. We found that what is provided is very thoughtful, which makes sense because the owners proved to be thoughtful as well. We fully recommend this place and plan to return!

We had a great week staying in Josh and Brittney's condo at Indian Beach. It is beautifully decorated and in a good location for access to the pool, beach, and to other activities on the island as well as a fun day trip to Beaufort. Visits to Fort Macon, the NC Aquarium, and Treasure Golf were also enjoyed by all. Amos Mosquito was a great place to eat on the island as well as Clawson's in Beaufort.

Our family had a wonderful week! The condo was neat, clean, and well stocked. The private storage closet was great to have. We loved the Ocean Club property and the beach is beautiful. We definitely plan to visit again!

The condo was the perfect size & layout was great! Building, elevator, pool, beach access - everything was great! Although, just having knee surgery - there were a lot of steps going down to the beach but I made it!! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Club. Loved the view from the third floor balcony. Nice that there was an elevator. The pool was great on days the tide was high in the afternoon. The beach is not very wide. The one drawback was having to go up and down a long flight of stairs to get to the beach. Might be difficult for seniors or others who might be physically challenged.

Nice clean condo, great view. The storage closet with all the sand toys, chairs and umbrella was awesome. Great access to the beach and the pool was quite nice. Only small complaint was low amount of hand soap that was available 5 stars and we would rent again! Thanks for a wonderful week!!!

Our family plans a beach trip every year and this was our first time at Indian Beach. The Condo had a beautiful view and the ocean was crystal clear. The pool and hot tub was nice too!! I also loved the storage locker on the ground floor…no lugging sand toys or beach chairs up and down!! 🙌

Even though the weather was not cooperative, we were very pleased with our stay. We were able to still enjoy the "beach atmosphere" from inside and on the porch. The unit and the facilities were great! Would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing experience at this condo. The view is stunning. The condo was very clean and cozy. Very quiet and had everything you would need to enjoy your vacation! We will rent this property again.

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was spotlessly clean, well maintained and welcoming upon arrival. The location is ideal, just a short walk to beach, pool & hot tub. Amazing views. The condo provided everything we needed. The storage space for beach chairs is very convenient. Rental process was simple, hosts were great to work with. I can’t say enough about this place! Priceless views, The Hosts supplied everything you need for a get a way ! Easy access to the beach and heated pool with hot tub. The Hosts were very responsive to our needs ! I will definitely book again next spring. Our one and only issue was the weather, we did have a rain out day🙁 I will talk to the host about that next year and see if he can order up some sunshine 😎😎!!! LOL !!! See you next year !!!!

We stayed at "Once upon a tide" the last week in April to have some time by the beach with family while in town for my brother's retirement from the USMC at Camp Lejeune. The weather was overcast and in the low 70s, but that did not stop the kids from swimming in the pool & we all took advantage of the hot tub. The location is perfect, the view from the balcony is spectacular! The owners were great to interact with (great communication). We would definitely love to visit again in the warmer months to take more advantage of the beach & location. Highly recommend this property & the owners.

This property is well maintained and very clean. It has an awesome ocean view and lots of room.The condo is decorated in a shore/ocean theme and very neat & organized. There are supplies to cook & clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back. Thank you!!

Wonderful vacation rental! The views were amazing. Very clean and so nice to be right on the beach. Appreciated the black out shades in the bedrooms. We enjoyed watching movies in the comfy family room. I’d recommend this place to family and friends.

We don't usually stay right on the beach, but this set up was perfect for a family with young kids! After they went to bed, we could still enjoy a beach sunset. The middle of the night feedings watching the moon shimmer on the waves was so relaxing. The beach was very accessible too, making frequent potty breaks and such a breeze. The complex was very quiet. Brittany was super responsive with questions too. We will be back!!!

I took out insurance and need to work on a refund for my trip. I could not travel there with tornado warnings across Virginia in the area i had to travel. I am 74 and could not drive in bad weather, especially into a hurricane! My friend that I was meeting in N C became I’ll and thought it was Covid but was severe asthma. Can you help me with paper work or giving my next step?

This lovely condo is exactly as described. Comfortable furniture and great views of the ocean and beach.

You cannot beat the parking and ease of access via elevator. The front porch view is amazing! The pool and hot tub is right next to the building, as well as beach access. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family had a very nice time at your condo. It was very clean. The steps to the beach were a little bit of a challenge carrying everything. Surprised there wasn't an accessible ramp. Had to purchase 4 chairs to sit in, as 2 of the ones in the storage area were broken and way too low for our age! Our ocean view was spectacular, especially in the evenings when the moon reflected off the water. Thank you for accommodating us in your lovely condo!

This was our second time at this property. We love the location and the view. The condo is well appointed. Some of the things we like is the fantastic view. My favorite part! We appreciate the little things like room darkening shades which are great to have. In the past, we've stayed at places that have flimsy blinds etc and our we were constantly awoken very early by blinding sunshine. We also appreciate that this location has a storage closet on the ground floor. Nothing worse than heading back to your condo after a day at the beach and having to lug beach chairs, boogie boards etc to your condo and also having to deal with all that sand! so nice to store these items on the ground floor at the end of a hot day. Thanks! We'll be back.

Beds. Bathrooms. Kitchen. Balcony. Laundry. Storage locker so you don't have to lug your chairs and umbrella upstairs at the end of each day. This was a wonderful little condo that I would absolutely recommend to anyone. My nephews loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings after spending the morning on the beach and afternoon in the pool. Josh and Brittney were fantastic hosts. We had to reach out to them for reasons completely unrelated the condo or complex and they responded within minutes. 10/10 and would stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay at this location. Great proximity to the beach and pool. The condo was clean and fit all 6 of us easily. The owners were quick to answer a couple questions that we had. Highly recommend!

We vacationed with family, including young grandsons, for several days in May. We had a terrific time. The property was great, and I can’t say enough about the cleanliness and condition of the unit. We’ve stayed in various types of properties in a range of locations along the NC coast, and this was by far our favorite. The location is away from some of the more popular beach access points, so we rarely had anyone near us on the beach. The unit has a wide face to the beach and ocean, and the balcony is spacious, far larger than many other units. The owner was very responsive to our questions. On a personal note, one of our grandchildren accidentally left a very important stuffed animal in the unit when we left. The owner not only located the bear but made sure it was mailed directly to our grandson. We’ll definitely be back!
