Conforto e limpeza

Amei a localidade e o apart 715. Ele e bem equipado.Oa itens da cozinha estão em excelente estado de conservação e tudo limpinho. Para melhorar só senti falta de um liquidificador.Para quem vai a trabalho tem a opção de dar uma boa relaxada na piscina até 22 hrs.Valeu muito.

Conforto e localização

A falta de discernimento da pessoa da limpeza que entra no apto sem bater na porta, as 8:00 da manhã, para limpar além de te acordar de forma totalmente abrupta, usurpando sua intimidade !

Apartment 1516 had a nice view and was generally of better layout than 1002. Nice fridge and washing machine but absence of WiFi was a major disappointment. Apartment 1002 was quiet and had good wifi and a smart tv.

Apartment 1002 had no cutlery, the handle had fallen off the bedroom door when we arrived and no closure on the lounge window with cigarette butts left in the flower tub in front of said window. The lounge rug was dirty. The bathroom door had no lock and wouldn’t close properly. Apartment 1516 had no WiFI as the Fibre cable was snapped from the back of the router meaning no entertainment only local tv. The apartment was dirty, thick dust on the glass wine rack and on top of every ledge and picture frame. Hair and dust all over the floor in the lounge and bedroom. The balcony door lock wouldn’t lock and had to be manipulated to get the latch into a locking position. No lock on the bathroom door. Multiple requests to resolve these issues via booking dot com and reception fell on deaf ears. a partial refund was offered for the WiFi issue in 1516 but only after multiple messages and being fobbed off initially with suggestions that I was using the wrong WiFi code despite providing photos of the snapped Fibre cable. According to booking dot com the owner wouldn’t answer their calls to resolve these issues.

Great place to be! I would recommend it or love to stay there again when visiting
