Loved the decor, all the bathrooms, and everything!!! We all 11 loved it:)

We had a great stay! The owner was great to work with and provided prompt and detailed responses to any questions. The location is great and very accessible to downtown and Rt 1. The promptly was well maintained too!

The property was exactly as posted. The space was perfect for my extended family of 11 people ranging from 8 to 70 years old! The rooms were nicely furnished and everything was easy to access and use. We hope to come back next year.

A good location and property for family gathering.

There were plenty of bathrooms. The walk to the beach was about a mile and quarter. It too about 35 minutes. We got our walking steps in. It was essential to have a wagon to carry things. We should have made a restaurant reservation earlier, but we ended up d Finding something for our group of 10. The house was comfortable.

We loved the location of this house especially because it was our first time visiting Rehobeth Beach. The Creative Market, wood fire pizza food truck, and brewery were right around the corner and fun to explore. We also utilized the back road access to the Outlets. The short drive to the beach was hassle free.

First time in Rehoboth and it was a great week. No complaints!

This is a fantastic place. Close to the town center. We hired bikes and cycled to the beach each day. We cooked in twice and the kitchen was really well equipped for nine of us.

The owner of the property was wonderful. Let us check in a little early and check out an hour later. It was overall a very positive experience.

This was a lovely house with a great location! It was a beautiful neighborhood close enough to walk to the ‘main drag’ in Rehoboth. Communication with the owner was great and very accommodating. Thanks for the great stay!

We’re very much enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and had everything we needed. When the coffee maker broke and the owners quickly responded sent over a new one. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, yet the location is still only a walk away from the best spots in town. Thank you!

This home was perfect for our family vacation in Rehoboth. The home was just like it shows online... everything is very clean and newer. The community and pool are very nice too. Easy parking. Revolution brewing and the Creative Market pop up are a very short walk as well as a few coffee shops etc. The distance is further away from the boardwalk than we have stayed in the past, but it's definitely walkable... about a mile. Host is great, best communication I've ever had with a VRBO host. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The home was in a great location, near the bike trail and walking distance from town. It has a large pool that our family enjoyed daily after biking and beaching. The house was large and had a great layout - particularly loved the space upstairs with a couch and tv. The kitchen was well appointed. We so appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

Renting was easy and checking was a breeze. Rollin was responsive to all of my questions. This home has three great levels and lots of space for extended family and friends. It's also in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to several places including the community pool (3 min) and Rehoboth Beach (25 min) if you're so inclined. We did a lot of cooking so if you do that, you'll need to bring your own spices, but overall the kitchen had what we needed. If you're into watching cable TV, that's not available but you can stream almost anything. We brought our chromecast so we didn't really have to log into the smartTV for movie viewing. On evenings, it's lovely to sit outside on the patio and listen to the water in the pond behind the house or chat with friends while barbecuing your favorite foods. Overall, great place to stay and we would do it again!

Loved the place. It was an easy walk or bike to the beach, loved that 3 of the rooms had attached bathrooms and the owners were responsive and quick to any questions. Would recommend!

Great property location to downtown Rehoboth and central to all restaurants, breweries, bike/walking path and beaches. Property was better than advertised and Rollin was tremendous every step of the way. We loved the 3 levels of space with late Sleepers on top floor, end unit and great outdoor deck by the pond. Full amenity kitchen made long weekend in RB one of the best. Would rent again.

This is a very nice property and is in immaculate condition. And - as the phrase goes - location, location, location. Downtown Rehoboth Beach is an easy walk from the house, and a safe one thanks to available hiker/biker trails and sidewalks. A small craft brewery is a five minute walk away. If you choose to drive to nearby restaurants, stores, outlets, etc, the main roads are very accessible. The house is part of a fairly new development. The construction and materials were solid and good quality. A caveat about the bunk beds and the top floor bedroom. The bunk beds have weight limits, which wasn't disclosed until the final rental instructions were received. This forced a switch to the top floor bedroom, which is described to have available a supplemental air conditioning unit in-season. What qualifies as in-season must not include any weekends close to Memorial Day. The supplemental A/C unit was not in place during the stay and the outdoor temperatures were well into the 90s. The top floor bedroom was hot, especially during the day. Overall, a very good stay and experience.

Our group was so pleased with the property that we are planning to stay there next year. The whole weekend was wonderful.

This great end unit had ample parking and was located in a quiet neighborhood that was close to the outlets, movies, restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay, and the property manager was very accessible and helpful with any questions. My teenage son loved having the third floor to himself and we loved that everyone had their own bathroom. The loft on the second floor was also ideal for naps! The grill outside appeared to be brand new and worked really well for dinner. We would definitely rent this place again!

House nicely situated close to the shops of Rehoboth and a short drive to Dewey. Clean with nice amenities. Highly recommend to other families as the house is spacious with plenty of beds and baths.

Lovely home and great location. Furniture was comfy and the common areas were well designed for large groups. We all enjoyed the long fall weekend!

This was our first time visiting Rehoboth Beach and the house could not have been better! It was spacious enough to accommodate our whole group, is in a great location in between shopping and the beach, and the decor is super cute! Rollin was very helpful both before and during our stay as well. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. There were five adults, and plenty of space (we were supposed to have six adults and 3 kids, all of whom had to cancel). The place was spotless and very spacious, super convenient, and a great place to relax and have drinks on the patio and deck, and breakfast at the large kitchen table. The beds were comfie, and baths were clean and large. My only heads-up is that the bed sheets and towels were not included, and we didn't know about that until about 3 days before we arrived, so I had to rush to rent (there were plenty of places to rent, but just an unexpected last-minute thing to do). Otherwise, everything was great. Instructions on how to get in the house and how to close up - and information on the beaches, restaurants, rental places for bikes, beach gear - were all very helpful. The price was very reasonable for this amount of space and convenience. Would rent here again!

The property is a good size for groups. There is plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms so no issues when the group had to get ready. Rollin was very communicative and friendly. The pool was still open when I visited so that was a good back up for the one not so sunny day. The property is a very close drive to the beach and boardwalk (The group wasn't up to trying to walk to the beach). I enjoyed my stay and would book the property again!

The accommodations were excellent and the location was just right. Community pool is close. As was the beach. It was very enjoyable.

We had 4 adults and 4 kids (6, 5, 3, and 2) and had plenty of space thanks to the great layout and number of beds. Very convenient to the beach area and other local attractions. Rollin was very easy to communicate with and we plan to return again next summer.
