Just as advertised. It’s a small space but exactly what we needed it to be. The short walk to the beach makes this place worth every penny.

Cute little place to stay in with great little amenities. We loved the pinball machine and the hot tub! It was a 10 minute walk from the beach through sand. Gorgeous views all around. We were able to see the Chicago skyline from the beach and we saw a deer on our walk back to the cottage. All communication was prompt and attentive. The free soda is in the door to the right of the stairs as you are looking at the cottage. Very happy with our stay and we will be back. We had a great breakfast as the Lakeshore Cafe. It was a great trip.

This place was all we expected it to be. Everything and more you could ever want. Definitely going back for more fun and relaxation!!

The property was perfect for our daycation. The house and lakefront were nice and clean. Property was just as descibed and communication with the host was easy.

Very accurate. Quiet. Relaxing. Neighbors are friendly. Other guests don’t disturb each other. Will be back again.

Well our beach vacation was ruined because of the weather, but luckily we had a pinball machine and a hot tub to keep us busy. Everything was as described. I would only say the bathroom is very small and hard to maneuver in to get ready. We are fairly small people so if you are big and tall the bathroom may be an issue for you.

Small quaint little house not too far from town or the casino. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because of the weather.

The reason I booked this efficiency was because of the location. I wanted to walk down and see Lake Michigan in the winter. With the snow we had, there was no way to even get a view of it. The good thing is we were able to drive a mile away and go right down to the lake. It was beautiful.

The place was isolated for perfect privacy for a couple and was a short walk to the beach! Would be perfect for a couples getaway. The owner was accommodating and everything was as described! Soda fountain and pinball machine give it a very unique feel. Enjoyed the trip and place.

Very cute little cottage! Exactly as listed, everything worked. Massage chair and hot tub are perfect! Exactly what we needed. Lengthy instruction email was appreciated detailing exactly where to park and how to get it, where the hot tub was located and how to work the lights and heat.

Great little property on the beach(short walk, but only sand dunes and trees between property and the beach). We loved the hot tub and bikes available on the property. Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect beach cottage for a couple; nice amenities; very short walk to Lake Michigan & beach; short drive to IN Dunes National Park; on site property manager very friendly & helpful.

Was a great lil spot. Perfect location, close to the beach. My son loved the pinball machine and the animals we seen while in the hot tub.

Tiny, but who cares! There is so many cool things to do at this spot! Hosts were great and accommodated our special requests. Can't beat the 3 minute walk to the beach. And yea, now I want a pinball machine. Great place. 10/10 would stay again.

Everything was as described. A cute cottage with a sandy pathway to the beach. It was perfect for what we wanted. We would certainly stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Michigan. Loved it!!!!

Property was clean. Not really at the edge of a wilderness area but there was nice landscaping. Great walking path to beach. Surrounded by beach houses. Small space but organized well. We walked to restaurants, a great little Washington Park zoo, and Shoreline brewery. We didn't use hot tub but pinball machine and massage chair worked well. Small deck with grill but made private with plants.

Property was exactly how it was described. Check-in/out was really smooth and the host encouraged me to contact him with any issues. The location was excellent and just what we wanted-beach access!! Kayaks looked really nice, but we just chose not to use them. The hot tub was perfect and the two bikes we used worked great! The cottage worked great for the two of us and the space was well maximized. Everything worked as expected: tv, pinball machine, AC, and massage chair. We didn’t play the videogames or use the grill (which looked very nice!). The parking is tight but we drove a smaller vehicle so we had no issues. We appreciated the extra attention to details with the coffee grinder, keurig, and coffee pot along with condiment packets and basic toiletries. I forgot to pack a few items and was pleasantly surprised to find what I needed already there. I most appreciated the cleanliness of the cottage overall. Will absolutely plan on rebooking this property again.

After a long week of stress, me and the wife wanted a little get away. We loved the hot tub and easy access to the lake for walk on the beach. Not to mention a simple drive to downtown to delicious food and brewery. And we absolutely loved the pinball machine as we kept having competitions to see who could score higher. Highly recommend
